Rollease Acmeda Easy Spring Wand single roller system offers a high quality, aesthetically pleasing and technologically advanced
Wand or Shade controlled solution. The Shade will open to your preferred top location in a smooth and controlled motion, with
one simple touch.
Note: This configuration is primarily shown throughout manuals; right hand control, back roll.
The side of the wand control determines what handing the Shade is.

FABRIC PREPARATION
STEP 1 (IF USING SPLINE TO ATTACH FABRIC TO TUBE) – ATTACH AND SECURE SPLINE FOR TUBE
NOTE: Spline can be attached to fabric via welding, stapling or double
-
sided tape
STEP 2 – SECURE SPLINE FOR WEIGHT BAR USING STAPLES*
*Recommended when using one wrap on the spline

STEP 1 – SLIDE FABRIC INTO TUBE WHEN USING T-SPLINE
ALTERNATE ASSEMBLY: Fabric can be attached on the tube using double sided tape ( min 2 full wraps of fabric on the tube)
STEP 2 – SLIDE BOTTOM RAIL ONTO FABRIC
NOTE: Refer to “ATTACHING FABRIC WITH FLAT SPLINE TO BOTTOM RAIL” document for spline installation instructions
Optional: Insert Ballast (if additional weight is required to improve appearance of fabric)

STEP 4A – ADJUST WAND LENGTH (OPTIONAL)
Standard Assembled length (with bottom cap attached) =
905mm +5/-2mm (35.6” +0.2/-0.08”)
For shorter Shade drops, the aluminium wand can be cut to the
desired length before attaching the bottom cap.
Note, ensure to cut wand at end without the cross drilled hole.
Remove all sharp edges and burrs before attaching bottom cap.
STEP 4B – ATTACH BOTTOM CAP TO WAND
VISUAL CHECK : ENSURE TO ASSEMBLE CAP ON CORRECT END (WITHOUT CROSS DRILL HOLE)






ENSURE CAP IS FULLY ASSEMBLED ONTO SHAFT USING A MALLET (DO NOT DAMAGE OR DISTORT THE WAND OR CAP)
VISUAL CHECK : ENSURE CAP IS FULLY ENAGED ON THE WAND ( IT SHOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE TO REMOVE CAP BY HAND)
NOTE : MAXIMUM LENGTH OF ASSEMBLED WAND SHOULD NOT BE GREATER THAN ALUMINIUM WAND LENGTH + 5MM

STEP 4C – ATTACH WAND TO CONTROL
Prepare to insert aluminium wand into the top cap. The wand is easier to insert into the top cap if the inner plug is in
the right place.
Before inserting the wand, align the holes in the wand so they
are between the slots of the top cap.
Hold the top cap and push the wand firmly and fully into the cap.




