Hardware Usage Guide
HOW TO USE A HIDDEN CAM & CAM SCREW OR CAM DOWEL
NOTE: Various CAM SCREWS or a CAM DOWEL may be used.

Turn the CAM SCREW or
gently tap the CAM DOWEL
until the shoulder is against
the surface of the part.

Insert the CAM SCREW or CAM DOWEL into the
HIDDEN CAM. Tighten the HIDDEN CAM.

å Assemble your unit on a carpeted floor or on the empty
carton to avoid scratching your unit or the floor.
å Fasten the ENDS (D) to the BRACES (E). Tighten four 1/2"
HEX HEAD SCREWS (11) using the L-WRENCH (7).

å Fasten the BOTTOM (B) to the ENDS (D) and BRACES (E).
Use eight 9/16" PAN HEAD SCREWS (10).
å NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns before
completely tightening any of them.

å Push two HIDDEN CAMS (1) into the UPRIGHT (C).
å Insert two WOOD DOWELS (3) into the UPRIGHT (C).
å Fasten the UPRIGHT (C) to the BOTTOM (B). Use two
1-1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (8).
å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS in the UPRIGHT
insert into the BOTTOM.

å Turn two CAM SCREWS (2) into the bottom surface of the TOP (A).
å Insert two WOOD DOWELS (3) into the TOP (A).
å Fasten the TOP (A) to the ENDS (D). Use twelve 9/16" PAN HEAD SCREWS (10).
å Fasten the TOP (A) to the UPRIGHT (C). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS.
å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS in the TOP insert into the UPRIGHT.

å Carefully stand your unit upright.
å IMPORTANT: Do not place valuables in the storage space.
å Fasten the BUSHINGS (4) to the TOP (A). Use two 3/4" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (9). Do not overtighten the SCREWS.
å Peel BUMPERS from the BUMPER CARD (5) and stick them onto the TOP (A) as shown.
å Peel APPLIQUES from the APPLIQUE CARD (6) and stick them onto each visible HIDDEN CAM in the UPRIGHT (C).
å NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information.
å This completes assembly. Clean with a damp cloth. Wipe dry.

avec les pièces avant l’assemblage.
