この商品はオートバイ用のヘルメットです。
これ以外の目的に使用しないでください。他の目的
でこのヘルメットを使用すると、事故の際、十分な
保護が得られないことがあります。
ヘルメットは、すべての予測可能な高速
および低速の衝撃から着用者を保護する
ことはできません。
頭部の保護能力を最大まで引き出すために、ヘルメッ
トを頭部に適切にフィットさせ、あごひもを顎の下
でしっかりと締め付けてください。また、ヘルメッ
トを頭に固定したときに、十分な周辺視界が確保で
きなければいけません。ヘルメットが大きすぎると、
使用時にヘルメットがずれることがあり、これが原
因で、ヘルメットが事故で外れたり、視界を妨げた
りする可能性があり、けがや死亡の原因となります。
ヘルメットを正しく着用する方法については、「安全
マニュアル」を参照してください。

This product is a motorcycle helmet.
Do not use it for any purposes other than riding
a motorcycle. If you use the helmet for any other
purpose, it may not provide su󰀩cient protection in
case of an accident.
No helmet can protect the wearer
against all foreseeable high speed and
low speed impacts.
For maximum head protection, the helmet must t
properly and the retention system must be securely
fastened under the chin. The helmet should allow
su󰀩cient peripheral vision when secure on your head.
If your helmet is too large, it may slide on your head
while riding causing your helmet to obstruct your
vision or come o󰀨 in an accident resulting in personal
injury or death. To learn to properly wear and secure
your helmet, see the booklet “Safety Instructions” that
is packed with your helmet.

ブレスガードは呼吸によるシールドの曇りを軽減し
ます。ブレスガードを装着する際は、下記の方法で
取り付けます。
ブレスガードの取り付け方
図のように、ブレスガードを上から押し込んで取り
付けます。取り付け後、ブレスガードがしっかりと
固定されているか確認してください。
ブレスガードの取り外し方
ブレスガードの根元を持って引き抜きます。
シールドと窓ゴムの密着性を保つため、点線で示さ
れた位置に、付属のシリコンオイルを少量塗布して
ください。シリコンオイルは、ごみやほこりをふき
取ってから塗布してください。シリコンオイルがシー
ルドに付着すると、視界の妨げと
なる恐れがあるので、余分なシリ
コンオイルは必ずふき取ってくだ
さい。常に快適にご使用いただく
ため、定期的なメンテナンスをお
勧めします。
ヘルメットを持ち運ぶときなどに、ブレス
ガードを持たないでください。パーツが外
れ、ヘルメットが落下して破損する可能性
があります。

Breath Guard
The breath guard reduces fogging of the shield/visor
caused by breathing. To install the breath guard, use
the following procedure.
Installing the Breath Guard
Insert the breath guard in the space as shown in the
drawing. After installing the breath guard, conrm that
it is rmly xed.
Removing the Breath Guard
Pull out the breath guard from the space while holding
the foundation of it.
For better sealing of the shield/visor, apply the
enclosed silicone oil on the window beading. First,
remove any dirt or dust, then apply a small amount of
oil to the designated part as per drawing. Wipe away
any excess oil. If silicone oil stains
the shield /visor, it may obstruct your
view. Check for adequate lubrication
regularly.

The CWR-F2R tear-o󰀨 buttons are parts to attach the
CWR-F2R tear-o󰀨 lm (optional) used for racing.
If a CWR-F2R tear-o󰀨 button
is damaged, replace it.
When using the CWR-F2R
tear-o󰀨 lm, adjust the CWR-
F2R tear-o󰀨 buttons before
applying the CWR-F2R tear-
o󰀨 lm. For adjusting the
tear-o󰀨 buttons and applying
the tear-o󰀨 lm, refer to the
instruction manual enclosed
with the CWR-F2R tear-o󰀨
lm.
CWR-F2R シールドを完全に閉じると、シールドタブが
フックに掛かります（図 1）。レーシングシールドロック
を図 2 のようにシールドタブ側へスライドすることで、
シールドを完全にロックします。走行時はこのポジショ
ンにすることを推奨します。
図 3 のようにシールドロックを解除し、シールドを少し
開けた状態で低速走行することで、ヘルメット内を換気
することができます。
When you fully close the CWR-F2R shield/visor, its tab will
engage with the hook (Drawing 1). Slide the racing shield/
visor lock to the shield/visor tab side as shown in Drawing
2 to completely lock the shield/visor. It is recommended
that the shield/visor remains in this position during riding.
By driving at a low speed with the shield/visor lock
released and the shield/visor slightly opened as shown in
Drawing 3, air inside the helmet can be circulated.
シールドは保護フィルムを外してから、使用し
てください。
レーシングシールドロックをロックしたままの
状態で無理にシールドを開閉しようとすると、

Before using the shield/visor for the rst time
after purchase, remove the protective lm from
the shield/visor.
Forcibly opening/closing the shield/visor with the
racing shield/visor lock engaged may damage
the lock parts. Be sure to release the racing
shield/visor lock before opening/closing the
shield/visor.

Driving at a high speed with the shield/visor slightly
opened may cause the shield/visor to open unexpectedly,
which is extremely dangerous. Completely close the
shield/visor and engage the racing shield/visor lock.

を持たないでください。パーツが外れ、ヘルメッ
トが落下して破損する可能性があります。
z チンカーテンとロアエアスポイラーを、一緒に取
り付けることはできません。
z Be extremely careful because sounds of cars or
motorcycles around you may not be heard loud
enough when chin curtain is equipped.
z Do not carry or hold the helmet by the chin curtain.
The chin curtain may come o󰀨, causing the helmet
to drop.
z It is not possible to install the chin curtain together
with the lower air spoiler.

チンカーテンは、ヘルメットの顎周りの
巻き込みおよび風切り音の進入を低減し
ます。以下の方法で、取り付け取り外し
を行います。
チンカーテンの取り付け方
取り付けはまずプレートの中央とヘル
メット先端部中央を合わせ、シェルと衝
撃吸収ライナーの隙間（a）に差し込ん
だ後、両サイドのプレートを差し込んで
いきます。
チンカーテンの取り外し方
取り外しは、先にチンカーテンの中央部
分のプレートを引き起こして抜き、両サ
イドを抜き取ります。
The chin curtain reduces the entry of
wind into the area around the chin of the
helmet as well as the wind noise. Install
and remove the chin curtain according to
the following procedures.
Installing the chin curtain
Align the center of the plate with the
center of the helmet leading edge. Insert
the plate into clearance (a) between the
shell and impact absorbing liner and then
insert the plates on both sides.
Removing the chin curtain
Lift and pull out the plate at the center of
the chin curtain rst and then remove the
plates on both sides.

シールドトリガーロックをロックしたままの状態で無理に
シールドを脱着しようとすると、パーツが破損する恐れが
あります。シールドの脱着時は、シールドトリガーロック
を解除してから操作してください。

visor trigger lock engaged may damage the lock parts. Be
sure to release the shield/visor trigger lock before installing/
removing the shield/visor.
シールドの取り付け方
1. シールドトリガーロックが解除されているか確認し（図 9）、シー
ルドを全開状態の位置に合わせ、フック C をフックレールに差
し込みます（図 10）。
2. シールドをヘルメット前方へ引っ張りながら、矢印付近を上か
らカチッとロックされるまで押し ( 図 11)、フック A と B をフッ
クレールにしっかりとはめ込みます。
3. 反対側も同じ要領で取り付けます。
4. シールド開閉を数回繰り返し、フックがシールドベースに確実
にはまっているか確認してください（図 12）。シールド取り付け
後シールドトリガーロックレバーをロックしてください ( 図 9)。
Installing the Shield/Visor
1. Check that the shield/visor trigger lock has been released
(Drawing 9). Set the shield/visor at the fully open position and
insert hook C into the hook rail (Drawing 10).
2. While pulling the shield/visor toward the front of the helmet, push
down the area indicated by the arrow until it clicks into place
(Drawing 11) and t hooks A and B into the hook rails.
3. Install the shield/visor on the other side in the same manner.
4. Open and close the shield/visor a few times and check that the
hooks are securely t in the shield/visor base (Drawing 12). After
installing the shield/visor, lock the shield/visor trigger lock lever
(Drawing 9).

フックがシールドベースにはまっていないと、走行中にシールドが
外れ、思わぬ事故を引き起こす可能性があります。取り付け後は、シー
ルドの開閉操作を数回繰り返し、フックが確実にはまっているか確

WARNING
When the hooks are not properly t in the shield/visor base, the
shield/visor may come o󰀨 during riding, which can cause unexpected
accidents. After installing the shield/visor, open and close it a few
times and check that the hooks are securely t in the shield/visor base.
With the shield/visor completely closed, check that the shield/visor tab
engages with the shield/visor hook (Drawing 13).

シールドトリガーロックレバーをロックすることにより、
シールドの取り外しができなくなり、シールドがシール
ドベースより外れることを防ぎます（図 4）。
走行時は、シールドトリガーロックをロックした状態に
することを推奨します。
シールドの開け方
シールドロックボタンを押してロックを解除し、シール
ドを開けてください（図 5）。
シールドの取り外し方
1. シールドを全開の状態にし（図 6）、シールドトリガー
ロックが掛かっている場合は、解除します（図 4）。
2. トリガーを下に引きながら、シールドをヘルメット
前方へ引っ張り、手前に持ち上げフック A と B を外
します（図 7）。フック C をフックレールから矢印方
向に外して取ります（図 8）。
3. 反対側も同じ要領で取り外します。
Shield/Visor Trigger Lock
When the shield/visor trigger lock lever is locked, the
shield/visor cannot be removed, which prevents the shield/
visor from coming o󰀨 the shield/visor base (Drawing 4).
It is recommended to ride with the shield/visor trigger lock
engaged.
Opening the Shield/Visor
Press the shield/visor lock button to release the lock and
open the shield/visor (Drawing 5).
Removing the Shield/Visor
1. Fully open the shield/visor (Drawing 6). Release the
shield/visor trigger lock if it is engaged (Drawing 4).
2. While pressing down the trigger, pull the shield/visor
toward the front of the helmet and lift it towards you
to detach hooks A and B (Drawing 7). Detach hook
C from the hook rail in the direction of the arrow to

z シールドの汚れや傷は走行中の視界の妨げとなり、
大変危険です。シールドが汚れたり傷が付いたり
したら、直ちに使用を中止し、取り外して洗浄す
るか、交換してください。
z シールドは、水で薄めた中性洗剤で洗い、真水で
よくすすいでから柔らかい布でふき取り、乾かし
てください。40℃を超える湯・塩水・酸性または
アルカリ性の洗剤・ベンジン・シンナー・ガソリン・
その他の有機溶剤・ガラスクリーナーなど、有機
溶剤を含むクリーナー類は使用しないでください。
これらが付着すると、シールドが変質し、安全性
に支障をきたす可能性があります。
z シールドが曇った状態で走行しないでください。
視界が妨げられ大変危険です。シールドが曇った
場合、ロアエアインテークを開けたり、シールド
を開けたりしてヘルメット内をよく換気し、シー
ルドの曇りを取り除いてください。また、防曇シー
トの使用も、シールドの曇り防止に効果的です。
z 防曇シートをご使用の場合は、必ず SHOEI 純正品
の防曇シートをご使用ください。取り扱い方法に
ついては、防曇シートに同梱されている取扱説明

z シールドは、保護フィルムを剥がして使用してく
ださい。
z シールドに、ステッカーや粘着テープを貼らない
でください。
z シールドベースをクリーニングしたり、あるいは
シールドベースを交換したりした場合、シールド
を閉じてシールドと窓ゴムの密着を確認してくだ
さい。隙間がある場合、風の巻き込みや風切り音
の原因となるため、シールドが窓ゴムに密着する
ようシールドベースの位置を調整してください。
z スクリューの締め付けなどを行う際は、ビット
サイズ「No.2」のプラスドライバーを垂直に当
て、ていねいに回してください。サイズの合わな
いドライバーや電動ドライバーを使用したり、ス
クリューをななめに締め付けたりすると、ネジ頭
を破損する場合がありますので、十分注意して回
してください。スクリューを交換する場合は、必
ず純正部品（アルミニウム製）をご使用ください。
スクリューを強く締めすぎると、スクリューが破
損する場合がありますのでご注意ください。（推奨
締め付けトルク：0.8 N・m/ 約 8kgf・cm）
z Dirt and scratches on the shield/visor may obstruct
your view while riding and can be very dangerous!
If the CWR-F2R shield/visor gets dirty or scratched,
stop using it immediately. Remove the shield/visor
and clean or replace it.
z The shield/visor should be cleaned with a solution
of mild, neutral soap and water. Rinse well with
pure water then wipe dry with a soft cloth. Do not
use any of the following cleaning materials: hot
water over 40°C; salt water; any acidic or alkali
detergent; benzine, thinner, gasoline, or other
organic solvents; glass cleaner; or any cleaner
containing organic solvents. If any of these
cleaners are used, the shield’s/visor’s chemical
nature may be altered and safety may be hindered.
z Do not ride with a shield/visor that is fogged. This
may obstruct your view and can be very dangerous.
If the CWR-F2R shield/visor is fogged, open the
lower air intake and/or open the shield/visor to
circulate air within the helmet and remove the fog
from the shield/visor. Use of the anti-fog sheet is
also e󰀨ective in stopping fog.
z Always use SHOEI’s genuine anti-fog sheet for
CWR-F2R. For tting anti-fog sheet, please read
instructions enclosed in it.
z Remove the protective lm before using the shield/
visor for the rst time.
z Do not place any sticker or tape in the shield’s/
visor’s eld of vision.
z After cleaning or replacing the base plates, close
the shield/visor and make sure that it touches the
window beading in all around. If there is a gap
between the shield/visor and the window beading,
adjust a position of the base plate and eliminate the
gap, because it may cause roll-in of wind or noise.
z For tightening screws, apply No.2 size Phillips
head screwdriver vertically and rotate it
carefully. If improper sized screwdriver or
electric screwdriver is used, a screw head
may be broken. Use a genuine screw made
of aluminum for replacement. If a screw
is tightened too much, it may be broken.

be removed for washing. You can also adjust the t of
your helmet by replacing them with the optional pads.
Refer to the name and drawing of interior parts and
install and remove them properly. Be sure to always
install the center pad, cheek pads, and chinstrap
covers before using the helmet.
If necessary, use the following table to order correct
sizes to replace the interior parts.
z The same cheek pads can be used with all helmet
sizes. For the M size helmet example, choose
cheek pad size 31 if you want a looser t and size
39 for a rmer t (both are optional parts).
z The center pad varies depending on the helmet
size except for certain sizes. Before purchasing the
center pad, check the size of your helmet.
z Model name and specication vary depending upon
country or area.

することにより高い曇り止め効果を発揮

z Daytime use only. Never use anti-fog
sheet at night or in any other low visibility
condition.
z The anti-fog sheet is made of a material
that is easier to scratch than the outer
shield/visor. It should be treated with great
care.
z Remove the protective lm before using
the anti-fog sheet.
z The anti-fog sheet demonstrates high
e󰀨ectiveness in stopping fog by absorbing
moisture. However, if the helmet is used
continuously with the lower vent in the
closed position in low-temperature,
high-humidity conditions, the sheet can
become saturated with water vapor
causing streaks and fog to appear. If
streaks or fog appears, it may obstruct
your view and be very dangerous! In this
case, open the lower air intake and/or
open the shield/visor to circulate air within
the helmet to remove the streaks and fog
from the helmet.
z Purchase PINLOCK®EVO lens DKS304
for CWR-F2R shield/visor for replacement
of anti-fog sheet.

front portion of the center pad from the holding
plate as per Drawing 6.
4. Removing the Chinstrap Covers
Remove the cheek pad then unfasten the
chinstrap cover snap. Remove the cover from
the chinstrap (Drawing 7). Remove the other
chinstrap cover in the same manner.

1. チークパッドの取り外し
チンカーテンを装着している場合は、まずチン
カーテンを取り外します。
チークパッドベースから引き剥がすようにホック
を 3 か所外し（図 1）、前部チークパッドブラケッ
ト（A）からプレート（a）部分を引き抜きます（図
2）。次に後部チークパッドブラケット（B）から
プレート（b）部分を引き抜きます（図 3）。プレー
ト（b）部分を引き抜く際は、強く引かずていね
いに引き抜いてください。必ずプレート（a）部
分から外してください。プレート（a）部分を取
り付けた状態でプレート（b）部分を真上に引き
抜くと、プレートを破損する可能性がありますの
で、ご注意ください。
2. イヤーパッドの取り外し
4 か所の爪を、図のようにチークパッドベース
から引き抜き、イヤーパッドを取り外します（図
4）。反対側も、同じ要領で取り外します。

Unfasten the three snaps to remove the cheek
pad from the cheek pad base (Drawing 1) and
then pull plate (a) out of front cheek pad bracket
(A) (Drawing 2). Next, pull plate (b) out of rear
cheek pad bracket (B) (Drawing 3). When pulling
out plate (b), do so carefully without using force.
Be sure to pull plate (a) rst. If you pull plate (b)
directly upward and out while plate (a) is still
inserted, the plate may be damaged.
2. Removing the Ear Pads
Unfasten the 4 catches on the plate from the
cheek pad base (Drawing 4). Remove the ear
pad. Remove the other ear pad in the same
manner.

取り付けるときは、チークパッドの左右を確認

Make sure that snaps (c) and (d) are in a standard
position or a racing position and that snap (e) is in
a position shown in Drawing14 before equipping
cheek pads to helmet.
Identify a right pad and a left pad. Insert a groove
(f) of a rear portion of plate into a boss of a cheek
pad bracket (F) as per Drawing 15. Then, do
frontward and insert a groove (g) of a plate into a
cheek pad bracket (G) as per Drawing 16. Make
sure to insert a plate deeply. After the plate is
inserted, pass the chinstrap through the hollow
section of the cheek pad (Drawing 17). Fasten
the snaps in (1) to (3) order, by pressing the head
of the snaps rmly from the pad side until they
click in place. Lastly, press the corner (h) of the
pad as shown in the Drawing 18 and t the cheek
pad plate securely into the boss of the cheek pad
base. Install the other cheek pad in the same
manner.

The chinstrap covers have di󰀨erent shapes on
the right and left sides of the helmet. Pass the
chinstrap through a chinstrap cover and snap
each other until you hear it clicks (Drawing 8).
2. Installing the Center Pad
Slide and insert front plate into a gap of bracket
(Drawing 11) from one side (Drawings 9, 10) to
another. Snap the two snaps into place in the rear
of the center pad as per Drawing 12.
3. Installing the Ear Pads
Check right and left sides of ear pads and place
it adjusting to dotted line of drawing 13. Then,
adjust 4 catches to cuts of cheek pad base and
press pad. Install the ear pads on the opposite
side in the same manner.

4. センターパッド サイドの取り付け
センターパッド サイドを取り付ける場合、事前にセ

E.Q.R.S.（エマージェンシー クイック リリース シス
テム）とは、万が一の事故の際、ヘルメットからチー
クパッドを引き抜くことで、救護者がライダーの頸
部への負担を最小限に抑えつつ、容易にヘルメット
を取り外すことができるシステムです。
緊急時にチークパッドを外すには、最初にチンスト
ラップをほどくか切断し、ライダーの頭部が動かな
いようにヘルメットを押さえ、赤いタブ部分（図 1）
を持ち、図 2 で示された方向にエマージェンシータ
ブを引っ張ります。（※チンカーテンが装着されてい
る場合は、エマージェンシータブを引き出す前に取
り外してください。）
エマージェンシータブを引っ張ることでチークパッ
ドのホックが外れ、ライダーがヘルメットを被った
状態のまま、ヘルメット下部からパッドを引き抜く
ことができます。反対側のチークパッドも同じよう
に外します。
チークパッドを外すときは、必ずヘルメットをしっ
かりと押さえ、ライダーの頭部を動かさないようご
注意ください。
E.Q.R.S. (Emergency Quick Release System) is a
mechanism for emergency personnel to remove the
cheek pads.
To remove a cheek pad in an emergency, cut or undo
a chinstrap rst. While holding the helmet rmly so
that the rider’s head may not move, take emergency
strip (Drawing 1) and pull it to a direction indicated in
the Drawing 2. (If chin curtain is equipped, it must be
removed before using the emergency strip.)
Pulling the emergency strip will release snaps and
allow a cheek pad to be pulled out through the bottom
of the helmet while it is still on the rider’s head. Repeat
the same procedure to remove the other side.
Be sure to hold the helmet rmly and pay full attention
not to move the rider’s head while removing the cheek
pads.

z ホックのはめ込み、取り外しはなるべくホックの
近くを持ち、ていねいに行ってください。ホック
はカチッと音がするまできちんと取り付けてくだ
さい。
z 内装を洗う場合は手洗いか、洗濯機をご使用の場
合はネットに入れるなどして、ていねいに洗って
ください。洗濯の際は、水またはぬるま湯と中性
洗剤を使用し、乾いた布で水をふき取ってから陰
干ししてください。内装パーツのプラスチック部
分を破損する恐れがありますので、強くしぼった
り、プラスチック部分を折り曲げたりしないでく
ださい。脱水機を使用する場合は、十分ご注意く
ださい。衝撃吸収ライナー（発泡スチロール部分）
は、柔らかい布を水または水で薄めた中性洗剤で
湿らせてふいてください。パーツを破損する恐れ
がありますので、40℃を超える湯・塩水・酸性ま
たはアルカリ性の洗剤・ベンジン・シンナー・ガ
ソリン・その他の有機溶剤・ガラスクリーナーなど、
有機溶剤を含むクリーナー類は使用しないでくだ
さい。
z センターパッドは 6 つのパーツで構成されていま
す。センターパッドを洗濯する際は、すべてのパー
ツを取り付けた状態で洗濯してください。各パー
ツを取り外した状態で洗濯した場合、面ファスナー
が傷つく恐れがあります。
z When fastening or unfastening the snaps, you
should hold near the snaps and treat carefully.
Fasten the snaps rmly until they click in place.
z You can clean the inner parts by hand washing
them or by washing them in a washing machine
after placing them in a laundry net. Please
treat them carefully when washing. Use room
temperature water or lukewarm water, and a neutral
detergent. Gently squeeze the parts with a dry towel
and dry them in the shade. To prevent damage to
the plastic areas of the interior parts, do not wring
them strongly and do not fold or bend the plastic
areas. Take special care if you are using a washing
machine. Do not dry the interior parts with a clothes
dryer, blow dryer, or any other type of mechanical
dryer, as heat can damage the material. The impact
absorbing liner (polystyrene foam section) should
be wet with a soft cloth dipped in a solution of mild
neutral soap and water and then wiped. Allow time
for the impact absorbing liner to dry in the shade.
Do not dry the impact absorbing liner in the sunlight
or use any type of mechanical dryer, as the impact
absorbing liner is extremely sensitive to heat. If the
impact absorbing liner is exposed to high heat of
any kind, contact your dealer or SHOEI directly for
a safety evaluation. To prevent damage, do not
use any of the following cleaning materials: hot
water over 40°C; salt water; any acidic or alkali
detergent; benzine, thinner, gasoline, or other
organic solvents; glass cleaner; or any cleaner
containing organic solvents.
z The center pad consists of six parts. When cleaning
the center pad, wash it with all the parts assembled.
If the center pad is cleaned with any part removed,
the fastener may be damaged.

z ご使用の前に、シールド左右のフックが確実には

z ヘルメットおよびシールドのお手入れに、40℃を

くする場合
センターパッド リアは、オプションのハードパッド
を差し込んで厚くすることにより、後頭部のフィッ

Tightening the Fit of the Rear Part
When the optional hard pad is inserted into the rear
part to thicken it, the t for the rear of the head can
be tightened.
After conrming the top and bottom of the hard pad,
insert the hard pad through the opening in the rear
part as shown in the drawing.
z After inserting the pad, check that the pad is
properly t in the four corners.
z When it is di󰀩cult to insert the hard pad, turn over
the rear part through the opening, place the hard
pad on top of the
rear part, and
then turn over the
rear part again
to return it to the
original state.
Loosening the Fit of the Rear Part
When a layer of the rear part is removed to make it
thinner, the t for the rear of the head can be loosened.
Turn over the rear part of the standard size through
the opening. Remove the top layer of the pad inside.
After removal, turn over the rear part again to return it

Tightening the Fit of the Top Part
When the optional hard pad is inserted into the top
part to thicken it, the t for the top of the head can
be tightened.
Insert the hard pad through the opening in the top part
as shown in the drawing.

Slightly Tightening the Fit of the Rear
Part
When the optional soft pad is attached to the rear part
to thicken it, the t for the rear of the head can be
slightly tightened.
Turn over the rear part through the opening as shown
with (a) in the drawing. Remove the protective lm
from the soft pad. Conrm the top and bottom of the
soft pad and then attach the soft pad to the rear part.
After attachment, turn over the rear part to the front to
return it to its original state.
z The soft pad design varies depending on the helmet
size. Be sure to use the correct soft pad for the
helmet size.

Loosening the Fit of the Front Part
When a layer of the front part is removed to make

in the side part as shown in the drawing, and then
attach the soft pad to the side part. After attachment,
turn over the side part again to return it to its original
state. Attach the soft pad to the other side part in the
same manner.

Insert the hard pad into the other side part in the same
manner.
z After inserting the pad, check that the pad is
properly t in the four corners.
z When it is di󰀩cult to insert the hard pad, turn over
the side part through the opening, place the hard
pad on top of the side part, and then turn over the
side part again to return it to the original state.
