• NON-PEDESTAL SIDE
1. Turn desk up-side down.
NOTE: When removing file drawers from pedestal, the cradle assembly must be removed with the drawer at the same
time. Store drawer on the front face to prevent grease damage on carpet etc.
2a. For 45" desks with center drawer.
Remove the center drawer rail, which
is attached to the end panel by (3)
phillips screws.
2b. For desks larger than 45" with center drawer.
Remove filler, (3) phillips screws, (1) attaching
end panel and (2) attaching filler to center drawer
support. Pull filler forward to clear attaching clips.

NOTE: Model No. 32F DAL-DBL includes adjustable legs for a double pedestal desk. (2) legs have (3) phillips head screws
and (2) legs have 5/16" hex head screws.
Model No. 32F DAL-SIL includes adjustable legs for a desk with a single pedestal on the left side. Each leg has
different screws.
Model No. 32F DAL-SIR includes adjustable legs for a desk with a single pedestal on the right side. Each leg has
different screws.
• The adjustable legs illustrated below explain the (5) different types and their uses.

3. Remove the (3) phillips screws and 5/16" hex
screw that holds the end panel to the desk top.
Remove the (3) 5/16" hex screws that hold the
rear leg to the back panel.

6. Reverse Step 3 to attach adjustable rear leg to back panel and the end panel to the desk top using the same
screws removed earlier.
5. Attach the adjustable rear leg to the end panel
with (2) 3/8" hex screws.
NOTE: The rear leg should have (3) holes to the
back panel side and (2) holes to the end panel.
7. Reverse Step 2a or 2b, depending on the desk size, to re-install the center drawer rail to the end panel using
the same screws also removed earlier.
4. Remove the front and rear legs from the end panel
by removing the (4) 3/8" hex screws. Use a 3/8"
socket and 6" extension.

• NON-PEDESTAL SIDE
NOTE: The following Steps apply to a double pedestal as well as a single pedestal desk on the side with the pedestal.
1. Remove the non-adjustable leg from the rear of the pedestal using a 5/16" socket and 6" extension. Align
holes in adjustable leg with holes in pedestal and attach with screws in adjustable leg.

2. Remove (3) phillips screws from non-adjustable leg on front of pedestal. Align holes in adjustable leg with
holes in pedestal and fasten with (3) phillips screws from adjustable leg. For double pedestal desks repeat
this Step for remaining pedestal.
3. Turn desk right-side up. To re-install, file drawer must be seated into the cradle assembly and then
re-installed into pedestal. Installer should wipe any excess grease from exterior of cradle prior to
re-assembly.

• ADJUSTMENT OF LEGS
1. Each leg extension has (4) holes spaced at 1" increments. Lift or prop up one side of desk or table. Remove
the allen head screw and move extension leg to desired length. Align hole "A" in leg with desired hole in
extension leg. Replace allen head screw.

Section 2: 2900, 3200 & 4200 Tables
1. Turn table up-side down and remove (4) 1/4-20 X 7/8" hex head screws and (1) washer plate from each non-
adjustable leg.
3. Place table upright and refer to Step 1 at the top of this page for leg adjustment.

2. Replace the non-adjustable legs with the adjustable legs by positioning the leg holes with slotted holes located
on the apron ends. Align round holes in washer plate and secure each leg loosely with the (4) screws removed
in Step 1. After all legs are in place firmly secure the screws.
