Replacing Flexor/
Upholstery Assembly
1. Remove flexor screws (4x).
NOTE: Extend chair to maximum height
with height adjustment lever, and slide
seat to most forward position.
4. Push the new Flexor assembly side clips
onto the frame from top to bottom (4a). Push the
bottom of the Flexor assembly back into place
(make sure black strip attached to the upholstery
is locked onto Flexor assembly flanges) (4b).
2. Pull out the bottom Flexor
assembly.
3. Push the side of the plastic
flexor toward the frame with flathead screw driver,
then pull out to disengage the Flexor
assembly from the frame. Repeat for other side.
5. Replace screws removed in step 1 (4x).
Tighten, but do not strip. Check lumbar
