HOW TO USE A HIDDEN CAM & CAM SCREW OR CAM DOWEL
NOTE: Various CAM SCREWS or a CAM DOWEL may be used.

å Assemble your unit on a carpeted floor or on the empty
carton to avoid scratchin your unit or the floor.
å Turn two CAM SCREWS (10) into the ENDS (B and C).
å Push four HIDDEN CAMS (9) into the ENDS (B and C).

å Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (2) from the EXTENSION RAILS (1) as
shown in the upper diaram below. Be prepared, the parts are reasy.
å Fasten the EXTENSION RAILS (1) to the ENDS (B and C). Use six 1/2"
FLAT HEAD SCREWS (20).
å NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in
the enlared diaram. Then, slide the inner cartride of the EXTENSION
RAIL in to find the other holes that line up with the holes in the ENDS.
Turn a SCREW into these holes.
å NOTE: The EXTENSION SLIDES will be used later for the DRAWERS.
Push the black lever in and pull the SLIDE from the RAIL.

å Fasten the CABINET RIGHT (3) to the RIGHT END (C) and
the CABINET LEFT (4) to the LEFT END (B). Use six 1/2"
FLAT HEAD SCREWS (20) throuh the 2nd, 6th and 10th
hole from the roller end.

å Push two HIDDEN CAMS (9) into the BRACE (F).
å Insert a WOOD DOWEL (13) into each END (B and C).
å Fasten the ENDS (B and C) to the BRACE (F). Tihten two
HIDDEN CAMS.
å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS in the ENDS insert
into the BRACE.

into the ENDS.

å Fasten the UPPER FRAME (Q) to the LOWER

usin the L-WRENCH (8).
å Repeat this step.

FRAMES (Q). Tihten eiht 1-7/8" HEX HEAD
SCREWS (16) usin the L-WRENCH (8).

been enineered to be lihter, stroner,
faster… well ok. Not technically faster.
But definitely makes for a sturdier
426438 that’s easier to assemble and
friendlier to the environment.

å 1st-Carefully stand your unit upriht aainst the wall in its final location. Strike a mark throuh the center of the hole in
the UPPER FRAMES (Q). Lay your unit down.
å 2nd-Drill a 5/16" hole on the marks.
å 3rd-While you squeeze the wins toether, ently tap two WALL ANCHORS (12) into the holes until they are even with
the surface of the wall.
å Stand your unit upriht placin the brackets in the UPPER FRAMES (Q) over the WALL ANCHORS (12).
å Turn two 2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (15) throuh the holes in the UPPER FRAMES (Q) and into the WALL ANCHORS. (12).
å NOTE: You will need to turn the 2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (15) multiple turns to completely tihten and secure your unit
to the wall.
