Equipment Needed:
7mm Hex Socket Wrench
Phillips screwdriver

D O O R L O O M / E A R T H W I R E
B O T T L E S T A T I O N L O O M S

Unscrew washers
Remove menu
LED loom
Remove Lightbox
1 - R E M O V E L I G H T B O X

2 - R E M O V E B U T T O N S
Disconnect Looms x 4
Unscrew Washer x 4
Remove Button
from Front

3 - R E M O V E L C D C O V E R
Remove Cover and
disconnect Loom

4 - U N P L U G D I G I T A L M E D I A S C R E E N
Unplug power cable
from digital media
screen

5 - R E M O V E F L U S H C O V E R
Unscrew Cover
Remove Cover
Unplug Loom

6 - U N P L U G M A I N B O A R D
Disconnect looms as shown

7 - D I S C O N N E C T C O N V E R T O R
Loosen screws
Remove
connectors

Unplug Looms
8 - U N P L U G F R A M E
Unplug Loom
Remove Earth
Cable

Remove Frame
Bolts
9 - R E M O V E M E T A L F R A M E

1 0 - U N B O L T S C R E E N P A C K E R S
Unbolt Screen
Packers and
remove - loosen
middle bottom
bolt but leave
in place

1 1 - R E P L A C E F A S C I A
Remove plastic from back
and front (keep front
plastic)
Slide fascia between
bottom screen packer - bolt
back in
Replace all screen packers
and bolt back into place

1 2 - R E P L A C E M E T A L F R A M E
Replace Frame
Bolts -
ensure all looms
are free of frame

Plug Looms
back into frame
1 3 - R E P L A C E D O O R C A B L E S
Plug in Loom
Reattach Earth
Cable

1 4 - R E C O N N E C T C O N V E R T O R
Attach Connectors
Tighten Screws

1 5 - P L U G M A I N B O A R D I N
Connect looms as shown

1 6 - R E P L A C E F L U S H C O V E R
Attach Loom
Replace Cover
Replace Screws

Plug in power cable
