Yealink T19 Handset
Making a Call:
Lift handset or press SPEAKER button and dial number.
(Some systems may require 9 for external calls.
Press the SOFT KEY SEND to make the call.
Receiving a call:
Lift the handset or press SPEAKER button.
Transferring a call:
Take a call,
Select the SOFT KEY NEW CALL,
Dial the internal or external number required,
Press the SOFT KEY TRANS to complete the transfer.
Conference Call:
Have a caller on the line,
Press the SOFT KEY NEW CALL,
Dial the required party
Press the SOFT KEY CONF to join the party together.
Do Not Disturb:
Press the SOFT KEY DND and toggle between putting it on or
off.
Call History:
Press the SOFT KEY History
Use the navigation keys to scroll through your call history
(TO, From and Missed calls).
If you wish to return a call, highlight the number and press
the SOFT KEY SEND.
This will place the call.
Call Forward:
Press the SOFT KEY MENU
Select FEATURES, then Select CALL FORWARD.
Always Forward - All calls are forwarded unconditionally.
Busy Forward –Call forwarded when phone is busy.
No Answer Forward –Call forwarded if not answered after a
period of time.
Enter the number you want to forward to. For NO ANSWER
FORWARD press the right or left navigation key to select the
desired ring time before the call is forwarded.
Press the SOFT KEY SAVE to accept changes made.

Contact Directory:
Press the SOFT KEY DIR and select ALL CONTACTS.
Press the SOFT KEY ADD, enter a name
Press the down navigation key to enter the number.
Press the SOFT KEY SAVE.
Voicemail:
When the GREEN light Flashes and the Tape Cassette image
appear on Screen –you have VOICEMAIL.
Press the ENVELOPE button (Voicemail).
Messages will Play
Press 1 for HELP
Press 2 SKIP Forward
Press 8 Skip Back
Press 4 Previous Message
Press 6 Next Message
Press 3 DELETE
Press 5 Forward to someone else
Press 7 SAVE
0 to Return the Call
To Record a Personal Greeting:
Press the Envelope (voicemail)
Press *
Press 2
