1 Extraiga la cesta exterior, retire la cesta y los separadores.
Remove the external basket, remove the basket and the hopper
fruit classifiers.

2 Caucho gris esponjoso ref. V 11 de 272mm (Laterales máquina)
1 Burlete techo 5x2x126 ref. 21 333 de 315mm (Trasero máquina)
1 Burlete techo 5x2x126 ref. 21 333 (Tapa pista tolva)

1 Top seal 3x2x185 ref. 21 334 (Base hopper track)

4 Desenrosque las 4 tuercas tolva, extraiga los 4 tapones del techo y los 4 tornillos.
Unscrew the 4 hopper nuts, remove the 4 grey plugs and remove the 4 bolts.

7 Extraiga la tapa pista tolva y desconecte los cables de la placa cpu.
Remove the lid hopper track and disconnect the cpu programmer wires.

9 Extraiga los 2 tapones del techo, desenrosque los 4 tornillos para poder quitar la base
pista tolva y extraiga la junta situada en el eje de la cesta.
Remove the 2 grey plugs, the 4 bolts to remove the base hopper track and the ring
gasket located in the basket shaft.

14 Extraiga la base pista tolva y desconecte los cables del ventilador.
Extract the base hopper track and disconnect the fan wires.

16 Desmonte el ventilador, retire la rejilla de plástico negro y monte la nueva junto con el
ventilador utilizando los mismos tornillos. Vuelva a conectar los cables.
Disassemble the fan, remove the black plastic grille and assemble the new stainless
steel grille with the fan using the same screws. Reconnect the wires.

IMPORTANTE: Monte el venlador en la misma posi ión para fa ilitar la salida del aire.
El flujo del aire debe ser del interior al exterior.
IMPORTANT: Assemble the fan in the same posion in order to fa ilitate the venla-
on. The air flow must be from inside of the ma hine to outside.

12 Desatornillar los 4 espárragos Dowel Ø6.3/M6x7 y sustituir por los
espárragos Dowel Ø6.3/M6x9 . Usar llave Tors
Unscrew the four screw Dowel Ø6.3/M6x7 and substitute set screw Dowel Ø6.3/
M6x9 .Use Torx

19 Selle la parte superior de la máquina según se observa en la imagen:
Seal the top of the machine as you can see in the picture.

20 Selle con el burlete techo 3x2x185 todo el perímetro de la base pista tolva. Dejar la unión de
los extremos en la parte trasera de la máquina.
Seal with the top seal 3x2x185 all the perimeter of the base hopper track. Leave the ends of
the union in the rear of the machine.

21 Corte el sobrante del burlete en forma de cuña.
Cut the top seal excess as you can see in the picture.

23 Monte la base pista tolva en la máquina y conecte el cableado según la imagen.
Assemble the base hopper track in the machine and connect the wires.

Selle con el burlete techo 5x2x126 todo el perímetro de la tapa pista. Dejar la unión del burle-
te en la parte frontal de la máquina.
Seal with the top seal 5x2x126 all the perimeter of the lid hopper track. Leave the ends of the
union in the front of the machine.
25 Corte el sobrante del burlete en forma de cuña.
Cut the top seal excess as you can see in the picture.

27 Monte la protección placa como se observa en la imagen y luego monte la tapa pista tolva.
Tenga cuidado de no pellizcar el cableado.
Assemble the cpu protection as you can see in the picture and then assemble the lid hop-
per track. Be careful you don’t pinch the wires.

Coloque los 4 tornillos y los 4 tapones. Luego añada en cada esparrago una arandela
techo Z4 y finalmente monte las 4 tuercas tolva.
Screw the 4 bolts and put the 4 grey plugs. Then add to each bolt a Z4 top washer
and finally screw in the 4 hopper nuts.
32 Sitúe el cierre superior techo y monte el retén.
Place the upper protective cover and assemble the ring gasket.

Monte la cesta junto con los separadores y finalmente monte la cesta exterior.
Assemble the basket with the fruit classifiers and finally assemble the external basket.
