Leg Cross Block
While the legs are placed in the proper configuration place a Leg Cross Block between the one Left Leg and one Right Leg.
Align the holes, Insert (1) one 3/8” x 3” Hex Head with (1) one 3/8” Flat Washer per hole.
While the table top is upside down, fasten the legs to the Table Cross Supports being sure that the counter bores are
pointing toward the center of the table as shown above. Use (1) one 3/8” x 5” Hex Head Bolt with (1) one 3/8” Flat
Washer and (1) one 3/8” Nylon Lock Nut per hole to secure.

While the table top is upside down, fasten the Cross Supports to the Legs. Use (1) one 3/8” x 5” Hex Head Bolt with
(1) one 3/8” Flat Washer and (1) one 3/8” Nylon Lock Nut per hole to secure.
While the table is upside down, slide the Cross Dowel into the Cross Support Board on both ends. Then align the holes with
the holes on the Leg Cross Blocks. Slide a 3/8” x 4” Hex Head Tap Bolt into the hole from the side of the Leg Cross Block
and thread it into the cross dowel in the cross support board

Cross Dowel
Make sure to aling the hole in the
Cross Dowel with the tap bolt hole
then thread the 3/8” 4” Hex Head
Tap Bolt together.

While the table is upside down, fasten the under seat supports to the Seat Cross Supports. Use (1) one 3/8” x 5” Hex Head
Lag Bolt and (1) one 3/8” Flat Washer per hole to secure.
With the table in the upright position, align the holes on the Seat Supports with the pre-drilled holes in the leg and screw a
#12 x 3” Flat Head Screw tight.
Flip the table upright onto the legs. Please take caution while flipping the table over. At this point in the assembly the table
weighs approximately 260 pounds.

Align the holes in the
ends of the underseat
support board with
the leg holes.

With the table in the upright position, fasten the seats to the Seat Cross Supports and Under Seat Supports being sure to
center all holes over boards. Use (1) one #12 x 3” Flat Head Screw per hole to secure.
