Assembly Instructions for at packed blinds
Double ended blinds (addition notes for single ended blinds on page 2)
1. Unpack blind and Check
contents against list
Contents
4 Corner brackets
4 mitre corners
8 Grub screws
4 Frame sections
1 Blind and or Fly Assembly
Tools required:
2mm Allen Key
2. Layout frame sections and align dots
4. Place frame on foam packing tube supplied as shown
Flyscreen assembly ready to install at open end of frame, note handle underneath
5. Feed blind into frame evenly ensuring gliders engage and cords are not
trapped
3. Assemble corners as shown to one end only, ensure prole is tight to
mitre corner.

10. Fit Flyscreen fabric headrail if applicable as per steps 9a & b,

b. Press into place from underneath avoiding damage
to fabric.

9. Fit night fabric headrail to clips in frame using steps
a& bbelow.
8. Fit remaining frame corners as per step 4.
7. Position fabric in center of frame and check all gliders are engaged by pushing from below
(handle side), the bars should not lift.
6. Engage moving rail gliders into frame, again ensuring cords are not trapped.
Repeat steps 5 & 6 for second fabric if applicable.

Single ended 2 fabric assembly, both night and y fabrics
are connected by a central moving rail, note square
guides. Feed central moving rail guides into frame as
shown.
Fitting single ended 2 fabric assembly
Follow steps 1 to 4 and note the following for step 5 (feeding gliders in to frame)
Continue with steps 6 to 9 and note the following for step 10
Fitting opposite headrail for single ended assemblies
as per steps 9a & b.
Troubleshooting
Blind does not operate:
•Ensure blind is installed as per instructions provided
•Check cords are not trapped and gliders are correctly located, see step 6.
•Ensure frame tracks are free from debris
Fabric sags or there is a loss of tension:
• Check spring in headrail
Headrail detached or loose
•Check tting clips ( 9 a & b)
Test blind operation of blind by fully closing and opening,
Unpacking pre assembled blinds
•Please read instructions before unpacking.
•Lay on a at, dry surface, avoid twisting the blind unit.
•Remove all protective packaging, taking care not to damage cords, blind or metal work.
•Ensure that the product is not damaged.
•Measure the blind unit and make sure that it ts the recess (the blind unit should be 4mm smaller overall for an easy t).
•Make sure that the recess is square, if not; it will force the blind out of shape when xing.
11. Test blind operation of blind by fully closing and opening. In the unlikely of any problems,
please follow troubleshooting on page 3.

•If a large frame, ensure a minimum of two people undertake the installation.
•Ensure that the blind unit is the correct way up with the handle facing downwards an in the correct orientation.
•Offer the blind unit up to the recess and ensure that all the sides are square, use packing pieces if necessary. (g1)
•Make sure that the blind unit is not twisted; distortion will damage the blind and affect operation.
•Use suitable screws to x the frame to the recess, using pre-drilled holes (the head of screw to be no larger than 6.0 mm in
diameter and no more than 2.0 mm in height). If using a countersunk screw, countersink the frame holes to suit.

Care and maintenance
•Minimal maintenance is required. Do not grease, oil or lubricate the blind unit, lubricants will damage the fabric.
•If blind gets wet, deploy blind and allow to dry naturally.
Recommended use
•Blind to be stowed when roof is open over 5 Knots
Safety
•This blind is not designed as a walking surface.
