3/8” Socket

INSTALLATION GUIDE
Attach Beam Weldment to End Leg
Weldment using 5/16-18 X 1-1/4” Serrated
Flange Bolt.
Note: Snug t. DO NOT tighten
Attach Beam Stretcher to Beam Weldment using
5/16-18 x 1/2” Flange Bolt. Insure Beam Stretcher
tabs are facing the middle of the Beam Weldment.
Note: 2x Beam Stretcher per Beam Weldment
Snug t. DO NOT tighten
When Mid Legs are required, attach Mid Leg
Weldment to Beam Weldment using 5/16-18 X
1-1/4” Serrated Flange Bolt.
Mid Legs may not apply to all applications.
Note: Snug t. DO NOT tighten

INSTALLATION GUIDE
Tighten all connections.
Install inll.
Note: Inll attachment hardware is dependent on
inll material option.
Locate and center the work surface on the leg
assembly.

3) ASSEMBLY:

INSTALLATION GUIDE
Secure the surface using the supplied #10
X 1” Truss Head Wood Screws.
Attach Formed Trough Panel to Beam Weldment
using #10-24 x 1/2” Phillips Head.
Note: DO NOT tighten. Component needs to slide
along slots of part.
Mid Leg option:
When Mid Legs are required, install the outer
most Trough Panels 1st. Next, install 1 of the inner
Trough Panels. Next install the magnetic Mid
Leg Trough Cover before installing the nal inner
Trough Panels.
Note: DO NOT tighten. Component needs to slide
along slots of part.

Assemble #8-32 x 3/8 Phillips Pan Head
Thread Cutting Screw and #8 Split Lock
Washer Trough Door.
Insert #8 x 5/16 Nylon Bushing into each Formed
Trough Panel pivot hole.
Note: 2x per Trough Panel.
Push the Formed Trough Panel as far apart as
possible.

3) ASSEMBLY:

INSTALLATION GUIDE
Insert the Trough Door assembly into the
Nylon Bushings.
Push the Formed Trough Panel together as far
as possible and tighten the #10-24 x 1/2” Phillis
Head that hold the Formed Trough Panels to the
Beams.
Rotate the Trough Door into it’s closed position.

Level the table.

INSTALLATION GUIDE
Connect the 4 Trac Circuit modular power
receptacles together using the Receptacle
Connector.
Locate and attach the 4 Trac Duplex Mount to the
underside of the work surface.
Route 4 Trac Power Jumpers through the leg
weldment knock-out and attach to the 4 Trac
Circuit
