FOLLOW THESE STEPS WHEN THE REMINDER MESSAGE IS PRESENT
Note: All button selections will be made with the buttons on the glass display of the unit unless
otherwise stated.
1. Turn “On” the VIO 300D. Allow the “green” message box to disappear.
2. Select “Return”.
3. Select “Other Functions”.
4. Select “Setup”.
5. Press “More” until the “Service Program” option appears.
6. Select “Service Program”.
Note: The Password Screen will appear. The password shortcut is the dash symbol, “-“.
7. Using the buttons on the gray frame to the right of the glass display, press the “Down” button one time.

Note: This action will display the dash symbol in the character field on the glass display. (See Figure 2)

8. Press the Confirm/Enter button. (See Figure 3) This action will display the “VIO 300D Setup” menu. The
unit’s date will be visible on the top of the display.

9. Review the current “Date and Time” options; make any corrections at this time by simply select/highlight
the setting that requires adjusting. Using the buttons on the gray frame, press the “Up” and/or “Down”
buttons to adjust the settings.
10. Once date and time are verified and adjusted as required, press the “Confirm/Enter” button (See Figure
3) to exit the Date or Time selections.
Note: Step # 10 is accomplished when the word “More” reappears on the glass display.
11. Press “More” several times until “Next Safety Check” is visible.
12. Select “Next Safety Check”.
13. Using the buttons on the gray frame to the right of the glass display, press the “Up” button one time.
(See Figure 4) Observe that the “Year” advances one year from the current year.

14. Press the Confirm/Enter button to save the change. (See Figure 3 above)
15. Turn “Off” the VIO 300D, then “On” again. Ensure that the “Next Safety Check” green message does not
appear.

The unit’s date will be visible on the top of the display.
9. Press “Date” until the “Year” is highlighted.
10. Using the buttons on the gray frame to the right of the glass display, press the “Down” button (See Figure
1) to change to year to the previous year.
11. Press the Confirm/Enter button. (See Figure 3 above) The selected year will be saved.
12. Turn “Off” the unit, then “On” again.
13. Repeat Steps 2 through 9.
14. Using the buttons on the gray frame to the right of the glass display, press the “Up” button (See Figure 4
above) to change back to the current year.
15. Press the Confirm/Enter button. (See Figure 3 above) The selected year will be saved.
16. Press “More” several times until “Next Safety Check” is visible.
17. Select “Next Safety Check”.
18. Using the buttons on the gray frame to the right of the glass display, press the “Up” button one time.
(See Figure 4 above) Observe that the “Year” advances one year from the current year.
19. Press the Confirm/Enter button. (See Figure 3 above) The selected year will be saved.
