Elements of the complete installation
Electrical cabling

The TC closing stopper must be installed in all
cases.
The TA opening external stopper is only necessary
with the 180º opening mechanism (chain).
Limits on use

We recommend using an electrolock for leaf
lengths of over 2.5m.
Values for orientation purposes. The shape
of the leaf and the presence of strong wind
may bring notable differences in the values
of the chart.

Unlocking
AInsert the key in the lock (1) and turn it towards the
hinges of the gate.
BPull on the release lever (2), making it turn 90º. The
arm (3) is unlocked from the base (4).
CMove the gate manually.
Unlocking for manual operation: Motorised operation locking:
ATurn the release lever (1) until it is located
underneath the base (2).
BTurn the key as shown in the figure.
CMove the gate until the base (2) is aligned with the
arm (3).

Assembly positions and levels
A: 60mm minimum (distance
from rotation shaft to pillar)
B: 56mm (distance from the
floor to the lower part of
the gate)
C: 152mm (height of the box)
D: approximately 20mm
(height from drainage
bottom)
•The Ppivot should be vertical and
aligned with the upper hinge (1).
•The lower hinge (2) must be eliminated.
•Install pipes to drain off the water
(3), which must be downward sloping.
Check that drainage is correct.
Drainage bottom: stones
and gravel positioned
underneath the box to
facilitate drainage and prevent
the box from becoming filled
with water.

Mounting the operator (opening mechanism up to 110º)

Lubricate
1 Install the operator (1) and the lever
(2).
2 Install the double arm (3) and the
release arm (4). Tighten the nuts.
3 Position the gate.
4 Position the rod (5) and bar (6). 5 Adjust the opening stopper (7). Use
the control panel to move the gate.
6 Adjust the closing stopper (8). Use
the control panel to move the gate.
Position the cover and cap.

1 Install the operator (1) and the
pinion (2). Do not tighten the nuts
yet.
2 Install the double arm (3) and the
release arm (4).
3 Position the gate.
Lubricate
4 Position the chain (5) so that the
lever (2) and arm (3) are parallel.
Tighten the nuts.
5 Position the bar (6) and adjust the
end stopper (7). Use the control
panel to move the gate.
6 Position the cover (8) and cap (9).

•Select the number of operators using C0 (C001:
one operator, C002: two operators).
•Programme C7 for operation with encoder (C701).
•For the TOPO operator, programme C302.
Turning direction check: after connecting the
power and activating any of the key devices, the
gate makes a reset (the display showsrS): the gate
closes until it reaches the stopper, assigning this
stopper with the position "gate closed" If it opens
instead of closes during reset, change the turning
direction (C101 or C102 for A1 and C201 or C202
for A2).
Electrical connections VIVO-D201(M)
For gate movements during installation,
programme "dead man" mode (F103) and activate
the gate using ST1 (open) and ST2 (close).
