Helpful bunk bed safety tips
B unk beds should be checked periodically to ensure that the guardrail,
ladder and other components are secure and in the correct position
and all connectors are tight.
W e recommend that children under the age of nine (9) do not use
the upper bunk. Children should be discouraged from playing on the
bunk bed.
No more than one occupant should use the upper bunk at any time
(unless otherwise stated).
B unk beds should be placed a minimum of 2 metres away from any
ceiling fans to prevent any injury to the upper bunk occupant.

Assembly checklist
Useful Information
! Never use power tools unless specifically instructed. They can damage your components or
hardware if used incorrectly.
! The most common mistakes made during assembly are using the wrong hardware or getting
components back to front.
! Always use a soft surface (such as carpet or cardboard) when assembling your product to
avoid scratching or damaging the surface of the product.
! Bulky items such as wardrobes and bunk beds should be assembled in the room they will be
used as they may not fit through a door once assembled.
! Never use any glue until you are certain that the parts belong together.
! Periodically check and re-tighen all fasteners. Check the product care label or website for
product care instructions.
! If you are having any diculties assembling your product, missing any hardware or
components please visit our website Help Centre for further assistance.
Read through the instructions carefully
before you begin.
Identify and lay out all of the components
before you begin assembly.
Make sure you have all the required tools.
Never use power tools unless instructed.
Unless instructed, do not fully tighten screws
until the item is fully assembled.

Insert 4 x Cam Nuts (H2) to Panels (P1), rotate the Cam Nuts,
so the arrow point towards the incoming Cam Bolts, then attach
(P2) & (P3) to (P1), turn the Cam Nuts clockwise to tighten.

Insert 7 x Cam Nuts (H2) to Panels (P1), (P2) & (P3), rotate the
Cam Nuts, so the arrow point towards the incoming Cam Bolts.
Attach (P1), (P2) & (P3) to (P4) as shown, turn the Cam Nuts
clockwise to tighten.



6 x Bolts (H7) by using a Phillips head screwdriver.

Insert 10 x Cam Nuts (H2) to Panel
(P25), (P26), (P27), (P28), rotate the
Cam Nuts, so the arrow point
towards the incoming Cam Bolts.
Attach (P25), (P26), (P27), (P28) to
