1Cierre el suministro de agua. / Close the water supply.
Ubique y cierre las válvulas de suministro de agua.
Generalmente se encuentran debajo del lavabo. Si se trata de un
reemplazo de grifo, quite el grifo viejo y limpie completamente la
superficie del lavabo.
Locate and close the water supply valves.
Usually found under the sink. If it is a replacement faucet, remove

4Inserte la placa de fijación y la rondana,
enrosque la tuerca con la llave de
instalación (incluida). / Insert the fixing
plate and washer, screw the nut with the
installation wrench (included).

Si la tarja es de 3 barrenos (taladros) se recomienda instalar los cubretaladros para cubrirlos. / If the sink has 3 drill holes, it is recommended to install
the faucet hole covers to cover them.

6Inserte los cubretaladros en la tarja, verifique que se coloque el
empaque, inserte las anclas de sujeción y enrosque las tuercas
mariposa para fijar. / Insert the faucet hole cover in to the sink
holes, verify that the gasket is placed, insert the clamping
anchors and screw the wing nuts to fix.

Desenrosque las tuercas mariposa de los cubretaladros y retire
las anclas de sujeción. / Unscrew the wing nuts from the faucet
hole covers and remove the clamping anchors.

Para el modelo E-309, el monomando cuenta con dos tipos de
chorro: fijo (aireado) y tipo regadera (spray). Deslice el botón
ubicado en el cabezal para seleccionar el tipo de chorro deseado. /
For E-309 model, the single handle faucet has two jets modes:
fixed (aerated) and shower head type (spray). Slide the button
located in the head to select the desired type of jet.

Para el modelo E-309, pase el dedo por encima de los
anticalcáreos del cabezal para eliminar el calcáreo. / For E-309
model, swipe your finger over the anti-limescale to remove the
limescale.

Para el modelo E-309, desenrosque el barril, retire el aireador y
limpie con agua y un cepillo suave, arme nuevamente. /
For E-309 model, unscrew the barrel, remove the aerator and
clean with water and a soft brush, assemble again.

Abra el suministro de agua. / Open the water supply.
Revise que no existan fugas encima y
debajo de la tarja.
Check for leaks up and down the lavatory.
Para el modelo E-309. Para abrir el flujo del agua jale la palanca y
para cerrar empuje la palanca. Para ajustar la temperatura del
agua, gire a la izquierda para fría y gire a la derecha para caliente. /
For E-309 model. To open the water flow pull the lever and to close
push the lever. To adjust the water temperature, turn left for cold
and turn right for hot.
El cuello tiene un giro de 180°. The neck has a 180° turn.
Para abrir el flujo del agua jale la palanca y para cerrar empuje la
palanca. Para ajustar la temperatura del agua, gire a la derecha
para caliente y gire a la izquierda para fría. / To open the water flow
pull the lever and to close push the lever. To adjust the water
temperature, turn right for hot and turn left for cold.
Para el modelo E-310, el monomando cuenta con un chorro tipo /
For E-310 model, the kitchen faucet has an aerator jet type.
El cuello tiene un giro de 180°. The neck has a 180° turn.

Apriete firmemente la tuerca (Pág. 2, paso 4). /

Abrir totalmente las válvulas angulares (Pág. 3, paso 9). /

Verifique la presión en los requerimientos de instalación (Pág. 1). /
Verify the pressure in the installation requirements (Page 1).

Desenrosque el opresor del maneral con la llave allen (incluida), retire el maneral, remueva el chapetón y desenrosque la tuerca de sujeción con
la llave de mantenimiento (incluida). Cambie el cartucho y arme nuevamente. / Unscrew the set scew from the handle with the allen wrench
(included), remove the handle, remove the escutcheon and unscrew the nut with the maintenance wrench (included). Replace the cartridge and
assemble again.
Aireador obstruído. / Clogged aerator. Retire el aireador y límpielo (Pág. 3 y 4 paso 14 y 15). /
Remove the aerator and clean (Page. 3 y 4, steps 14 y 15).
Es posible que las conexiones no estén firmemente apretadas. /
Connections are possibly not tight enough.
Hay fuga en las conexiones. /
There are leaks in the
connections.
Apriete firmemente las conexiones (Pág. 2, paso 8) “Instalación
de las Mangueras”. / Tighten the connections (Page 2, step 8)
“Hoses Instalation”.
Es muy importante seguir las siguientes instrucciones para conservar los
acabados de los productos HELVEX, con brillo y en perfecto estado:
1. Utilice únicamente agua y un paño limpio.
2. No utilice fibras, polvos, abrasivos, ni productos químicos.
3. No utilice objetos punzo-cortantes para limpiar los acabados.
4. Se recomienda realizar la limpieza de su producto diariamente.
