. Place Worksurface upside down on clean padded surface. Observe bow
in worksurface. If signicant, place blocks roughly  times height of bow.
. Place weight on middle of surface.
Note: Sequence of screw installation is important.

. If table is over ”, Spanner Rail will be  piece assembly. Mate Split
Spanner Rail marked ”L” with another marked “R”.
. Join together by placing Rail Brace over studs on rails.
. Secure brace to rail with () Locknuts.

. Position Spanner Rails over pre-drilled holes in surface.
. Start Pan Head Screws into surface at locations on rails marked “” and
“”. Drive screws only half way in..

. Install # Pan Head Screws into remaining holes in rails. Drive outside
screws half way in. Drive inside screws completely in.

. Attach Cover Buttons to surface with # Pan Head Screws.

. Join together by placing Connector Plate over studs on covers.
. Align outside faces of covers.
. Start Locknuts onto studs on covers. Push covers tight together, then
tighten locknuts.

Rail Cover
. Capture outside flange on Rail Cover under Cover Buttons while sliding
inside flange under screw heads on Spanner Rails and on top of spanner rail
flange.
. Install # Pan Head Screws at each end of cover. Hole rst, slot second.
. Tighten down all rail/cover attachment screws.
. When installing  piece rail covers, ensure consistant gap between rail
cover outside face and worksurface edge.

. Attach Leg Posts to End Panels with # Pan Head Screws. Follow “” and
“” for rst and second screws installed. . Attach Glide Supports to End Panels with # Pan Head Screws.

. Attach Cover Buttons onto End Panels with # Pan Head Screws. . Position Leg Posts on End Panels onto end of Spanner Rails and tight
against Rail Covers. Make sure End Panel is centered on Worksurface.
. Install () # Pan Head Screws.

Cover Buttons
. Insert () Flange Head Screws through Leg Supports and into Spanner
rails.
. Square Side Panel to worksurface using carpenter square. Fully tighten
Flange Head Screws.
Note: Fully tightening the flange head screws is
critical to achieving the intended table rigidity.
Tighten screws to  -lbs.
Aer tightening, ensure the leg feels rigid and
there is no movement in the bolted joint before
continuing with the installation.

. Keep Cardboard Liner on inner surface of cover in place.
. Capture outside flange of Leg Cover under Cover Buttons by sliding into
place. Position tight to Rail Covers. Make sure Cover is centered on End Panel.

Disassembly and Recycling:
Materials Identication and Segregation:
Where possible, plastic components are marked with ASTM recycling
codes. Use these codes to identify material type for recycling. Non marked
components should be treated as mixed plastic. Ferrous metals can be
identied using a small magnet for recycling. Non-ferrous metals should be
separated and recycled separately.
To disassemble product, reverse the above installation steps.
. Turn Table rightside up. Be careful while turning, not to damage leg
cover.
