top frame using bolts
, spring washers ,

Attach chair frame
to chair frame as
shown in the figure.

the chair frame using
bolts .
Note: Do not fully
tighten the bolts.

Assemble seat pad
Place seat pad 4
upside down on a clean,
Carefully position the
chair frame on the seat
pad and secure using
bolts and plain washers
.
Note: Make sure the side
with front label is placed
in the front side of the
chair.

Turn over the assembled
unit and secure chair
frame and using
bolt .

Re-thighten all the bolts.
Assembly is complete.
Turn the chair upright.
