DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EQUIPO
Las estufas para secar vidrio DRYGLASS están diseñadas con
una distribución del calor en su interior mediante circulación
forzada de aire para permitir la regulación de temperaturas
desde 40ºC hasta 170ºC.
Laregulacióndelatemperaturaserealizamedianteuntermos-
tatohidráulico,ylacirculacióndeaireporturboventilador.Las
puertas son de cristal templado, correderas y de quita y pon.
INSTALACIÓN
Colocar la estufa sobre una superfície plana, horizontal y nive-
lada, procurando dejar un espacio libre de 10 cm. por la parte
posterior y por los laterales del equipo.
Para un mejor funcionamiento de la estufa, no situarla en lugares
expuestos directamente al sol ni a fuentes de calor.
Parasuóptimofuncionamiento,laTªambientenodebesobre-
pasar los 30ºC.

Asegúrese que el equipo se conecta a una tensión de red

No utilice el equipo sin estar conectada la toma de tierra.
Si cambia la clavija de conexión, tenga en cuenta lo si-
guiente:
Cable azul: Neutro.
Cable marrón: Fase.

OPERACIÓN
PANEL DE MANDOS:
PUESTA EN MARCHA:
1.Accionarelinterruptordepuestaenmarcha(1)enposición
ON,yalmismotiemposeiluminaráelpilotodeseñalización
de red (verde) (3), indicando que la estufa recibe corriente.
2. Girar el mando del regulador de temperatura (2) de menos
a más, según la temperatura a que se desee trabajar. Al
mismo tiempo se iluminará el piloto de funcionamiento de
la resistencia (amarillo) (4).
3. Bloquear el mando del termostato regulador (2) con la pa-
lanca de bloqueo (9) para evitar movimientos accidentales
de dicho mando.
4. Transcurrido un tiempo prudencial, el piloto de funciona-
miento de la resistencia (4) empezará a funcionar intermi-
tentemente. Cuando el ciclo de dichas intermitencias sea
uniforme, indicará que la temperatura de la estufa se habrá
estabilizado.
5.Lagraduacióndelaescaladeltermostatosólosirvedere-
ferencia, siendo la temperatura real del interior de la estufa
laqueindicaeltermómetro(8).
* Esta estufa lleva incorporado un selector de potencia (11)
quepermitehacerfuncionarlaestufaal50%óal100%de
su potencia.

AJUSTE DEL TERMOSTATO DE SEGURIDAD:
Para ajustar la temperatura de disparo del termostato de se-
guridad:
1. Con la estufa conectada a la red y el interruptor general (1)
accionado, girar el mando del termostato de seguridad (6)
ensentidohorariohastaelnaldelaescala.
2. Asegúrese de que el termostato de seguridad está rearmado,
pulsandoelbotónderearmedeltermostato(12),ycompro-
bando que el piloto rojo (7) está apagado.
3. Seleccionar la temperatura de disparo mediante el regulador
de temperatura (2). Esta temperatura debe ser como mínimo
5°C superior que la temperatura de trabajo.
4. Con la puerta cerrada, poner en marcha la estufa mediante
el pulsador (1).
5. Cuando la temperatura de la estufa esté estabilizada a la
temperatura prejada, girar lentamente el mando del ter-
mostato de seguridad (6) en sentido antihorario hasta que
éste se dispare (se escucha un sonido característico y se
enciendeelpilotorojo(7)ysedesconectalacalefacciónde
la estufa de forma permanente).
6. Bloquear el mando del termostato regulador (2) con la pa-
lanca de bloqueo (9) para evitar movimientos accidentales
de dicho mando.
7. Parar la estufa mediante el pulsador (1). Abrir la puerta y
dejar enfriar el recinto durante el tiempo necesario para que
la temperatura baje por debajo del 50% de la temperatura
de trabajo (aproximadamente).
8. Poner de nuevo la estufa en marcha accionando el interruptor
general (1).
9. Pulsar el botón de rearme (12) y el piloto rojo (6) debe
apagarse.
10.Prejarmedianteelreguladordetemperatura(2)latempe-
ratura de trabajo que estará como mínimo 5°C por debajo
de la temperatura de disparo del termostato de seguridad.
11. En este momento la estufa estará lista para trabajar.
NOTA: El proceso de ajuste del termostato de seguridad es
largo, por este motivo es especialmente práctico para usua-
rios que trabajan habitualmente a la misma temperatura.

ESTUFAS CON RELOJ DESCONECTADOR (opcional):
1.Ponerelselector(1)enposición .
2.Conelmando(5)jareltiempoquesedeseaquetranscurra
paraquelaestufasepareautomáticamente.Alnaldelciclo
se encenderá el piloto END (10).
3.Paratrabajarportiempoindenido,ponerelselector(1)en
posición“ON”.
ESTUFAS CON PROGRAMADOR HORARIO (opcional):
1.Ponerelselector(1)enposición .
2. Con ayuda de un destornillador pequeño, bajar las levas del
periodo de tiempo en que la estufa debe funcionar.
3.Seleccioneconelselector(13)sideseaquesólohagaelpri-
mer ciclo marcado por las levas (un solo ciclo) pulsando hacia
la derecha o que sea cíclico (que irá repitiendo la secuencia
hasta que el usuario pare la estufa) pulsando a la izquierda.
4.Paratrabajarporuntiempoindenido,ponerelselector(1)
enposición“ON”.
OBSERVACIONES:
*Nohacertrabajarlaestufaatemperaturasigualesóinferiores
al ambiente ya que en estas condiciones el termostato no
regula correctamente.
* Todas las regulaciones de temperatura deben hacerse siem-
pre en sentido ascendente, es decir, antes de elegir cualquier
valornominal,elmandodebegirarsehastaelnalizquierdo
delaescala.Seobtieneasíunaregulaciónmásexactade
la temperatura, ya que se compensa el juego inevitable del
husillo del termostato.

MANTENIMIENTO
Antes de quitar la tapa de la estufa para manipular en su
interior, desconecte la toma de red.
La manipulación de los circuitos electrónicos internos de
la estufa por personal no autorizado puede provocar daños
de difícil reparación. Asegúrese de llevar el equipo a uno de
los servicios técnicos autorizados por J.P. SELECTA, s.a.u.
LIMPIEZA:
Para la limpieza de las diferentes piezas de los equipos, reco-
mendamos los siguientes productos:
Limpieza del acero inoxidable: alcohol.
Limpieza de carátulas y plásticos: paño con alcohol.

for adjustable temperatures from 40ºC up to 170ºC.

INSTALLATION
Puttheovenonaat,horizontal,levelsurfaceleavingaspaceof
about 10cm at the back side of the equipment.
For a better oven function, do not situate it in places where it can
be directly exposed to the sun radiation or heat sources.
For an optimum function, the ambient temperature must not be
over 30ºC.

Do not use the oven to dry or for thermal treatment of products
which can give off vapours capable of making an explosive
mixture.
Be sure that the voltage supply is the same as the one
indicated on the characteristics plate.
Do not use the equipment if it is not earthed.
If you change the plug, bear in mind the following
Blue cable: Neutral.
Brown cable: Phase.
Yellow/green cable: Earth.

Any manipulation of the equipment by personnel not authorized

WHEN USING THE EQUIPMENT.

OPERATION
CONTROL PANEL:
STARTING UP:
1. Press the mains switch (1). The green indicator lamp will light
up (3).
2. Turn the temperature control knob (2) clockwise until the working
temperature coincides with the pointer. The amber indicator lamp
(4) will light up.
3. Block the temperature control knob (2) with the blockage device
(9) to avoid accidentally moving the knob.
4. After a certain time, the heater operation indicator lamp (4) will
start operating intermittently. When these intermittences become
uniform, the temperature of the oven is stabilized.

NOTE: The panel shown includes an optional timer supplied
as an accessory.
5. The thermostat scale is intended as a guide, the real temperature
level inside the oven is the one that the thermometer (8) shows.
* This oven is equipped with a power selector (11) which permits
the use of the oven at 50% or at 100% of its power.
ADJUSTING THE SAFETY THERMOSTAT:
To adjust the safety temperature thermostat, do as follows:
1. With the oven connected to the mains, turn the safety thermostat
control knob (6) clockwise to the end of the scale.
2. Ensure that the safety thermostat is reset by pressing the reset
button (12). The red indicator lamp (7) must be off.
3. Select the desired safety temperature with the temperature
control knob (2). This temperature has to be minimum at 5ºC
above the working temperature.
4. With the door closed, turn on the oven with the switch (1).

8. Start the oven once again by switching it on (1).
9. Reset the safety thermostat by pressing the reset button (12)
and the red pilot (6) must turn off.
10. Select the working temperature with the thermostat control
knob (2) (minimum 5ºC below the desired safety temperature).
11. Now the oven is ready to work.
NOTE: The adjusting process of the safety thermostat is long.
For that reason, the safety thermostat is useful when the users
normally work at the same temperature.
OVENS WITH TIMER (option):
1. Put the switch selector (1) into the position.
2. Choose the time you want the oven to stop automatically with
knob (5). At the end of the cycle, the indicator lamp “END” (10)
will light up.
3.Ifyouwanttoworktoanindenabletime,putthetimerselector
(1) in the “ON” position.
OVENS WITH PROGRAMMABLE TIMER (option):
1. Put the switch selector (1) into the position.
2. Set the starting up and stop time with the levers of the program-
mable timer.
3. Use the selector (13) to select whether you want it to only do
therstcyclemarkedbythelevers(asinglecycle)bypressing
to the right or to be cyclical (which will repeat the sequence until
the user stops the oven) by pressing to the left.
4.Ifyouwanttoworktoanindenabletime,putthetimerselector
(1) in the “ON” position.
COMMENTS:
* Do not use the oven at a lower temperature than ambient because
the thermostat will not operate correctly.
5. When the temperature of the oven is stabilized, slowly turn the
safety thermostat knob (6) to the left until it clicks, the red indicator
lamp (7) lights up and the heating turns off permanently.
6. Block the temperature control knob (2) with the blockage device
(9) to avoid accidentally moving the knob.
7. Stop the oven with the switch (1). Open the door and leave it
cool with the door open until the temperature goes down 50% of
the working temperature (approx).

MAINTENANCE
Before removing the casing, disconnect the equipment from
the mains.
The manipulation of internal electronic circuits of the oven
by unauthorized personnel can cause irreparable damages.
Take it to one of the J.P.SELECTA, s.a.u. authorized technical
services.
CLEANING:
For the cleaning of the different parts, use the following products:
Cleaning of stainless steel: alcohol.
Cleaning of plastic: alcohol with cotton duster.
SPARE PARTS
To guarantee the safety of the equipment, all spare parts must
be purchased from J.P.SELECTA, s.a.u.

* All the temperature regulations must always be done in ascent.
Before choosing any value, the knob must be turned left to the
end of the scale. Then, a more exact regulation is obtained, as
it compensates for the thermostat spindle inevitable movement.
