To setup your voicemail:
Dial the voicemail pilot number *8 or press the VM key at the top of the keyset.
To record your personal greeting:
Dial 4to access the greeting menu
Dial 1to select your main greeting
Dial 2or 3to select an alternate greeting
Dial 7to record a new greeting
To record your name:
Dial 76 to access the recording menu
Dial 7to record name
Dial #
To set your security code:
Dial 67 to access the security code menu
Dial 7to enter a new security code

Dial #to return to previous menu
To check your voicemail:
Dial the voicemail pilot number *8 or press the VM key.
Enter your security code (if you have one)
After the voicemail answers you have the following options:
Dial 5to listen to your message
Dial 3to delete your mesage
Dial 77 to leave a message
Dial 0for main menu of features
Dial #to exit listen mode
While listening to a message you can:
Dial 73 to record a reply for the message sender
Dial 63 to forward the message to a co-worker
Dial 62 to make a return call to the message sender
Dial #to exit listen mode
Dial 84 to hear the time and date the message was sent

Dial 3to delete the message
Dial 5to listen to the next message
Dial 2to back up then continue listening
Dial 22 to back up to the beginning and listen to the message
Dial 4to go forward then continue listening
Dial *to pause and resume listening
Dial 16 to select a list of new messages
Dial 17 to select list of saved messages
Dial 12 to select list of all messages
Dial 9to exit the mailbox
To transfer your active call to another extension’s mailbox:
Press the Transfer key
Dial the extension number
Dial 8
Leave message and press #
Hang up

To redirect message to another extension’s mailbox:
Press 63
Leave message and press #
Press *to skip recording and redirect message immediately
Dial extension’s mailbox number
Press #to exit
To forward calls to your mailbox:
Press the Speaker key
Dial the type of forward required:
1. 741 –Forwards all calls
2. 742 –Forwards when your phone is busy
3. 743 –Forwards when you don’t answer
4. 744 –Forwards when your phone is busy and you don’t answer
Dial 1 to set
Dial the Voicemail Pilot Number *8
To cancel forwarding to voicemail:
Follow same steps as above but press 0 to set and hang up.

Enter voicemail administration:
Must be done from the system administrator’s phone (default 101).
Dial the voicemail pilot number *8
Enter administrative menu:
Dial 72 to access the menu
To record an announcement message:
Dial 2to enter the announcement message menu
Enter the mailbox number (001-032)
Dial 5to listen to the message
Dial 7to record a new message
Dial 3to delete the message
Dial #to return to the menu
