· Please observe: This operation manual contains all necessary information.
Please read carefully to avoid damages and faults. All Rapid pieces of
equipment are checked carefully before delivery for their perfect composition
and function. In case of improper use all rights to claim under guarantee are
void.
· Make sure that only skilled staff is working with this device in order to prevent
damages and accidents caused by improper use.
· Environmental conditions i.e. humidity, low temperatures, sunlight and
contamination may damage device.
· Before using the device make sure that it is not contaminated to prevent any
injury. Avoid any contamination of device as well as of environment. In case of
any contamination during operation of device take care that it is immediately
and professionally removed.
· Always wear safety cloths respecting the applicable regulations for accident
prevention
· Only use this device conforming to its purpose and function. Improper use can
cause severe injuries.
· Caution – moving parts, sharp edges, hot machine parts or exhausting steam
can cause severe injuries.
· Before use always check the device for damages and leaks. In case of any
damage or leak make sure that it is repaired professionally before use.
Operation of defect device may cause severe injuries.
· In case of any sign of damage or malfunction during operation of device stop
device immediately to prevent injuries. Before next use make sure that the
device professionally repaired.

5. Assembling / Installation
5.1 Precaution Before Installation:
5.1.1 Check if there is any data shown on the display.
5.1.2 Check if the trigger can work normally.
5.1.3 Check if the oil inlet can rotate well.
5.1.4 During assembly, it's required to apply the Teflon tape for the connecting part.
5.2 Control valve is 3/4" oil inlet, when connecting with hose fitting, please remember to apply the Teflon for better seal.

7.1 Operation instruction for the meter
7.1.1 Keypad buttons

7.1.3 Operation guidance
7.1.3.1 Before operation
- Check the technical parameters, such as if the connection is in good condition, if there is data shown on
the
display, if the button works well, etc.
- Formula: K=Actual data/Displayed date
- K refers to the best flow rate index
- Before operation, please set K. For the details, please refer to (3).c.
- Check if there is any leakage
7.1.3.2 Button usage and measurement unit set
- Reset to the current total
1) When the meter is in the waiting state, please press the “RESET” button.
2) The Meter displays:
- Measurement unit setting
1) Press button”2”for three seconds, the meter will display:

2) Press button”MOVE”five times, when “L” is blinking, choose the unit by the button”RESET”,
the meter will display

3) Press button”2”for three seconds, it will
return to initial. The setting is finished.

7.1.3.3 The best flow rate index”K” setting
1) Connect the meter with the oil control valve and discharging hose.
Please note the button side should be connected with the oil
control valve.
2) Turn on the trigger and begin oil transmission. Keep the
trigger open until the gun body and meter have filled with oil.
3) Turn on the trigger once again, and then input some oil into
the measure, such as measure cup. After 10 seconds, turn off
the trigger. Write down the displayed data of the meter and
the actual data shown by the measure.
Calculate the index K by formula”K=Actual Data/Displayed data”.
For example, if the actual data is 13.82 while the displayed data is 6.9, then K should be 2.0029
The index K can be as precise as 0.0001.

4) Press button “2”for three seconds, the display will show:

5) Adjust the data one by one by button “RESET”.
Move the data position by button “MOVE”
The display shows:
6) Press the button”2” for three seconds, the meter will return
back to initial. The measurement unit setting is finished.
7.2 Usage instruction:
7.2.1 Start:
Turn on the trigger to make the oil transmission.
7.2.2 Keep the status:
Push the lock ahead, then the transmission can be
kept when the trigger is released.

7.2.3 Finish:
a. If the lock is not used, release your hand, the
trigger will turn off and finish the transmission.
b. If the lock is used, please turn on the trigger
once again, the lock will stop working.
Then turn off the trigger, release your hand,
the transmission will be finished.
7.3 Notes When Using:
7.3.1 For working condition, please refer to the
specification parameter list.

8. Maintanence and trouble shooting
If any problem, please contact your local service centre.
9. Disposal
9.1 Completely empty all parts of the equipment ( hoses, pumps , tanks , etc ) and given case blown out with air .
9.2 dangerous parts of the appliance must be made unusable f.e. perforate pressure vessel , deform hose reels ,
etc.
9.3 rubber , metals, glass ect. must be separated .
Dispose material fractions according to the local laws and regulations .

10.1 In case of insufficient maintenance, faults on operation, use of not adequate spare parts or attachments all
liabilities and rights of claim under guarantee are void.
