Installationshinweise:
Es ist für eine ausreichende Dimensionierung entsprechend der DIN 1988 Teil 3, bzw. EN 806-3 zu sorgen. Die DIN 1988 Teil 4 (Schutz
des Trinkwassers, Einhaltung der Trinkwassergüte) sowie die EN 1717 (Schutz des Trinkwassers vor Verunreinigungen in Trinkwasser-
Installationen)
sind zu beachten.
Wasserqualitäten:
Die SCHELL Duscharmaturen sind für den Einsatz in Trinkwassersystemen nach der jeweils aktuellen Trinkwasserverordnung geeignet.
Systembedingt sind innerhalb der Armaturen empfindliche Baugruppen, die vor Schmutzpartikel und Kalkablagerungen geschützt werden
müssen. Gegebenenfalls sind Rückspülfilter und Entkalkungsanlagen vorzusehen. Der Betrieb der Armaturen mit Mineralwässern deren
Inhaltsstoffe zur Ausflockung neigen, oder die besonders aggressiv gegen Metallwerkstoffe sind, ist nur nach Freigabe möglich. Alle Produkte
von SCHELL sind in allen Trinkwässern gemäß EU-Trinkwasserverordnung einsetzbar. Eventuell vorliegende nationale Vorgaben zur generellen
Teilenthärtung der Trinkwässer sind zu beachten.
Allgemeine Montagehinweise:
Korrosionssichere Rohrwerkstoffe einsetzen. Gewinde nur mit zugelassenen Dichtmitteln abdichten. Übliche Drehmomente nicht überschrei-
ten!
Selten genutzte Armaturen:
Rohrführung so wählen, dass kein Stagnationswasser entstehen kann (Ringinstallation). Gegebenenfalls hinter Armaturen Spülventile
vorsehen. Bei Nutzung nach längeren Betriebspausen Wasser ablaufen lassen (siehe Empfehlung Umweltbundesamt).
Schutz gegen Legionellen:
Bei Gefahr hoher Legionellenkonzentrationen Armaturen mit integrierten Spülventil zur thermischen Desinfektion vorsehen oder andere
Maßnahmen entsprechend DVGW Arbeitsblatt W 551 vorsehen. Besondere Beachtung
bei Installationen für Personen mit Immunschwächen.
Hinweise bei der Inbetriebnahme:
Jede Armatur ist einer Druckprobe nach der Installation zu unterziehen, die Druckprobe möglichst mit Druckluft durchführen.
Die Temperatureinstellung des Thermostaten ist zu überprüfen, Heißwassersperre (38 °C ± 1° K). Achtung! Es ist sicherzustellen, dass
alle Leitungswege bis zu den bauseitigen Armaturenanschlüsse mit abgedrückt werden, um so, auch bei geschlossenen Vorabsperrungen,
Magnetventil oder SC-Kartusche, eine ordnungsgemäße Druckprobe durchzuführen.
Armaturen mit Temperaturbegrenzung:
ACHTUNG: Kein Verbrühungsschutz! Temperaturmischverhältnis ändert sich bei höheren Heißwassertemperaturen.
Gegebenenfalls Zentralthermostate vorsehen.
Mischwasserarmaturen ohne Thermostat:
Betriebstemperaturen der Warmwasserversorgung sind so zu wählen, dass keine Verbrühungsgefahr entstehen kann.

Außenaufstellung:
ACHTUNG: Bei Frostgefahr Armatur entleeren! Funktionsbauteile ausbauen oder Armatur mit Heißband dauerhaft schützen.

Installatievoorschriften:
Men moet voor een toereikend dimensioneren van de waterleidingen zorgen volgens DIN 1988 Deel 3, respectievelijk EN 806-3.
De DIN 1988 Dell 4 (bescherming van het drinkwater, behouden van de drinkwaterkwaliteit) alsook de EN 1717
(bescherming van het drinkwater tegen verontreinigingen in de drinkwaterinstallaties) zijn in acht te nemen.
Waterkwaliteiten:
De SCHELL douchekranen zijn geschikt voor gebruik in drinkwatersystemen volgens de telkens actuele drinkwaterverordening.
Systeemgebonden zijn in de kraan gevoelige bouwonderdelen, die tegen vuildeeltjes en kalkafzetting moeten beschermd worden.
Indien nodig zijn terugspoelfilter en ontkalkingtoestel te voorzien. Het gebruik van kranen met mineraalwater
waarvan inhoudstoffen tot uitvlokken neigen, of die bijzonder agressief zijn tegen metaalwerkstoffen, is enkel na vrijgave mogelijk.
Alle producten van SCHELL kunnen gebruikt worden in alle soorten drinkwater, bepaald in de EU-verordening inzake drinkwater.
Er moet rekening gehouden worden met eventuele nationale voorschriften voor de algemene gedeeltelijke ontharding van het drinkwater.
Algemene montagevoorschriften:
Corrosievrije leidingen gebruiken. Draadstukken enkel met toegelaten dichtingsmiddelen afdichten. Standaard draaimomenten niet over-
schrijden!
Weinig gebruikte kranen:
Installatie uitvoeren zodat geen waterstagnatie kan voorkomen (kringinstallatie). Zoniet achter de kraan een spoelkraan voorzien.
Na langere periode van niet-gebruik eerst spoelen (zie raadgeving Ministerie van Volksgezondheid).
Bescherming tegen Legionella:
Bij gevaar voor hogere Legionella-concentraties kranen met geïntegreerd spoelventiel voor thermische desinfectie voorzien of maatregelen
voorzien volgens DVGW werkblad W 551. Bijzondere inachtneming bij installaties voor personen met immuniteitszwakte.
Aanwijzingen bij ingebruikname:
Elke kraan is na installatie aan een drukproef te onderwerpen, de drukproef indien mogelijk met perslucht uitvoeren.
De temperatuurinstelling van de thermostaat nakijken, warmwater- blokkering (38 °C ± 1° K). Opgelet! Zorg dat alle leidingen tot de
kraanaansluiting bij de gebruiker afgeklemd worden om zo een correcte drukproef uit te voeren, ook als afsluitkranen, magneetventielen
of SC-cartouches gesloten zijn.
Kranen met temperatuurbegrenzing:
Opgepast: Geen bescherming tegen verbranding, de verhouding van de mengwatertemperatuur wijzigt bij hogere warmwater-
temperaturen. Indien nodig een centrale thermostaat voorzien.
Mengwaterkranen zonder thermostaat:
De temperatuur van de warmwatervoorziening zo kiezen dat er geen gevaar voor verbranden kan bestaan.
Indien nodig een centrale thermostaat voorzien.
Buiteninstallatie:
Opgepast: Bij vriesgevaar de kranen ledigen, functie-elementen uitnemen of de kraan met een duurzaam warmtelint beschermen.

Notice d’installation:
Il est nécessaire de prévoir un dimensionnement des tuyauteries suffisant suivant la DIN 1988 Partie 3, respectivement EN 806-3.
Tenir compte de la DIN 1988 Partie 4 (protection de l’eau, préserver la qualité de l’eau potable) ainsi que la EN 1717 (protection de l’eau
potable contre la pollution dans les installations sanitaires).
Qualités de l’eau:
Les robinets de douche SCHELL conviennent pour une utilisation dans les systèmes d‘eau potable conformément au décret relatif à l‘eau por-
table actuellement en vigueur. Due à la construction certaines pièces dans la robinetterie sont sensibles au calcaire et impuretés présentes dans
l’eau. Si nécessaire un filtre à rinçage par contre courant et un adoucisseur d’eau sont à prévoir. L’utilisation de robinets avec de l’eau minérale
qui pourrait coaguler ou nuire à la robinetterie due à l’agressivité au métal ne sera admise qu’après autorisation. Tous les produits de SCHELL
peuvent être utilisés dans toutes les installations d’eau potable répondant aux exigences du décret européen relatif à l’eau potable. Les éven-
tuelles prescriptions nationales applicables en matière d’adoucissement partiel des eaux potables doivent être respectées.
Instructions de montage générales:
Employer des tuyauteries anti-corrosion.
Les raccords doivent être rendus étanche avec les produits autorisés. Ne pas excéder le nombre de couples de serrage!
Robinetterie peu employée:
Exécuter l’installation de telle manière qu’il ne puisse y avoir de l’eau stagnante (boucle). Sinon installer un robinet de rinçage derrière la
robinetterie. Après une longue durée de non- utilisation d’abord effectuer un rinçage (voir conseil du Ministère de la Santé publique).
Protection contre la Légionellose:
Si danger de haute concentration de Légionelles prévoir des robinetteries avec vanne de rinçage intégrée pour la désinfection thermique
ou prendre d’autres précautions suivant DVGW document W 551. Une attention particulière est à prendre en considération pour les
personnes souffrant d’une immunité déficiente.
Instructions de mise en service:
Les robinets de douche Schell sont testés avec une eau parfaitement hygiénique (filtre Légionellose). Chaque robinet doit être soumis après
installation à un teste de pression, si possible effectuer le test à l’air comprimée. Vérifier le réglage de la température du thermostat, blocage
de sécurité (38 °C ± 1° K). Attention ! S’assurer ici que toutes les canalisations jusqu’aux raccords des robinets sur site résistent à la pression en
procédant à un essai de mise sous pression adéquat lorsque les systèmes de fermeture en amont, électrovannes ou cartouches SC sont fermées.
Robinetterie avec blocage de température:
Attention: Pas de protection contre les brûlures, l’eau mitigée varie si la température de l’eau chaude augmente. Si néccessaire prévoir un
thermostat central.
Robinets mélangeurs sans thermostat:
Choisir la température de la production d’eau chaude de telle facon qu’il n’y a pas de danger de brûlures.
Installation extérieure:
Attention: En cas de danger de gel vidanger la robinetterie, enlever les éléments de fonctionnement ou protéger la robinetterie avec une
bande chauffante.

Installation information:
Ensure adequate dimensioning in accordance with DIN 1988 Part 3, or EN 806-3. Observe DIN 1988 Part 4 (protection of drinking water,
compliance with drinking water quality) as well as EN 1717 (protection of drinking water against contaminants in drinking water supply
installations).
Water qualities:
SCHELL shower fittings are suitable for use in drinking water systems in accordance with the current German Drinking Water Ordinance.
It is inherent in the system that the fittings contain sensitive modules which must be protected against dirt particles and calcification. If
required, provide return flush filters and decalcification systems. Fittings must not be operated with mineral water whose contents have a
tendency to flocculate or which are especially aggressive towards metallic materials until it has been released. All products from SCHELL can
be used with all potable waters in accordance with the EU Drinking Water Directive. Applicable national regulations about general partial
water softening for drinking water must be observed.
General assembly information:
Use corrosion-resistant pipe materials. Seal threads with permitted sealants only. Do not exceed normal torques!
Rarely used fittings:
Select a pipe layout which prevents stagnant water (ring installation). If required, fit flush valves behind the fittings. If used after prolonged
operating pauses, allow water to drain (see recommendation of the Umweltbundesamt (Federal Environment Agency).
Protection against Legionella:
If there is a risk of high Legionella concentrations, provide fittings with integrated flush valve for thermal disinfection or take other measures
in accordance with DVGW work sheet W 551. Pay particular attention to installations for persons with immune deficiencies.
Start-up information:
Schell shower fittings are tested with perfectly hygienic water (Legionella filter). Following installation, each fitting must undergo a pressure
test which should be conducted preferably with compressed air. Check the temperature setting of the thermostat, hot water safety device
(38 °C ± 1 °K). Important! Ensure that all pipe routes up to the building fitting connections are also printed clearly: this enables a proper
pressure test to be performed even when isolating valves, solenoid valves or SC cartridges are also closed.
Fittings with temperature limit:
ATTENTION: No scald protection, temperature mix ratio changes at higher hot water temperatures. If required, fit central thermostats.
Mix water fittings without thermostat:
To prevent the risk of scalding, select appropriate operating temperatures for the hot water supply. If required, fit central thermostats.
External installation:
ATTENTION: If there is a risk of frost, drain fittings, remove functional components or permanently protect fittings with thermal tape.

Indicaciones para la instalación:

Calidades del agua:
Los grifos para duchas SCHELL son adecuados para usar en sistemas de agua potable en conformidad con la normativa respectiva para
agua potable. Dadas las características del sistema, las griferías albergan componentes vulnerables que deben protegerse de partículas de
suciedad y calcificaciones. Cuando el caso lo requiera, instalar filtros de flujo reversible e instalaciones descalcificadoras. Para usar las
griferías con aguas minerales con componentes floculantes o muy agresivos con las materias metálicas es imprescindible la autorización
pertinente. Todos los productos de SCHELL se pueden usar en todas las aguas potables a los efectos de la normativa europea sobre agua
potable. Se deben tener en cuenta las especificaciones nacionales que puedan existir sobre ablandamiento parcial del agua potable.
Indicaciones generales para el montaje:
Los materiales de las tuberías tienen que ser anticorrosivos. Estanqueizar las roscas sólo con medios homologados. ¡No sobrepasar los
momentos de torsión convencionales!
Griferías de uso poco frecuente:
Escoger el tendido de las tuberías de modo que no se acumule agua estancada (instalación en anillo). Montar válvulas de purga detrás
de las griferías cuando el caso lo requiera. Dejar correr el agua antes de utilizar la grifería al cabo de períodos más o menos largos
(Véase recomendación de la Oficina Federal del Medio Ambiente).
Protección contra legionelas:
Al existir riesgo de fuertes concentraciones de legionelas, equipar las griferías con una válvula de purga incorporada para la desinfección
térmica como lo estipula la ficha de práctica W 551 de las directrices DVGW. Poner especial cuidado al realizar instalaciones para personas
que sufran algún tipo de inmunodeficiencia.
Indicaciones para la puesta en servicio:
Las griferías Schell para duchas se han puesto a prueba con agua perfectamente higienizada (filtros antilegionelas). Terminada la
instalación, someter cada grifería a una presión de ensayo aplicando en lo posible aire comprimido. Controlar la temperatura establecida
en el termostato, el bloqueo de agua caliente (38 °C ± 1 °K). ¡Atención! Se debe garantizar que todos los trayectos de los conductos
están presionados hasta las conexiones para grifos de las instalaciones, para poder realizar una prueba de presión correcta incluso con
válvulas de paso previas, electroválvula o cartucho SC cerrados.
Griferías con limitador de temperatura:
¡Atención: No es una protección contra quemaduras; la relación de mezcla de temperaturas varía al aumentar la temperatura del agua
caliente. Instalar un termostato central si fuera necesario.
Mezcladores de agua sin termostato:
Seleccionar las temperaturas de servicio del suministro de agua caliente de modo que el usuario no sufra quemaduras o escaldaduras.

Instalación en el exterior:

sejam agressivos para materiais metálicos, é necesssário obter a correspondente autorizaç~
ao. Todos os produtos SCHELL podem ser utilizados
em todas as águas potáveis, segundo a disposição de água potável UE. Eventuais regulamentações nacionais que visam o amolecimento
parcial e geral da água potável devem ser observadas.

Occorre provvedere ad un sufficiente dimensionamento conformemente alla norma DIN 1988, parte 3 e/o EN 806-3. Rispettare le
norme DIN 1988 parte 4 (protezione dell´acqua potabile, rispetto delle norme sull´acqua potabile) e EN 1717 (protezione dall´inquinamento
dell´acqua potabile durante l´installazione di collettori per acqua potabile).
Qualità dell´acqua
La rubinetteria da doccia SCHELL è adatta all‘impiego in impianti di acqua potabile secondo il regolamento sull‘acqua potabile attualmente
in vigore. All´interno dei miscelatori vi sono componenti particolarmente sensibili che devono essere protetti dalla formazione di calcare e di
sporcizia. Occorre pertanto prevedere un filtro di trattamento e un sistema di decalcificazione. Per poter impiegare i miscelatori con acque
minerali contenenti sostanze tendenti alla flocculazione o particolarmente aggressive a materiali metallici, occorre un´autorizzazione. Tutti
i prodotti SCHELL sono utilizzabili in qualunque acqua potabile che rispetti il regolamento sull‘acqua potabile dell‘Unione Europea. È inoltre
necessario attenersi a eventuali disposizioni nazionali relative al generale addolcimento parziale dell‘acqua potabile.
Indicazioni di montaggio generali
Impiegare tubature in materiale anticorrosivo. Gli elementi filettati devono essere resi a tenuta stagna utilizzando esclusivamente materiale
autorizzato. Non superare i valori di coppia comuni!
Miscelatori usati poco:
Impiegare tubature in cui non si possa formare acqua stagnante (installazione di anelli). Eventualmente prevedere rubinetti di cacciata
dietro i miscelatori. In caso d’impiego dopo lunghi periodi di pausa fare scorrere l’acqua (si vedano i consigli dell’Ufficio ambientale).
Protezione da legionelle:
In caso di pericolo di alte concentrazioni di legionelle prevedere dei miscelatori con rubinetto di cacciata integrato per la disinfezione termica
oppure applicare altri provvedimenti conformi al foglio tecnico W551 dell’Ente DVGW. Prestare particolare attenzione in caso di installazione
per utenza con carenze immunitarie.
Indicazioni per la messa in funzione:
In seguito all´installazione occorre eseguire su ogni miscelatore una prova della pressione, se possibile con aria compressa. Controllare
l´impostazione della temperatura del termostato (limite temperatura acqua calda 38°C ± 1°K). Attenzione! Assicurarsi che le linee dei tubi
siano strette insieme fino agli attacchi dei rubinetti lato sul luogo, in modo da potere eseguire una prova di pressione anche con rubinetti
di chiusura, valvola elettromagnetica o cartuccia SC chiusi.
Miscelatori con limitazione della temperatura:
ATTENZIONE: Non c’è protezione da scottature, il rapporto di miscelazione della temperatura varia in caso di temperature maggiori
dell´acqua calda. Eventualmente provvedere ad un termostato centrale.
Miscelatori per acqua miscelata senza termostato:
Le temperature d´esercizio dell´approvvigionamento di acqua calda devono essere selezionate in modo tale che non vi sia pericolo di
scottatura. Eventualmente provvedere ad un termostato centrale.
Montaggio all´esterno:
ATTENZIONE: In caso di pericolo di congelamento dei tubi, svuotare il miscelatore. Smontare i componenti funzionali oppure proteggere
permanentemente il miscelatore con nastro apposito.

Sprchové armatury SCHELL jsou vhodné k použití v rozvodech pitné vody podle přislušné platné aktuální vyhlášky o pitné vodě.
Podle druhu použití v objektech, které jsou náročnější na čistotu vody, je doporučeno volit ochranu armatur před nečistotami a
usazeninami vodního kamene. V případěpotřeby lze používat zpětné proplachavací filtry nebo zařízení na odstraˇnování vodního
kamene. Provozování armatur napojených na druhy minerální vody, které mohou vytvářet kal apod. nebo které mohou být zvláště
agresivní na kov, je třeba před montáží konzultovat s výrobcem. U všech výrobků společnosti SCHELL lze používat všechny druhy
pitné vody dle nařízení o EU o pitné vodě. Je nutné dodržovat případné místní předpisy ohledně obecného částečného změkčování
pitné vody.

Pokyny pro uvedení do provozu:
