1.Informacióngeneral

4.4.Mantenimiento
Antes de quitar las tapas del horno para manipular en su interior, desconecte de
la toma de red.
La manipulación de los circuitos electrónicos por personal no autorizado
puede provocar daños de difícil reparación. Consulte al servicio técnico
autorizado de J.P. SELECTA, s.a.u.
Para la limpieza de las partes accesibles del horno, utilice limpiacristales o un
producto similar. No utilice disolventes agresivos.
4.5.Garantía
Este producto tiene una garantía de un año. La garantía no cubre los daños cau-
sados por uso indebido o causas ajenas a J. P. SELECTA, s.a.u.
Cualquier manipulación del equipo por personal no autorizado anula los benecios
de la garantía.

5.Descripcióndelequipo
Los hornos de mua se utilizan en el tratamiento térmico de muestras, para su
desecación, curado, incineración, etc.
La posibilidad de dar el tratamiento térmico siguiendo un «perl de temperatura»
permite evitar grietas, roturas, cambios de color, etc.
Un perl de temperatura es una sucesión de «rampas» y «llanos».
Una rampa se especica por una pendiente de ºC/minuto.
Un llano se especica por una temperatura y un tiempo.
El equipo dispone de un registro de temperaturas en lápiz de memoria USB.
6.Instalación
Una vez desembalado el equipo, compruebe visualmente que está en buen estado.
Conserve el embalaje original durante unos días.
6.1Emplazamiento
Situar el equipo en una supercie plana, nivelada, estable y adecuada al peso
del equipo.
Para trabajar con comodidad, dejar libre un espacio de 50cm en cada lado del
equipo y un mínimo de 20cm en la parte posterior.
6.2Conexiónalaredeléctrica
Escoger una toma de corriente cercana al equipo y adecuada a la potencia del
equipo. Utilizar el cable de conexión suministrado u otro de similares características.
Para su seguridad, la toma de corriente debe tener una conexión a tierra.
Antes de enchufar, vericar que la tensión y frecuencia de la red eléctrica corres-
ponde a la indicada en la etiqueta de características del equipo.
7.Funcionamiento
Todas las funciones del equipo se establecen mediante la pantalla táctil. Presio-
nar suavemente con el dedo en el centro de cada icono.
Al poner en marcha el equipo se muestra la pantalla de inicio (Fig 7.1)
• Ajustes:
- Hora y fecha: menú para establecer la fecha y la hora.
- PID y Autotuning: menú para establecer los parámetros del control
de temperatura.
- Descarga de datos registrados.
- Corrección de la temperatura.
- Límites de alarma de temperatura.
• Programación
- Permite programar el perl de temperatura, deniendo temperaturas,
tiempos y rampas de subida.
• Trabajo
- Permite seleccionar y poner en marcha la temperatura de trabajo o
un perl de temperatura.

7.2.1 EstablecerHorayFecha
Pulsar sobre el icono Hora/Fecha. Pulsar sucesivamente sobre el cuadro para
seleccionar el ajuste de día, mes, año, hora, minuto y segundo.
Ajustar pulsando sobre los iconos aumentar y disminuir.
7.2.2 Establecerparámetrosdecontroldelatempe-
raturay«Autotuning»
Para una óptima utilización del horno, los parámetros P, I, D de control de tem-
peratura deben tener el valor adecuado.
Con un valor de los parámetros P, I, D adecuados, el horno alcanzará la tempe-
ratura en el menor tiempo posible y sin sobrepasar la temperatura de consigna.
Pero estos valores pueden ser muy distintos a temperaturas altas y a tempera-
turas bajas.
El horno se entrega con los valores P=10; I=100; D=25 adecuados para la ma-
yoría de trabajos.
Estos valores pueden modicarse, pero es mucho más recomendable realizar un
«Autotuning» cuando se necesite una mejor precisión.
El «Autotuning» ajusta, de forma automática, los parámetros óptimos para una
temperatura y una carga determinada.
Pulsar sobre el icono PID/Autotuning. Pulsar sucesivamente sobre el cuadro para
seleccionar el ajuste de los valores P, I, D y modicar el valor pulsando sobre los
iconos Aumentar y Disminuir.
Atención: No se recomienda modicar estos parámetros. Utilizar la opción «Au-
totuning» para el ajuste automático de estos valores.
Pulsar sobre el icono PID/Autotuning.
Seleccionar la temperatura de «Autotuning» con:

7.2.3 Tipodecomunicación
El equipo puede almacenar lecturas cada cierto tiempo y enviarlas a un ordenador
o almacenarlas en un «lápiz» de memoria USB.
«PORT» Establece el modo de almacenar las lecturas:
• RS232: Envía las lecturas de temperatura a un PC mediante un cable
en serie (Tipo DB9).
• USB: Almacena las lecturas en un «lápiz» de memoria USB.
«INTÉRVALO» Selecciona, mediante las teclas el intérvalo de
tiempo de registro y el envío de un dato.
«MODO» Selecciona los datos a almacenar:
• Inicio: Guarda todas las lecturas de temperatura.
• Consigna: Guarda las lecturas de Tª, a partir de que ha llegado a la
temperatura de consigna.
• PC: Envia los datos, no almacena ningún dato.
«ENVIAR» Nº de datos almacenados, pendientes de enviar.
7.2.4 AjustarlaTªylasalarmasdetemperatura
Con cierta periodicidad (por ejemplo anual) se recomienda vericar la calibración
de temperatura, por ejemplo, utilizando un termómetro o patrón de temperatura.
Si como resultado de la calibración se necesita corregir la lectura, debe entrarse
una corrección.
Para ello pulsar sobre el icono: .
Aparece un cuadro indicando el valor de corrección actual.
Ajustar con las teclas hasta obtener el valor indicado por el
termómetro patrón.
Entre paréntesis aparece la corrección aplicada.
7.2.4.1 Alarmas de temperatura
Pulsando sucesivamente sobre el cuadro de la corrección de temperatura, se
puede introducir un límite de sobre-temperatura y de baja-temperatura. Ambas
alarmas activarán un mensaje en la pantalla.
7.2.5 Unidadesdetemperatura
Pulsar sobre el icono Idioma. Pulsar sucesivamente sobre el cuadro para selec-
cionar entre ºC o ºF.
7.2.6 EstablecerIdioma
Pulsar sobre el icono Idioma. Pulsar sucesivamente sobre el cuadro para seleccionar
el idioma entre Español, Francés ó Inglés.
Ajustar pulsando sobre los iconos Aumentar y Disminuir.

Dos modos de funcionamiento:
• Funcionamiento a una sola temperatura:
• Funcionamiento de acuerdo a un perl de temperatura previamente pro-
gramado.
Pulsar sobre para cambiar el modo de funcionamiento.
7.3.1Funcionamientoaunatemperatura
• Seleccionar la temperatura de consigna pulsando sobre el indicador de
temperatura.
• Seleccionar una rampa de subida de temperatura si se desea subir de forma
lenta.
El valor 0ºC/min hace que la rampa suba lo más rápida posible.
• Seleccionar un tiempo de funcionamiento. Este tiempo empieza a descontar
cuando la temperatura alcance la consigna.
El valor INF establece un funcionamento continuo.
• Iniciar pulsando sobre el icono
7.3.2Funcionamientoconunperldetemperatura
• Los perles de temperatura deben estar previamente programados desde
la pantalla «PROGRAMACIÓN»
• Seleccionar un perl (del 0 al 9) pulsando sobre las teclas
• Iniciar pulsando sobre el icono .
• En el cuadro de la temperatura (esquina superior-izquierda) se indica la
temperatura actual y la de consigna.

7.4PantalladePROGRAMACIÓN
La pantalla de PROGRAMACIÓN es donde:
• Se establecen los perles de temperatura.
• Se establece el funcionamiento temporizado de los programas.
(Por ejemplo, puede establecer que un programa se inicie el domingo a las
19h00’)
7.4.1Programacióndeunperldetemperatura
Un perl de temperatura está formado por varios pasos (también llamados
«llanos»).
Para alcanzar desde un «llano» hasta el siguiente puede realizarse de dos
formas:
- Con una determinada «rampa de temperatura».
(Por ejemplo pasar de 100ºC a 200ºC con una rampa de 2ºC por minuto).
- Lo más rápido posible.
Entrada de los parámetros del perl
• Seleccionar el nº del perl entre el 0 y 10.
• Pulsar sobre el parámetro a modicar (Tª, rampa, duración, ...).
• Pulsar sobre los iconos: para introducir el valor.
• Modicar otro parámetro.
Valores especiales:
• Si en la temperatura (1ª columna) se introduce el valor OFF (para ello
pulsar la tecla subir) los pasos siguientes quedan desactivados y no se ejecutan.
• Si en la duración del paso se introduce INF, el horno se queda perma-
nentemente en esta temperatura.
• Si en la rampa se introduce OFF, el horno hace la subida de temperatura
a la mayor velocidad posible.
Inicio del perl de temperatura
• Para establecer la hora de inicio del perl, pulsar sobre «--:--».
• Entrar la hora pulsado en formato hh:mm.
• Pulsar sobre los dias de la semana que debe ejecutarse el perl.
• Aceptar la programación pulsando sobre .

5.Equipmentdescription
Furnace mufes are used in sample thermal treatments, for its desiccation,
cured and sterilization.
Fan assisted circulation gets a great temperature uniformity and a quick tem-
perature rise.
6.Installation
Unpack the equipment and visually check that the contents are in good con-
ditions. Keep the package for some days.
6.1Location
Place the equipment on a at level stable surface, suitable for the equipment
weight.
To work in a comfortable way, please leave a free space of 50cm around the
equipment and a minimum of 20cm at the rear part.
6.2Connectiontothemains
Plug the equipment to a near socket suitable for the equipment power. Use the
connection cable supplied or a similar one.
For your safety, the equipment must be earthed.
Before plugging the machine, check that the voltage supply and the frequency
corresponds to the one indicated in the equipment characteristics plate.
7.Operation
All the equipment functions are set with the touch screen. Gently press with
your nger in the center of each icon.
When starting the computer, the starting screen will be shown (Fig 7.1)
• SETTINGS:
- Time and date: menu to set the date and time.
- PID and Autotuning: menu to set the parameters of temperature
control.
- Downloading recorded data.
- Temperature correction.
- Temperature alarm limits.
• PROGRAMMING
- Allows you to program the temperature prole, by dening tempe-
ratures, times and ramps.
• TASK
- Allows you to select and launch the operating temperature or a
temperature prole.

7.2.1 Settimeanddate
Press on the time/date icon. Press successively on the box to select the day,
month, year, minute & second adjustment.
Adjust by pressing on the icons Increase and Decrease.
7.2.2 Set parameters of temperature control and
«Autotuning»
For an optimal use of the furnace, P, I, D parameters of temperature control
should be the appropriate value.
With a value of the appropriate P, I, D parameters, the furnace will reach
the temperature in the shortest possible time and without exceeding the set
temperature. However, those values can be quite different at high and low
temperatures.
The furnace comes with the following values: P=10; I=100; D=25 which are
appropriate for most jobs.
These values can be modied, but it’s advisable to perform an «Autotuning»
when you need a better accuracy.
The «Autotuning» automatically adjusts the optimal parameters for a given
temperature and a load.
Press on the PID/Autotuning icon. Press successively on the box to select the
P, I, D values adjustment and modify the value by pressing on the Increase
and Decrease icons.
Attention: It is not recommended to change these parameters. Use the
«Autotuning» option to automatically adjust these values.
Press on the PID/Autotuning icon.
Select the «Autotuning» temperature with:

7.2.3 Communicationtype
The equipment can store readings from time to time and send them to a
computer or store them in a USB memory pen.
«PORT» Set the readings storing mode:
• RS232: Send the temperature readings to a computer by a serial
cable (DB9 type).
• USB: Store the readings in a USB memory pen drive.
«INTERVAL» Select with the register time interval and the
data sending.
«MODE» Select the data to be stored:
• Start: Save all temperature readings.
• Set point: Save temperature readings, since the set point temperature
has been reached.
• PC: Send data, it is not stored.
«SEND» Number of stored data, pending from sending.
7.2.4 Set the temperature and the temperature
alarms
It is recommended to verify calibration of temperature with some regularity (for
example annually) by using for instance a termometer or a temperature pattern.
If it is necessary to correct the reading, as a result of calibration, one must
enter a correction.
To do this, press on this icon:
A box indicating the current correction value appears.
Adjust with keys until you get the indicated value on the tempera-
ture pattern.
Applied correction will appear in brackets.
7.2.4.1 Temperature alarms
By pressing successively on the temperature correction box, one may enter an
over-temperature and low-temperature limit. Both alarms activate a message
on screen.
7.2.5 Temperatureunits
Press on the Temperature units icon. Press successively to change between
Celsius or Farenheit degrees.
7.2.6 Setlanguage
Press on the language icon. Press successively on the box to select among
Spanish, French or English.
Adjust by pressing on the Increase and Decrease icons.

There are two operation modes:
• Working at a unique temperature.
• Working according to a pre-programmed temperature prole.
Press on to change the operation mode.
7.3.1Operationatatemperature
• Select the set point temperature by pressing on the temperature indicator.
• Select a temperature increase ramp if you want to increase it in a slowly
way.
The value 0ºC/min makes that the ramps increases as fast as possible.
• Select an operating time. This time starts to count down when the tempe-
rature reaches the set point.
The 0ºC value sets a continuous operation.
• Start by pressing on this icon:

(For instance, you can set a time an a week day to start a prole. As :
start, prole ner 1 on Sunday at 19h00’)
7.4.1Programmingatemperatureprole
A temperature prole is a sequence of steps, each step could be a ramp or a dell.
To go from the end of a «dell» to the following «dell» could be done in two ways:
- With a «temperature ramp»
(go from 100ºC to 200ºC following a ramp at 2ºC per minute).
- As fast as posible.
Prole parameters input:
• Select the prole number between 0 and 10 with .
• Press on the parameter to be modied. (Temp, ramp, length ...)
• Press on these icons: to enter the value.
• Modify another parameter.
Special values:
• If you enter value OFF in temperature (1st column) (you have to press
Increase key) the next steps are disabled and not executed.
• If you enter INF in Step length, the furnace remains permanenttly at this
temperature.
• If you enter OFF in the ramp, the furnace makes the temperature rise at
the fastest speed possible.
Starting of temperature prole
• To set the prole starting time, press on «—:—».
• Enter time by pressing in hh:mm format.
• Press on the days of the week when the prole should be run.
• Accept the programming by pressing on .
