INFORMACIÓN GENERAL
1) Manipular el paquete con cuidado. Desembalarlo y comprobar que
el contenido coincide con lo indicado en el apartado de la “Lista de
embalaje”. Si se observa algún componente dañado o la ausencia
de alguno, avisar rápidamente al distribuidor.
2) No instalar ni utilizar el equipo sin leer, previamente, este manual
de instrucciones.
3) Estas instrucciones forman parte inseparable del equipo y deben
estar disponibles a todos los usuarios del equipo.
4) Cualquier duda puede ser aclarada contactando con el servicio
técnico de J.P. SELECTA, s.a.u.
5) ¡ATENCIÓN! NO SE ADMITIRÁ NINGUNA MÁQUINA PARA
REPARAR QUE NO ESTÉ DEBIDAMENTE LIMPIA Y DESIN-
FECTADA.
6) Toda modicación, eliminación o falta de mantenimiento de cual-
quier dispositivo de la máquina, transgrede la directiva de utilización
89/655/CEE y el fabricante no se hace responsable de los daños
que pudieran derivarse.
7) No utilizar el equipo con uidos que puedan desprender vapores
o formar mezclas explosivas o inamables.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EQUIPO
Los bancos de sangre BLOOD BANK A están diseñados para tempe-
raturas jas a +4ºC (estabilidad ±1,5ºC). Van equipados con un grupo
compresor hermético montado sobre asentamiento antivibratorio con
evaporador de aletas tipo forzado y condensador de aletas tipo ven-
tilado, una turbina de circulación de aire con paro a la apertura de la
puerta, sensores de temperatura alojados en condiciones similares a
la bolsa de sangre, luz LED interior, puerta de vidrio doble, aislante
y antiempañable con cerradura y con un registrador gráco circular.
Mueble exterior en acero blanco esmaltado y el recinto interior de
aluminio pintado y base en acero inoxidable AISI 304. Puerta de vidrio
doble, reversible con cerradura y junta de fácil sustitución, con meca-
nismo de retorno automático y enclavamiento manual.
Circulación de aire interior para una mayor homogeneidad de la tem-
peratura. Posibilidad de tener una alarma externa. Registrador gráco
circular incorporado. Sonda tipo Pt100, Termostato de seguridad.
Control de temperatura por microprocesador que a través del display
permite congurar y visualizar los siguiente parámetros:
- Contraseña de seguridad
- Temperatura de consigna
- Ajuste alarmas
- Calibración
- Retraso puesta en marcha compresor
INSTALACIÓN
Se debe evitar colocar el equipo cerca de fuentes de calor (calefacción,
rayos de sol, etc...). Dejar un espacio de unos 10 cms. entre la pared
y la parte trasera del armario. Instale el equipo sobre una supercie
plana y dura; si fuera necesario, utilice los pies ajustables. No poner
en marcha antes de 4 horas.
MUY IMPORTANTE ANTES DE LA PRIMERA PUESTA EN MAR-
CHA:
Conectar el equipo a la red.
La temperatura de consigna por defecto es 4ºC. No llenar el equipo
hasta que el equipo no alcance esta temperatura.

Asegúrese que el equipo se conecta a una tensión de red que
coincide con la indicada en la placa de características.
No utilice el equipo sin estar conectada la toma de tierra.
Si cambia la clavija del enchufe, tenga en cuenta lo siguiente:
Cable azul: Neutro
Cable marrón: Fase
Cable amarillo/verde: Tierra
INSTALACIÓN DEL REGISTRADOR
1. Abrir la puerta del registrador con la llave
2. Retirar la aguja
3. Desenroscar el pomo del eje y retirar el papel
4. Tirar del eje para extraer el registrador
5. Colocar la pila en la parte posterior
6. Volver a insertar el registrador
7. Volver a colocar la aguja
8. Cerrar nuevamente la puerta del registrador.
Utilice una pila alcalina de buena calidad para asegurar una duración
de más de 6 meses.
MANTENIMIENTO
Antes de quitar la tapa del banco de sangre para manipular en su
interior desconecte la toma de red.
La manipulación de los circuitos electrónicos internos del equi-
po por personal no cualicado puede provocar daños de difícil
reparación.
Asegúrese de que el equipo es reparado por un servicio técnico
autorizados por J.P. SELECTA, s.a.u.
MANTENIMIENTO BÁSICO
- Cambiar la pila del registrador gráco cada 6 meses (ver apartado
«Instalación»).
- Cambiar el papel del registrador cada semana (ver apartado «Ins-
talación»).
- Cambiar la plumilla del registrador cada 5 años (90 metros).
- Limpiar el evaporador del grupo frigoríco al menos 1 vez al año.
LIMPIEZA
Para la limpieza de las diferentes piezas de acero inoxidable, carátulas
y plásticos, usar alcohol con un paño no abrasivo.

NOTAS SOBRE LAS ALARMAS
- Las señales acústicas que provocan las condiciones de error pue-
den detenerse pulsando la tecla ON/STAND-BY.
- Existe la posibilidad de usar uno de los relés de la placa para activar
una alarma exterior en caso de que se produzca la condición de
error (Ver esquemas de conexiones).

DESVIACIÓN DE LA TEMPERATURA
La temperatura de trabajo por defecto es de 4ºC ±2ºC en los Blood
Bank A. Si la temperatura sale fuera del margen de trabajo ya sea
por encima o por debajo, se produce un error que se visualiza en el
display. Ver tabla anterior.
Tanto la temperatura de trabajo como los límites superior e inferior
son programables tal y como se explica en el apartado «Modicación
de parámetros».
GARANTÍA
Este producto tiene una garantía de un año. La garantía no cubre
los daños causados por un uso indebido o por causas ajenas a J.P.
SELECTA, s.a.u.
Cualquier manipulación del equipo por personal no autorizado por J.P.
SELECTA, s.a.u. anula automáticamente los benecios de la garantía.
Aviso a los clientes:
El producto se compone de varios componentes y diversos materiales
que deben reciclarse o, en su defecto, depositarse en los sitios corre-
spondientes de eliminación de escombros cuando la vida del producto
se ha completado o cuando, de lo contrario, es necesario desecharlo.
Para ello, el usuario nal que adquiere el producto debe conocer la nor-
mativa vigente de cada municipio y / o localidad en función de los re-
siduos eléctricos y electrónicos. El usuario que adquiere este producto
debe conocer y ser responsable de los posibles efectos de los compo-
nentes sobre el medio ambiente y la salud humana como resultado de
la presencia de sustancias peligrosas. Nunca coloque el producto en
un contenedor convencional de alcance ciudadano si es un desman-
telamiento previo y conocimiento de los componentes que incorpora.

EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION
BLOOD-BANK A storage cabinets are designed to work at xed
temperatures at +4ºC (Stability ±1,5ºC). Equipped with an hermetic
compressor mounted on shock absorbers with evaporator and forced
air condenser, air cooling system which stops on opening the door,
temperature sensors housed in similar conditions to the blood bag,
inner LED light, double insulated anti-mist glass door and a circular
chart recorder.
External cabinet in white enamelled steel and interior in painted
aluminum and AISI 304 stainless steel base. Double glazed antimist,
reversible lockable door, easy to change, self close door it left ajar.
Fan air circulation in order to reach homogeneous temperature
distribution. External alarm ability. Circular graphic register. Pt100
probe. Safety thermostat. Temperature controlled by microprocessor
which thought display allows view and control following parameters:
- Security password
- Set temperature
- Set alarms
- Calibration
- Start up cooling motor delay.

INSTALLATION
Avoid installing the equipment near heat sources (sunny places,
heating, etc). Leave a space of about 10 cm between the wall and
the back of the cabinet. Place the equipment on a hard horizontal
leveled oor; if it is necessary use the adjustable foot. Do not start
up before 4 hours.
VERY IMPORTANT BEFORE THE FIRST STARTING UP
Connect the equipment at mains.
The default temperature set is 4ºC. Do not ll the equipment if it has
not reached this temperature.

Be sure that the voltage supply is the same as the one indicated
on the characteristics plate.
Do not use the equipment if it is not earthed.
If you have to change the plug cap, bear in mind the following:
Blue cable: Neutral
Brown cable: Phase
Yellow/green cable: Earth
STARTING UP THE RECORDER
1. Open the recorder lid by using the key
2. Remove the needle
3. Unscrew the shaft handle and remove the paper
4. Pull out the shaft to remove the recorder
5. Insert the battery into the rear part
6. Insert the recorder again
7. Put the needle again
8. Close again the recorder lid
Use a good quality alkaline battery to ensure a duration of more than
6 months.
MAINTENANCE
Before removing the casing, disconnect the equipment from the
mains.
The manipulation of the internal electronic circuits of the
equipment by unqualified personnel can cause irreparable
damage.
Be sure that the equipment is repaired by a J.P.SELECTA
authorized technical service.
BASIC MAINTENANCE
- Change recorder battery every 6 months (see “installation”)
- Change recorder paper every week (see “installation”)
- Change pen from recorder every 5 years (90 meters)
- Clean the evaporator of the cooling group at least once a year.
CLEANING
Use alcohol with a non abrasive cloth for the cleaning of the different
pieces of stainless steel and plastics.

- The acoustic signals that cause the error conditions can be stopped
by pressing the ON/STAND-BY key.
- There is the possibility of using one of the board relays to activate
an external alarm in the event that the error condition occurs (See
connection diagrams).


DESVIATION OF TEMPERATURE
The default working temperature is 4ºC ±2ºC in Blood Bank A. If the
temperature rises outside the working range, either above or below,
an error occurs which is displayed on the screen (See previous table).
Both the working temperature and the upper and lower limits are pro-
grammable as explained in the section “Modication of parameters”.
GUARANTEE
This product is guaranteed for one year. The guarantee does not cover
damages caused by an incorrect use or causes beyond the control
of J.P. SELECTA, s.a.u.
Any manipulation of the equipment by unauthorized personnel by J.P.
SELECTA, s.a.u. cancels the guarantee automatically.
Notice to customers:
The product is made up of various components and various
materials that must be recycled or, failing that, deposited in the cor-
responding debris removal sites when the product’s life has been com-
pleted or when otherwise it is necessary to dispose of it. To do this,
the end user who acquires the product must know the current regula-
tions of each municipality and / or locality based on the waste electrical
and electronic equipment. The user who acquires this product must be
aware of and responsible for the potential effects of the components
on the environment and human health as a result of the presence of
hazardous substances. Never place the product in a conventional con-
tainer of citizen scope if a previous dismantling and knowledge of the
components that incorporates. If you do not know the procedure to fol-
low, consult with the city council for more information.
