seleccionada,girarlentamenteelejedeltermostatode seguridad
(4)ensentidoantihorariohastaque éstesedispare(seescucha un
«clic»característicoyseenciendeelpilotodealarma(rojo)(6)).
5.Pararlaestufaydejarlaenfriarcon lapuertaabiertadurante15
minutoscomomínimo.
6.Bloquearel mandodeltermostatoregulador(10)con lapalancade
bloqueo(9)paraevitarmovimientosaccidentalesdedichomando.
7.Seleccionarmedianteelbotón deltermostatoderegulación (10)la
temperaturadetrabajo(comomínimo3°Cinferioralaquesehabía
seleccionadoanteriormente).
4.Transcurrido un tiempo prudencial,elpilotode funcionamientode
resistencia(11)empezaráafuncionarintermitentemente.Cuandoel
ciclode dichasintermitenciassea uniformelatemperaturade la
estufasehabráestabilizado.
OBSERVACIONES:
*Lagraduacióndelaescaladeltermostatosóloesorientativa,siendo
latemperaturarealdelinteriordelrecintolaque indicaeltermómetro
(12).
*Nohacertrabajarlaestufaatemperaturasinferioresaambiente+5°C
yaque aestascondicioneseltermostatono regulacorrectamente.
*Todaslasregulacionesde temperaturadeben hacersesiempreen
sentidoascendente,esdecir,antesdeelegircualquiervalornominal
el mandodebegirarsehastaelfinalizquierdodelaescala.Seobtie-
ne asíuna regulación másexactade latemperatura,yaque se
compensaeljuegoinevitabledelhusillodeltermostato.
*Paraunacorrectauniformidadde la temperaturaen elinteriordela
estufacoloque elmaterialde formaqueno ocupe másdel 70% del
volumeninterior.
AJUSTEDELTERMOSTATODESEGURIDAD:

seguirlossiguientespasos:
1.Con laestufaconectada alared,girarelejedeltermostatode
seguridad (4)ensentidohorariohastaelfinalde escala.
2.Seleccionarlatemperaturade disparomedianteelmando (10)del
termostatoderegulación.Estatemperaturadebesercomomínimo
3°Csuperioralatemperaturadetrabajo.

STARTINGUP
1.Press the mainsswitch(1),atthe sametimethe green indicator
lamp(2)will lightup.
2.Turnthe temperaturecontrolknob (10)clockwiseuntil the working
temperaturecoincideswiththepointer.Theamberheateroperation
indicatorlamp(11)lightsup.
3.Block the temperaturecontrolknob(10)withtheblockage lever(9)
toavoidaccidentallymovingtheknob.
4.Afteracertaintime,theheateroperationindicatorlamp(11)willstart
operatingintermittently.When theseintermittencesbecomeuniform,
the temperatureoftheincubatorisstabilized.
Do notusethe incubatortodry orforthermaltreatmentofproducts
whichcangiveoffvapourscapableofmakinganexplosivemixture.
Besurethatthe voltagesupplyisthesameasthe oneindicated onthe
characteristicsplate.
Do notusethe equipmentifitisnotearthed.
Ifyouchangethe plugbearinmind thefollowing :

COMMENTS:
*The thermostat scaleisintended asaguide,the realtemperature
levelinsidetheincubatoristheonethatthethermometer(12)shows.
*Donotusetheincubatoratalowertemperaturethanambient+5ºC,
becausethe thermostatwill notoperatecorrectly.
*All the temperatureregulationsmustalwaysbe made inascent.
Beforechoosinganyvalue,the knob mustbe turnedlefttotheendof
the scale.Then amoreexactregulationisobtained.
*Placethe load inthe incubatortrying toleavespacesforthe air
circulation. Do not load the incubatormorethan 70% ofitsuseful
chambervolume.
ADJUSTINGTHESAFETYTHERMOSTAT:
Toadjustthe safetythermostattemperaturedo asfollows:
1.Withtheincubatorconnectedtothemains,turnthesafetythermostat
controlknob (4)clockwisetothe end ofthe scale.
2.Selectthe desired safetytemperaturewiththe temperaturecontrol
knob (10).Thistemperaturehastobe minimumat 3ºC abovethe
workingtemperature.
3.Withthedoorclosed,turnontheincubatorwiththe mainswitch(1).
4.Whentheincubatorisstabilizedattheaboveselectedtemperature,
turnthe safetythermostat controlknob (4)slowlytothe leftuntil it
clicks,the red indicatorlamp(6)lightsup.
5.Stop the incubatorand leaveittocoolwiththe dooropen during 15
minutes.
6.Block the temperaturecontrolknob(10)withtheblockage lever(9)
toavoidaccidentallymovingtheknob.
7.Selectthe working temperaturewiththe thermostatcontrolknob
(10)(minimumat3ºC belowthedesiredsafetytemperature).
8.Startthe incubatoronceagainswitching iton (1).
9.Blockthethermostatknobswiththeircorresponding blockage devices
(5and9).
10.Closethedoorandturntheincubatoronagainwiththemainswitch
(1).Oncethe temperatureisstabilized,the incubatorisreadyto
work.
NOTE:Thesafetythermostatisuseful whenthe userworkshabitually
atthe sametemperature.
