1. Introducon
1.1 Safety
When not properly used this equipment is a potenally DANGEROUS machine. It is
necessary to perform maintenances, cleaning and/or any service by qualied personnel
and with the equipment disconnected from the power grid.
The instrucons below must be followed to avoid accidents:
1.1.1 Read all the instrucons.
1.1.2 Never use this Equipment with wet clothes or wet feet or on a wet or humid surface,
do not immerse it under water, do not place under any kind of water ow, hose, tap or
similar, do not use water jets of any kind on the equipment.
1.1.3 The use of any equipment should always be supervised, especially when it is being
used near children.
1.1.4 If the Equipment physically falls down, in any way, suers any kind of damage or has
stopped working for any reason, it is necessary to call specialized technical assistance.
1.1.5 The use of unauthorized accessories that are not recommended by the manufacturer
can lead to injuries.
1.1.6 Make sure that the voltage of Equipment and of the local electrical supply match.
Also make sure that the equipment is properly grounded.
1.1.7 Never touch the resistances when the equipment is turned on or in cooling process,
because they will be hot and may cause burns.
1.1.8 This product was developed to be used in commercial kitchens. It is used, for example,
in restaurants, cafeterias, hospitals, bakeries, etc.
This appliance usage is not recommended when:
- The producon process should be done in a connuous way in industrial scale;
- The workplace is in an atmosphere of corrosive, explosive, with dust or gas.

IMPORTANT
This equipment shall not be used by children or any person with reduced physical or
mental capacity, lack of experience or knowledge, unless they are under supervision
or have received from the person responsible for safety, proper instrucons on how
to use the equipment.
IMPORTANT
WARNING: To avoid burnings, do not use recipients loaded with liquids or products
to be cooked that become uid with heang in higher temperature levels than
those that can be easily observed.
IMPORTANT
Never wash the appliance with direct intense water jets.
IMPORTANT
In case of emergency, unplug the appliance from wall electrical outlet immediately.
IMPORTANT
Keep this equipment out of the reach of children.
IMPORTANT
Make sure the cord is in perfect working condions, if not, change it for one in
accordance to the local safety standards. Such change shall be made by qualied
professional following the local safety standards.
IMPORTANT
We recommend children to be watched to not allow them to play with the machine.

2.1 Installaon
2.1.1 Placing
Your appliance must be installed in an aligned, non-slip, stable surface with 33” (850 mm)
of height.
Ground plan of the recommended area for installing the equipment.

If necessary, it’s possible to stack up to 3 (three) ovens.
2.1.2 Electrical Installaon
This equipment was designed for 220 V (60Hz). When you receive the equipment check
tension printed in the tag on the electric cable.
The cord has a plug with 3 pins, and the central pin is intended to the grounding. It´s
mandatory that the three points are connected before starng the appliance.
How to built-in the oven
The oven can be embedded provided that the space necessary for venlaon are respected.
The built-in niche dimensions must have a space of 7 and 10 cm between the oven the
cabinet or masonry on each side, top, and back of the unit.
Note: The construcon of the built-in niche must necessarily be of noncombusble
materials.

The installaon of the ovens must be done with the necessary care to avoid problems and
damage to the equipment and ensure its full operaon.
Upon recieving your equipment, check for shipping damage, and if suspected, nofy the
dealer or factory immediately.
Make sure that the electrical installaons are done by competent persons;
All the installaon is the client´s responsibility.
The installaon of the oven requires:
• Eletric power;
• Exclusive Breakers and eletric grid cables;
• Grounding (oblied).
Make sure that the electrical characteriscs are in accordance to the technical specicaons
on the equipment idencaon tag, on the back.
Correctly measure the breaker and power grid cables.
Use an exclusive breaker for the oven.
Remember that only trained technicians must open the electrical control panel.
When you recieve the equipment, check the voltage provided on the Feeding Cable tag.
IMPORTANT
Make sure that the voltage of the power grid where the equipment will be
installed is compable with the voltage indicated on the label on the power cable.

Breakers and Electrical Cables Dimensions
1 - The breakers must be exclusive to the equipment.
2 - The dimensioning of the cables in the table below is for maximum length of 25 meters.
3 - Grounding is mandatory.
The picture below indicates a terminal of external equipotenal connecon terminal.
This must be used to guarantee that there is no potenal dierence between the dierent
equipments turned on the power grid diminishing the maximum risk of electric shock.
The equipments must be connected to each other but their respecve terminals of the
equipotenal connecon.
