INSTALLATION:
1.Onthevehicletowardsthetopoftherearhatch,
thereisarectangularplasticfascia.Forreference,
placeapieceoftape,ormarker,ontheedgeofthe
fasciathatfarthestfromtheglass.Thenremovethe
fascia.
2.PlacethePlasticFasciaDrillTemplate,showninFig
1,ontotherectangularplasticfasciaremovedinthe
Step1.Topositionthetemplate,facetheDOWNside
ofthetemplate,asindicatedinFig.1,towardsthe
pieceoftape,ormarker,youplacedontheedgeof
thefasciainStep1.TheOUTsideofthetemplate,as
indicatedinFig.1,willfacetowardstheoutsideedge
ofthefascia.Tapedownthetemplate.
3.Drilla7/16hole,asindicatedinFig.1.
4.RemovePlasticFasciaDrillTemplateandrepeatStep
2andStep3forthedriver'sside.
5.Onthepassengersideofthevehicle'srearhatch,you
willseepunchedsheetmetalholes.Lineuptheholes
inthePassengerSideDrillTemplatewiththeseholes.
Tapedownthedrilltemplate,asseeninFig.2.
6.Usea1/16"drillbittodrillthepilotholesfortheDRILL
HOLESindicatedinFig.2.
7.Onthedriver'ssideofthevehicle'srearhatch,you
willseemorepunchedsheetmetalholes.Lineup
theholesintheDriverSideDrillTemplatewiththese
holes.Tapedownthedrilltemplate,asseenifFig.2.
8.Usea1/16"drillbittodrillthepilotholesfortheDRILL
HOLESindicatedinFig.2.
9.Usingthe4sheetmetalscrews,mountthe2
stainlesssteelbracketstotherearhatchusingthe
pilotholescreatedinSteps6&8.Thebrackets
shouldbefullyseated,asseeninFig.3and4.
10.Re-installtherectangularplasticfasciaremovedin
Step1.ReferenceoriginalFord®instructionsforre-
installationhelp,asneeded.
NOTE: The cut corner will face down on the rectangular
plastic fascia.
PRO TIP: The recommended torque specication for
sheet metal screws is 10 in-lb.

12.Onceallofthewiresareconnected,insertthe shroud
standoffsandbuttonscrewsintothelightbar.Thread
screwsinthentightenuntiltorquespecication,or
untillightbarisfullyseated.
