Open thecase, lift the cutting device outof the case and set down
upright on the floor.
Release the folding stand lock [1] and unfold the stand[2]. Then

Loosen the knurled screw [5] top and bottom, unfold the cutting bracket [6].
Re-tighten the knurled screws[5].
Schrägstellreiter [7+8] (Rückseite) lösen undnach unten gleiten lassen.
Auflageschiene [9+10] abschwenken. Auflageverbreitungen [11] unter den
Auflageschienen ausklappen. Diese können bei Bedarf verschobenwerden.
Dazu die Griffschraube [12] lösen. Auflageverbreitungen [13] beidseitig
ausklappen.

Loosen the angle slides [7+8] (on the rear) and allow theseto slide down.
Pivot the bearing rail [9+10]. Fold out the bearing supports [11] beneath the
bearing rails. These can be shifted if necessary. To do so, loosenthe knurled
screw [12]. Fold out the bearing supports[13] on both sides.

Das Gerät kann komplett zusammengefahren odervollständig ausgezogen
verwendet werden.Wichtig: Es sind keine Zwischenstufen möglich!
Schnittlänge vergrössern: Griffschraube [14+15+16] lösen. Bügel [17] bis
zum Anschlag ausziehen. Anschliessend die Griffschrauben [15+16] wieder
festziehen.
Die Griffschraube [16] dient als Kontaktelement und
muss somit immer festgezogen werden.
Drahtspule [18] imUhrzeigersinn drehen bis der Glühdraht wieder optimal
gespannt ist (Fig. 11) und Griffschraube [14] festziehen. Schnittlänge
verkleinern: Griffschraube [14+15+16]lösen, Schneidbügel einfahren,
Griffschraube [15+16] festziehen, Drahtspule spannen(Fig. 11) und
Griffschraube [14] festziehen.
Urządzenie można składać lub rozkładać w sposób kompletny. Ważne: Nie
występują poziomy pośrednie. Powiększanie długości cięcia: Poluzować
śruby [14+15+16]. Wyjąć pałąk [17] aż do oporu. Następnie ponownie
dokręcić śruby [15+16].
Śruba [16] pełni rolę elementu stykowego i
i dlatego musi być zawsze dokręcana.
Szpulę drutu [18] obrócić zgodnie z ruchem wskazówek zegara, aż drut
będzie ponownie optymalnie naprężony (rys. 11) i dokręcić śrubę [14].
Zmniejszanie długości cięcia: Poluzować śruby [14+15+16], wsunąć pałąk

quindi la vite della impugnatura [14]. Per ridurre la lunghezza di taglio:
allentarela vite della impugnatura [14+15+16], ritrarre la staffa di taglio e
stringere la vite della impugnatura [15+16], tendere la bobina (Fig. 11) e
fissare la vite della impugnatura[14].

once more (Fig. 11) and tightenthe knurled screw [14]. Reducing the cutting
length: Loosen the knurled screw [14+15+16], retract the cutting bracket,
tighten the knurled screw[15+16], tension the wire spool (Fig. 11) and
tighten the knurled screw[14].

Gerät an Stromnetz anschliessen. MittelsWippenschalter [19] Ein- / Aus-
schalten. Draht wird heiss.
Gerader Schnitt: Schneidbügel [20] herausziehen, Dämmplatte
vorschieben, Schnitt ausführen. Für Wiederholungsschnitt, Längsanschlag
[21] setzen.
Gehrungsschnitt: Drehgriff [22] obenund unten lösen, Bügel bis zur
gewünschten Gehrung abschwenken,Drehgriffe fixieren undGehrungs-
schnitt ausführen.
Schrägschnitt: Schrägstellreiter [23 oder24] lösen und gewünschte
Schräge Einstellen, Schrägstellreiter fixieren und Schnitt ausführen.
Anschlag [25] für Wiederholungsschnitt setzen.
Auftrennschnitt: Schneidbügel [20] auf gewünschte Höhe ausziehen und
Arretierschraube [26] oben und unten fest-ziehen. Anschliessend Platte
durchschieben.
Schneidegerät nach erfolgtem Schnitt vorzugsweisewieder ausschalten.

Cięcie proste: Wyciągnąć pałąk tnący [20], przesunąć płytę izolacyjną,
wykonać cięcie. Do ponownego cięcia ustawić ogranicznik długości [21].
Cięcie pod kątem: Poluzować pokrętło [22] u góry i na dole, przechylić
pałąk pod żądanymi kątem, unieruchomić pokrętła i wykonać cięcie pod
kątem.
Cięcie skośne: Poluzować zastawkę położenia skośnego [23 lub 24] i
ustawić żądany skos, unieruchomić zastawkę położenia skośnego i wykonać
cięcie. Ustawić ogranicznik [25] do powtórnego cięcia.
Przecinanie: Wyjąć pałąk tnący [20] na żądaną wysokość i dokręcić śrubę
blokującą [26] u góry i na dole. Następnie przesunąć płytę.
Po zakończeniu cięcia wyłączyć urządzenie tnące.

Taglio trasversale: allentare il cavalletto inclinato [23 o 24]sopra e sotto e
impostarel’inclinazione desiderata, fissare quindi il cavalletto inclinato ed
eseguire il taglio. Impostare unfine corsa [25] per i tagli ripetuti.
Taglio della scanalatura: allungare lastaffa di taglio [20] fino all’altezza
desiderata e fissare la vite di arresto[26] superiore e inferiore.Fare
scivolare quindi infine le lastre.
Spegnere di preferenza la trancia dopo avere eseguito un taglio.
Connect the device to the power supply. Switch on / off with the rocker
switch [19]. The wire becomes hot.
Straight cut: Draw out the cutting bracket [20], slide insulation panel
forwards, execute the cut. Forrepeat cuts, set the longitudinal stop[21] in
place.
Mitre cut: Loosen the knob [22] top and bottom, pivotthe bracket to the
desired mitre position, fasten theknob and execute the mitre cut.
Bevel cut: Loosenthe angle slide [23 or 24] andset the desired bevel
angle. Fasten the angle slideand execute the cut. For repeat cuts,set the
stop [25] in place.
Separation cut: Draw the cutting bracket[20] to the desired height and
tighten the fixing screw[26] top and bottom. Subsequently cut through the
panel.
After cutting, preferably switch the cutting device off.

Damit Dämmplatten über 24 cm Dicke durchgeschnitten werden können,
muss die Bügeltiefe [27] erweitertwerden. Dazu Bügel [29] mit der rechten
Hand halten, Griffschraube [28] oben mit linker Handlösen, Verschiebung
vornehmen und Griffschraube wieder festziehen. Griffschraube[28] unten
mit linker Hand lösen, Verschiebungvornehmen und Griffschraube wieder
festziehen.
Mit derselben Vorgehensweise kanndie Bügeltiefe wieder verringert werden.
Do cięcia płyt izolacyjnych o grubości ponad 24 cm należy rozszerzyć
głębokość pałąka [27]. Zachęcony wspornik[29] z prawej strony, uchwyt

Kontaktfläche [32]reinigen. Kontrollieren ob das Gerät vollständig
ausgezogen bzw. zusammengefahren ist. Griffschraube [33] auf festen Sitz
überprüfen.

Przed każdą manipulacją wyjąć wtyk z gniazdka sieciowego!
Drut nie nagrzewa się: Wyczyścić rolki prowadzące drut [31] u góryi na dole
oraz powierzchnie styków [32]. Sprawdzić, czy urządzenia jest całkowicie
rozłożone lub złożone. Sprawdzić prawidłowe osadzenie śruby [33].

Staccarela spina dell'alimentazione prima di ogni intervento!
Il filo nonsi scalda: eseguire la pulizia dei rulli guida del filo [31] superiore e
inferiore, nonché delle superficidi contatto [32]. Verificare che il dispositivo
sia completamente aperto o ripiegato. Verificare che le viti della impugnatura
[33] siano ben saldenel loro alloggio.
Fault-finding / fault elimination - contacts
Unplug the mains plug prior to all manipulations!
The wiredoes not heat up: Clean wire guide rollers [31] top and bottom, as
well as contact surfaces [32]. Check that the deviceis fully extended or
retracted. Check that the knurledscrew [33] is securely seated.

Wird dasNetzteil [34] zu heiss, schaltet sich dieses automatisch aus. Zur
Abkühlung das Gerät 30Minuten lang vom 230V Netz trennen.Auf
keinen Fall die Siegeletikette [35] entfernen oder das Netzteil öffnen.
Reparaturen dürfen nur durch einen Fachmann vorgenommen werden.
Przyczyny usterek / Usuwanie usterek - Zasilacz
Gdy zasilacz[34] za bardzo się nagrzewa, następuje jego automatyczne
wyłączenie. W celu schłodzenia urządzenia odłączyć je na 30 minut od
sieci 230 V. W żadnym razie nie usuwać plomby [35] i nie otwierać
zasilacza. Naprawy może przeprowadzać tylko specjalista.
Cause dei problemi/Risoluzione dei problemi - Trasformatore
Quando il trasformatore [34] si scalda troppo, si spegne automaticamente.
Per consentire il raffreddamento, staccare il dispositivoper 30 minuti
dalla rete a 230 V. In nessun caso rimuovere il sigillo [35] o aprire il
trasformatore. Gli interventi di riparazionedevono essere eseguiti
esclusivamente da un tecnico specializzato.
Fault-finding / fault elimination - power supply unit
If the power supply unit [34] becomestoo hot it will switch off automatically.
Disconnect the device from the230V mains for 30 minutes to allow it to
cool down. Never remove the seal sticker [35] or open up the power supply
unit. Repairs must be carried out by a specialist exclusively.
