b) This supplement is for the Fitment of The Radar Bracket to the Rear Protection Step Towbar for the Mazda BT 50 - 2020 Onward.

NOTES :-
•Before commencing fitment of this product, please read the fitting instructions
carefully and ensure that the Sidestep Configuration is the same as those shown
in the images of these instructions, check all listed components are supplied.
•Estimated Fitting Time: Approx. 0.25 Hours ( Radar Unit to Bracket and Brackets
to the Rear Bar ). Install this Kit Before the Rear Step is attached to the Vehicle.
•Left-hand & right-hand components are determined as seated in the Vehicle.
•The fitment of TJM products does not nullify the OE manufacturer's operating
guidelines and/or warnings. Ensure you are familiar with and adhere to the usage
instructions specified by the manufacturer in the owner's manual or other official
documentation.
•When removing protective coatings, ensure all new edges are deburred, clean any
swarf from the area and apply rust preventative product to exposed painted
surfaces where applicable.
•Check for (and remove) any build up in all threads if fitted to the product.
•Always place the product on a flat level bench or surface, cover with a soft cloth
or blanket to prevent damage to parts prior to installation.
•O/E Radar units are Marked as Left / Right Hand Units SEE BELOW, The Correct
Side must be matched to the corresponding & matching side, Failure to do this
will result in damage to the Radar Unit and will affect its performance.

1. Important: - Fit this kit Before the TJM
Rear Protection Step is Fitted to the
Vehicle.
2. With the TJM Steel Rear Bar resting face
down on a protective surface the radar
Bracket Assemblies for both the LH &
RH can be Installed.
3. As Shown Assemble / Place the RH O/E
radar unit onto the Right Hand bracket
as shown. Bolt the Radar unit to the
Bracket using the M6 x 20 mm Long
Bolts, Flat washers and Flange Nuts in 3
Places as shown –Refer to Photo.
4. Repeat step 3 Above this time Using the
Left Hand Bracket and LH Radar Unit.
5. Place the LH Radar Unit onto the Left
Hand Bracket and Bolt together using
the M6 Fasteners as described
Previously.
6. With the bracket and Radar Unit now
Assembled - The Assembly can be
mounted into the Rear Bar.
7. Using the M6 x 16 mm Long Bolts, Flat
washers and Flange Nuts - Bolt the
Bracket into the Rear Bar in 3 Places as
shown.
8. Install the Left Hand Bracket assembly to
the Rear Bar - Repeat step 7 on the Left
Hand Side of the Rear Protection Step.
Align the Radar Unit as squarely as
possible with the Opening in the Rear
Bar i.e. Align the Top Edge of the Radar
Assy with the Horizontal Opening in bar.
Note : - Tighten all Fasteners and check the
Torque settings –Refer page 1
