2 Power on the RoomPanel
AC Power Option:
3 Installation
Option 1: Mount on the the Electrical Box
The RoomPanel installs over a standard 2-gang U.S.electrical box.
Step1: Install the Metal Bracket

Step2: Install the Security Latch (Optional)
Install the security latch to the RoomPanel so that it cannot be easily
removed from the mounting bracket after installation.

4 Remove the RoomPanel
1. You can directly pull the RoomPanel to disengage the
mounting bracket if the security latch has not be installed.
2. If the security latch has be installed:
a. Pull the RoomPanel away from the wall until it stops.
b. Use the screwdriver to rotate the latch to the opening position
which retracts the security latch arms.
c. Pull the RoomPanel to disengage it from the mounting bracket
with the arms retracted.

General R equirements
•Before you install and use the device, read the safety instructions carefully and
observe the s ituat ion during operat ion.
•During the process of storage, transportation, and oper ation, please always keep
the device dry and clean.
•During the proc ess of storage, transportation, and operation, please avoid collision
and crash of the device.
•Pleas e attempt not to dismantle the device by yourself. In case of any discrepancy,
please contact the appointed maintenance center for repair.
•Without prior written consent, no organization or individual is permitted to make
any change to the structure or the safety design of the device. Yealink is under no
circumstance liable to consequences or legal issues caused by such changes.
•Pleas e refer to the relevant laws and statutes w hile using the dev ice. Legal r ights of
others should be respected as well.
Environmental Requirements
•Do not tr ead on, pull, or over-bend any cable in cas e of malfunction of the device.
•During a thunderstorm, stop using the device and disconnect it from the power
supply. Unplug the power plug and the Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL)
twisted pair (the radio frequency cable) to avoid lightning strik e.
•If the device is left unused for a rather long time, disconnect it from the power
supply and unplug the power plug.
•When there is smoke emitted from the device, or some abnormal noise or
smell, disconnect the device from the power supply, and unplug the power plug
immediately. Cont act the specified maintenance center for repair.
•Do not ins ert any object into equipment slots that is not part of the product or
auxiliary product.

Cleaning Requirements
