Power Indicator
Volume Keys
Adjusts the volume of
the handset, headset,
speakerphone and ringer.
Navigation Keys
Use the arrows to navigate
through the selections
on the screen. Press the
center circle to select.
Soft Keys
Label automatically to
identify their context-
sensitive features.
Lines
Use these keys to activate
up to sixteen accounts and
assign various features.
Headset Key
Activates hands free for making
and receiving calls without
lifting the handset.
Mute Key
Mutes the call so that your
caller cannot hear you.
Message Key
Accesses voice messages.
Hold Key
Press to place a call on hold.
Press again to return to call.
Redial Key
Redials a previously dialed
number.
Transfer Key
Transfers a call to another party.
Speakerphone Key
Activates hands free for making
and receiving calls without
lifting the handset.

MAKE A CALL
1. Dial the call.
2. Lift the handset or press the Speakerphone or Headset keys.
ANSWERING A CALL
For hands free operation, press the Speakerphone key.
REDIAL
Press the Redial Key to call the previously dialed number.
ENDING CALLS
Replace the handset or press the End Call soft key.

HEADSET KEY – Activates hands free for

the handset.
MESSAGES KEY – Press to retrieve
voicemails.
HOLD KEY – Press to place a call on hold.
Press again to return to call.

SPEAKERPHONE KEY – Activates hands
free for making and receiving calls without
lifting the handset.
TRANSFER KEY – During the call press
theTransfer key, select Blind with your
soft keys, enter the number you which to
transfer to, & hit dial.
