TRANSFERRING A CALL
You have a call in progress and you wish to transfer the call to
another extension;
1. Press the R/Recall key (the caller will hear hold music)
2. Dial the destination extension number
3. Replace handset to transfer the call
Note: You can announce your call by waiting for the destination
extension to answer before replacing the handset to complete the
transfer. If the destination extension does not answer, press the
R/Recall key to return to the original caller.

PROGRAMMING YOUR PERSONAL DIRECTORY
The 10 one touch buttons on your Alcatel Temporis 350 analogue
phone can be programmed with speed dial numbers.
The one touch buttons are programmed as follows:
1. Lift handset
2. Press the Program key ( )
3. Enter the number you want stored (i.e. #2 pin code then
336 9000)
4. Select the one touch button you want that number stored
under
5. Replace Handset
ERASING YOUR PERSONAL DIRECTORY
The one touch buttons can be erased as follows;
1. Lift Handset
2. Press the Program key ( ) twice
3. Select the one touch button you want erased
4. Replace Handset

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE
CALLBACK
You call an internal number and get a busy tone. The System
assistant then gives you the option of "placing a call back" -
being called back automatically when that extension is available.
1. Dial 5when prompted
2. Replace Handset.
To cancel the call back request, dial the extension number that
was busy and hang up, or follow the voice message instructions.
GROUP CALL PICKUP
When you hear a phone ringing in another office or where no-one
can answer, you can answer the call on your own phone if the
phone belongs to the same pickup group as your own:

DIRECTED CALL PICKUP
When you hear a phone ringing which does not belong to your
pickup group, you can answer the call by:
1. Lift Handset
2. Dial # 6
3. Dial the extension number of the ringing phone
BUSINESS ACCOUNT CODE (Toll Call PIN Number)
To obtain access to toll barred numbers (i.e. calls to Mobiles or
National calls) use your Business Account Code:
1. Lift Handset
2. Dial #2
3. Enter your (4 digit) Business Account Code
4. Dial desired phone number
SETTING UP YOUR PERSONAL CODE
By default your personal code is 0000. To change your personal
code dial #3 then follow the prompts and enter your current 4
digit code and then your new 4 digit code.
LOCKING YOUR HANDSET
To lock your handset dial À3
CONFERENCE CALL
When talking with one party, to introduce a second party and
create a three-way conversation;
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE
1. Press the R/ Recall key
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE
The first caller is placed on hold
2. Dial the extension/number of the additional party
Once the second party has answered, and you are ready to
conference all parties
3. Press R/ Recall then dial 3
Note: If you hang up during a conference, the other two
correspondents will be in direct contact
PARKING A CALL (On Another Extension)
You have a caller you wish to place on hold on another extension:
1. Dial R/Recall À7 and the extension number you want to
park the call on. The call is now placed on hold on that
extension, the caller will hear hold music
2. To retrieve the parked call from the extension where call
was parked on, dial À7
3. To retrieve the parked call from another extension, dial À7
then the extension number where the call was parked on.
