Components
Upon unpacking your sideboard from it’s delivery box, you should have the
separate pieces shown below. Follow the steps on the next pages to assemble
your new sideboard.

1.1 Align the base of the push-to-open set (L) with
corresponding holes on top panel (1) and secure into
place using the screws (M). Repeat for the remaining
bases.
1.2 Align the bottom of the push-to-open pin with
the slot on the back of the base.
1.3 Push the pin to secure it into place.

2.1 Insert the dowels (A) into the inner holes on the
top panel (1) and cam screws (B) into the outer
holes. Align the side panels (2) (4) and middle panels
(3) (12) using the dowels and cam screws. Firmly
press them together.
2.2 Insert a cam lock (C) into the side panel, making
sure the mouth is facing down. Screw the cam lock
using a screw driver. Repeat for the remaining holes
on the side panels and middle panels.

Step 3 Slide the back walls (5) into place.
Step 4 Insert the dowels (A) into the inner holes on the
base (6) and cam screws (B) into the outer holes.

Step 5 Step 5.1 Align the base with the side panels and
middle panels. Insert a cam lock (C) into the side
panel, making sure the mouth is facing upward.
Screw the cam lock using a screw driver. Repeat for
the remaining holes on the side panels and middle
panels.
Step 5.2 Attach a feet pad (N) to the underside of
each foot.

Step 6 Insert the back panel connectors (E) into proper
places and secure them with screws (D).
Step 7 7.1 Cover each of the cam lock with a plastic cap (H).
7.2 Insert the shelf support screws (F) into corre-
sponding holes using a screw driver.

Step 8 Insert the shelf support connector (G) into corre-
sponding holes on the shelves and then place the
shelves on the shelf support screws.

Step 9 e following steps are to instruct how to assemble
the doors (7) (10) on each side panel (2) (4).
9.1 Grab a hinge with larger arm (K). Fit the mount-
ing plate of the hinge into the holes of the side panel
(4) and secure into place using a screw driver. Repeat
for the other hinge with larger arm and side panel
(2).
9.2 Fit the hinge arms into the holes of the doors (7)
(10) and secure into place using a screw driver.
9.3 Fix the screws (L) of the push-to-open set into
place.
9.4 Slide the hinges back together.
9.5 Tighten the screws so that the two parts are con-
nected rmly.

Step 10 Repeat Step 9 with hinges with smaller arm (J) for
the remaining doors (8) (9).

Step 11 e following steps are to instruct how to adjust the
hinges if needed.
11.1 Vertical adjustment via slots on mounting plate
by slackening and retightening the screws on the
mounting plate.
11.2 Lateral adjustment by screw adjustent.
11.3 Front-to-Back adjustment by slackening and
retightening the hinge-arm mounting screw.
