1 BenutzerhinweiseDeutsch
Die CPV−Ventilinsel mit Feldbus−Direktanschluss (CPV
Direct) ist ausschließlich für den Einsatz mit der Beckhoff
Feldbus Box bestimmt.
Hierbei sind die angegebenen Grenzwerte der technischen
Daten einzuhalten. Ausführliche Informationen finden Sie
in Beschreibung P.BE−CPV−DI−IP−.. .
Warnung
SSchalten Sie die Spannung aus, bevor Sie Steckver
binder zusammen stecken oder trennen (Funktions
schädigung).
SVerwenden Sie nur Netzteile, die eine sichere elektri
sche Trennung der Betriebsspannung nach IEC 742/
EN 60742/VDE 0551 mit mindestens 4 kV Isolations
festigkeit gewährleisten (PELV). Schaltnetzteile sind
zulässig, wenn sie die sichere Trennung im Sinne der
EN60950/VDE0805gewährleisten.
SSchließen Sie einen Erdleiter mit ausreichendem
Leitungsquerschnitt an den mit dem Erdungssymbol
gekennzeichneten Anschluss an.
SNehmen Sie nur ein komplett montiertes und ver
drahtetes CP−System in Betrieb.
Stellen Sie bei Verwendung als explosionsgeschütztes
Betriebsmittel sicher, dass:
Selektrische Anschlüsse nicht unter Spannung
getrennt werden.
Sdie komplett installierte Ventilinsel mit allen verwen
deten Steckern, Adaptern und Schutzkappen mindes−
tens die Schutzart IP64 aufweist

3 Konfiguration
Warnung
SStellen Sie sicher, dass Einschalt−Testimpulse unter
drückt/ausgeschaltet werden, wenn Sie die CPV
Direct über ein Sicherheitsgerichtetes EA−Modul"
betreiben.
SPrüfen Sie, mit welchen Maßnahmen Sie Ihre Anlage
im NOT−AUS−Fall in einen sicheren Zustand versetzen.

Vorsicht
Die CPV Direct enthält elektrostatisch gefährdete Bau
elemente. Berühren der Kontaktflächen an Steckverbin
dungen und Missachtung der Handhabungsvorschriften
für elektrostatisch gefährdete Bauelemente können die
CPV Direct zerstören.
Die CPV Direct stellt innerhalb des IP−Links ein analoges
Ausgangsmodul dar. Bei der Konfiguration stehen 2 Daten
modelle zur Verfügung:
 Kompakt: 2 Ausgangsbytes (16 A)
 Komplex: 3 Ausgangs− und 3 Eingangsbytes
(24 A, 24E)

4 Adressierung
Für die Adressierung der CPV Direct gilt allgemein:
Jenach Datenmodell belegt eine CPV Direct mit IP−Link
16 Ausgangsadressen (Kompakt) bzw. 24 Ausgangs−
und Eingangsadressen (Komplex).
 Ein CP−Ventilplatz belegt zwei Adressen:
 niederwertige Adresse = Vorsteuermagnet 14
 höherwertige Adresse = Vorsteuermagnet 12.

1 User instructionsEnglish
The CPV valve terminal with field bus direct connection
(CPV Direct) is intended exclusively for use with the
Beckhoff field bus box.
The maximum values specified in the section Technical
specifications" must be observed here. Detailed informa
tion can be found in the manual P.BE−CPV−DI−IP−.. .
Warning
SSwitch off the power supply before connecting or
disconnecting plugs (otherwise this could lead to
functional damage).
SUse only power units which guarantee reliable isola
tion of the operating voltages as per IEC 742/
EN60742/VDE0551 with at least 4 kV isolation resis
tance (Protected Extra Low Voltage PELV). Switch
power packs are permitted, providing they guarantee
reliable isolation in accordance with EN 60950/
VDE0805.
SConnect an earth conductor of sufficient cross−
sectional area to the terminal marked with the earth
symbol.
SCommission only a CP system which has been fitted
and wired completely.
If the terminal is to be used as an explosion−proof oper
ating media, make sure that:
Sthe electrical connections are not disconnected when
power is still applied.
Sthe completely fitted product with all plugs, adapters
and protective caps used complies at least with
protection class IP64.

2.3 Field bus connection
Connection to the field bus is made with a Beckhoff LWL−
IP67 plug. Details on fitting can be found in the manual

pressed/switched off if you operate the CPV Direct
via a Fail safe I/O module."

into a safe status in the event of an EMERGENCY
STOP.

Caution
The CPV Direct contains electrostatically sensitive com
ponents. The CPV Direct will be damaged if you touch
the contact surfaces of the plug connectors or if you do
not observe the regulations for handling electrostati
cally sensitive components.
The CPV Direct represents an analogue output module
within the IP link. Two data models are available for the
configuration:
 compact: 2 output bytes (16 O)
 complex: 3 output bytes and 3 input bytes (24 O, 24I).

4 Addressing
The following applies for addressing the CPV Direct:
 Depending on the data model, a CPV Direct with IP link
occupies 16 output addresses (compact) or 24 output
and input addresses (complex).
ACP valve location occupies two addresses:
 lower−value address = pilot solenoid 14
 higher−value address = pilot solenoid 12.

El terminal de válvulas CPV con conexión directa a bus de
campo (CPV Direct) está destinado exclusivamente a ser
utilizado con la caja de bus de campo Beckhoff.
Aquí deben observarse los valores máximos indicados en
la sección Especificaciones técnicas". Puede hallarse
información detallada en el manual P.BE−CPV−DI−IP−.. .
Atención
SDesconectar la fuente de alimentación antes de in
sertar o retirar conectores (de lo contrario, pueden
producirse daños).
SUtilizar solamente fuentes de alimentación que ga
ranticen un aislamiento fiable de las tensiones de
funcionamiento según IEC 742/EN 60742/VDE 0551
con una resistencia de aislamiento de por lo menos
4kV (PELV, tensión extra baja protegida). Se permi
ten fuentes de alimentación conmutadas, si se garan
tiza un aislamiento fiable según EN 60950/VDE 0805.
SConectar un conductor de tierra de suficiente sección
transversal al terminal marcado con el símbolo de
tierra.
SPoner a punto el sistema CP sólo cuando se halle
completamente montado y cableado.
Si el terminal va a utilizarse en un entorno antidefla
grante, asegurarse de que:
Slas conexiones eléctricas no se desconectan con la
tensión aplicada.
Sel producto completamente montado con todas las
clavijas, adaptadores y caperuzas de protección,
cumple por lo menos con el grado de protección
IP64.
