Let’s get started.
What’s in the box:
Ready to use Ingenico Move 5000 mobile terminal
EPXPay App (Preinstalled and ready for processing)
Power Adapter
Thermal Printer Paper Roll (Pre-loaded) - 2¼” x 74’

Charging
Connect the power cord to the charging port on
the left side of the terminal.
Plug the other end of the power cord into a power
outlet.
When rst received, terminal should be charged
for 4 hours before initial use.
NOTE: A Micro-B USB (not included) can also be
used to charge the terminal.
Press and hold the Green Key on the bottom right
of the keypad until the terminal powers on.
After a short initialization process, the terminal will
display ‘EPX’.
You are now ready and able to process
transactions.
Simultaneously press and hold the # Key and the
Yellow Key until the terminal powers o.
NOTE: The terminal CANNOT be powered o while
plugged in for charging.

Loading Paper
Open the paper compartment by lifting the catch
located at the top of the terminal and drag the
cover to the rear.
Place the paper roll with the paper feed coming up,
from underneath in front of the roll.
Pull the paper feed about one inch past the edge
of the terminal and close the lid.
