HOW TO ASSEMBLE A 120⁰
BENCH SURFACE
¼-20 x ½” PHP
Machine Screw
#10 x 7/8 PHP Screw
1. Position and secure metal stretchers to the triangular base so that they are flush
along the top and centered horizontally using the ¼-20 x ½” machine screws
provided. Repeat for each side (Figure 1)
2. Slide the extrusions on the end support frame into the metal stretchers and secure
with the ¼-20 x ½” machine screws as shown. Repeat for each side (Figure 2 & 3)

3. Attach the aluminum rails
so that it is flush with the
outside of the frame using the
¼-20 x ½” machine screws
provided as shown. Repeat for
each side (Figure 4 & 5)

4. Attach the wire management basket centered to the bottom of the aluminum rail
using the ¼-20 x ½” machine screws provided. Repeat for each side (Figure 7 & 8)
5. Position and secure tops to stretchers using the #10 x 7/8 PHP screws provided.
Top should overhang ¼” on each side. Repeat for each side (Figure 10 & 11)
