double door base cabinets

Check and count the items inthe box before you start
building your cabinet. If you are missing any pieces, stop
and call your supplier, otherwise continue onto step two.
I N S P E C T I O N
Put the side panels (B) into the grooves of the face frame (A)
align them on the top.
Put the face frame (A) face down on a flat soft working space.
I advise you to use the foam provided in the box. Apply a
minimal amount of glue on every groove.

Once you are done with the bottom panel you will move to the top of
the cabinet where you will need to install the I beams. Place glue into
the three grooves, slide the left side into place, repeat for the right
side.
Install the back panel: Apply wood glue to the back panel groove
and place it at rear side of panel. gently set the back panel on top
of your cabinet, and push the side panels into place.
Once the Ibeams are in place we will move onto the back panel,
notice the back panel has two grooves on the inside the larger
groove will be for the top of our cabinet.

After aligning the side panels to the top of the frame, go ahead
and apply glue to all three of the bottom grooves. Then place
the bottom panel into the grooves.

Install the L brackets: Take adhesive side and press it right into
the corners of the cabinet, next take your 1/2" screw to secure
the bracket into place.

To install the corner blocks we will need 1" round head screws, be
sure the holes on the corner block are facing out. Holding both the
side and back panel together aligning the corner block with the
side panel and screw into place.
Repeat for the back panel. Continue this process for all four sides.
Take all four remaining1" screws and drive them right into the
center of the corner blocks.
Next grab your hardware bag, inside the hardware will be a smaller
bag filled with L brackets and screws.

Now that you are done with the top of the cabinet we are going to
move onto the bottom of the cabinet. Take the last two L brackets
making sure it is flush with the back panel, Screw into place.
Applying toe kick: Take your two plastic corner brackets, set them
flush to the edge of the toe kick panel and repeat on the other side.
Attach the toe kick into place making sure the toe kick stays flush
with the front of the cabinet. While using your hand to support the
toe kick screw into place.
Glides: Place glide holder into the holes with the T-side up. On
either side of the glide holder you will use 1/2" to screw into place.
Center the glide holder. Place the bracket into place, aligning the
cabinet up with pre drilled holes. Secure with 1/2" screw.

Place drawer box front on the soft surface. Gently put wood glue
in each one of the dovetails. Line up the dovetails and press them
to lock, Insert the drawer box bottom into the groove between
the sides. Insert the drawer box back and press the sides to lock,
Using a rubber mallet, gently tap the sides to get smooth dovetail
joint. Use four of the 1" screws (Q) in the pre-drilled holes to
secure the dovetail joint in place.
When installing the drawer clips, make sure the tan part is
facing towards the middle of the drawer box. Screw into
place.

Insert the drawer front: Use the 7/8" flat head screw (T) to
drive them through the drawer box front . Put the drawer
front (F) on soft surface. Align the pre-drilled holes on the
drawer front with pre-drilled holes and screw on the drawer
box.

To install drawer, simply pull both drawer rails completely out.
Align the notches on the back of the drawer box with the drawer
rails. Push the drawer box down and close it completely. Open
the drawer and check if drawer rails are locked into place. If rails
are not locked push them with hand to lock in place.

Take your door, place hinges into the door while aligning the pre
drilled holes up with the hinges and screw into place.
Place door into place, aligning the pre drilled holes and screw
into place.
Install shelf clips, place at any level you see fit, place shelves
with the finished face out. Last apply the bumpers.
