Assemble units as described herein only. To do otherwise
may result in instability. All screws, nuts and bolts must be
tightened securely and must be checked periodically after
assembly. Failure to assemble properly, or to secure parts
may result in assembly failure and personal injury.
Storage Latch Installation
1. Remove table from shipping
container and cut off any cable
ties that are holding the table
and storage latch in the shipping
position.
2. Next, spread the table apart from
the shipping position to the storage
position (Figure 1).
3. Locate the center cross bar mount
and unscrew the lock nut from the
bolt (Detail A). Then, remove the
thick plastic washer from the bolt
(Detail A).
4. Install the latch onto the center
cross bar mount bolt. Replace the
washer on the bolt and cover the
bolt with the locknut (Figure 2).
5. Make sure the latch freely moves
up and down. Then latch the table
together to lock it into the storage
position.

Stool Seat Installation
6. Stools that will be installed near
the pivot point of the table are
required to use all eight mounting
locations. Stools located away
from the pivot location are only
required to use the four outer
corner mounting locations
(Figure 2).
Note: Enough screws are
supplied to use all eight
mounting locations on each stool
if desired.
7. Remove stools and #14 x 5/8”
attachment screws from the
shipping box. Place stool seats
upside down on a flat protective
surface.
8. Align three screws, two in each
adjoining corner, and one in
between the corners as illustrated
(Figure 3).
9. Install the three #14 x 5/8” screws,
but do not drive the screws in all
the way. Leave a 1/4” gap between
the bottom of the screw head and
stool. This will allow the stool
plate adapter to slide in between
the screw head and seat
(Detail A).

10. Align slotted holes on the stool
plate adapter with partially
installed screws on seat
(Figure 4).
11. Slide stool plate adapter into
place and align vacant seat
mounting holes with stool plate
holes (Figure 5).
12. Install five #14 x 5/8” screws into
the vacant attachment holes and
torque to 15-20 in/lbs. Next,
twist down the three screws on
the slotted hole side and torque
them to 15-20 in/lbs (Figure 5).

13. Take completed stool assembly
and align stool plate adapter
post with vertical post on table
frame. Slide adapter plate post
over the vertical post and align
the holes so that the splined
post bolt can pass through.
Insert 5/16-18 x 2” splined neck
carriage bolt and secure using
5/16-18 nylock hex nut. Torque
carriage bolt and nut so stool
assembly has no movement on
table frame. (Figure 6).
