Step 1: Attach the 5-hole plate 2to the worksurface 1
using (4) wood screws 3. See page 4 for location.
Pilot holes are provided on both front corners of the
worksurface. Do not over-tighten the screws. Use a low
torque setting on the power driver.
Step 2: Place the 3/8" thick plastic washer 4on the
stud on the 5-hole plate against the wood screws.
Step 3: Place the mouse tray 5against the plastic
washer 4.
Step 4: Place the nylon washer 6, then the fender
washer 7on the stud against the bottom of the mouse
tray 5.
Step 5: Thread the acorn nut 7onto the stud. Tighten
it so the tray will rotate but not spin freely.
Step 6: Place the mouse fence 9onto
the back of the mouse tray 5.

Step 8: Attach the palm support 14 to the
worksurface 1with (2) machine screws 15
from the bottom up.
Step 9: Place (4) half spacers 10 on (4)
machine screws 11 . Insert these through
the worksurface 1from the bottom up.
Step 10: Place (4) 1.25" spacers 12 onto
the machine screws 11 at the top of the
worksurface 1.
Step 11: Thread the machine screws 11
into the inserts in the bottom of the upper
worksurface 13 and fully tighten.
Step 12: Place the lock box assembly 18
onto the security plate and lock it.
Step 13: Attach the two tier worksurface
assembly to the gas lift base using the
