LosautoclavesclaseBsonampliamente utilizadospara nesmédicos,odontología,
veterinaria yengeneral paraesterilizarmaterialesqueesposible queentrenen
contactoconla sangre,como por ejemploenloscentrosde tatuajes,«piercing»,
peluquerías,centrosde belleza,etc.
LosautoclavesclaseBaseguranla correctaesterilizaciónde losdistintostiposde
cargasnormalizadas:sólidas,sólidasembaladas,porosasembaladasyhuecas. Para
garantizarla esterilización,losautoclavesAutesterSTDRYPV,mediante une cien-
tesistemade vacíofraccionadoconsiguenunatotal extraccióndel aireylamejor
penetracióndel vapor.

3.5Recomendaciones paralaesterilización
Elmaterialaesterilizar,tienequeestarperfectamente limpio,libre
deincrustacionesoresiduos. Lavarconunbuendetergente yagua
destilada. Después aclararlo conabundante agua.
No cargar enexceso las bandejas, gradillaso cestillos,dejar siempre
unespacioentreellos de1ó2cm,parafavorecerelpasodelvapor
yfacilitar el secado.
3.5.1Esterilizacióndeinstrumentosagranel:
Colocarelinstrumentalsobreelpapelhidrófugo enposiciónabierta
yquenosetoquenentresí. Evitarcolocarenunamismabandeja
instrumental dediferente tipo demetal.
3.5.2Esterilizarinstrumental enbolsas:
No debedehaber más deuninstrumento por bolsa.
Colocarlasbolsassobrepapelhidrófugo,enposiciónverticalqueno
setoquenentresí ni tampoco toquenlas paredes del autoclave.
3.5.3Tubos:
Lostubosdebenestarperfectamente limpios, aclarados yescurridos.
Colocar los tubos, apoder ser,abiertos por ambos lados.
Procurarquelos tubos notoquenlapareddelautoclave,niqueformen
dobleces queobstruyanel diámetrointerior.
3.5.4Recipientes:
Nuncacolocar recipientes cerrados.
Colocar los recipientes bocaabajoparaevitar losdepósitosdeagua.

Elensayode Bowie Dicksirveparaveri carel autoclaveaplicable alosproductos

3.4Testdevacío
Testparaveri carelfuncionamientode la bomba de vacíoyla estanqueidad dela

4 Instalación
Unavezdesembaladoel equipo, compruebe,visualmente,queestáenbuenestado.
Conserveel embalaje originaldurante unosdías.
4.1Emplazamiento
Situarel equipoenunasuper cie plana,nivelada,estable yadecuada al pesodel
equipo.
Use el niveladorsuministradopara nivelarel autoclave.
Nota: Elautoclave debeestarligeramentelevantadode delanteparagarantizarque
el aguade la calderaseacumule haciaatrásenla zonadel desagüe.Encasocon-
trario, la fasede«secado» seráincorrectaypuede provocarel mensaje de errorE3.
Necesitaráunenchufe,adecuadoalascaracterísticasdel equipo,nomásalejado
de 1m.
Noesnecesariodisponerde ungrifo de agua ni de undesagüe.
Para trabajarcómodamente deje libre unos50cma cada ladodel equipo.
Para garantizarla circulación deaire deje libre 20cmdetrásdel autoclave.
Nobloquearninguna rejilla de ventilación.
4.3Llenadodeldepósitodeagua
Utilizaragua desionizada para el autoclave.

4.4Vaciado delagua
Elautoclavedisponede dosdepósitosseparadosparaelagualimpiayelaguautilizada.
Ambosdepósitossevacíanseparadamente,porlasválvulassituadasenla parte
frontal derecha.

Localice unatoma de corriente(tipo16A) cerca del autoclave.
Utilizarel cable de conexiónala red suministradouotro de

6.2Ejecutarunprograma(ciclo)
Una vezcargadoel material y seleccionadoel programa.
•Cerrarla puerta.
•Pulsar«START/STOP». Al momentose oyela actuacióndelcierreeléctricode la
puerta delautoclave.
•Porseguridad,siel cierreno hasidocorrecto,el programanoseponeenmarcha.
6.3Detenerunprograma(ciclo)
Una veziniciadounprograma puede detenerse.
•Pulsar«MENU/C» durante3segundos.Estoprovocael saltoalasiguientefase
del programa.
•Repetirla operaciónpara saltartodaslasfaseshasta el nal.

6.4Con guracióndelos parámetros del autoclave
Paracon gurarparámetros comola fecha,la hora,etc.el autoclave no puede estar
ejecutandounprograma.
•Pulsarla tecla MENU/Cdurante3segundospara entrarenelmenúSETUP.
Utilizarlasteclas: «STEP »o«QUICK »paraseleccionarlasdiferentesopciones
del menú.
Utilizarlasteclas:«Menú/C»o«OK» paraaceptarunaopciónoinvalidarla entrada.
•Seleccionar«DATE»para introducirla fecha.
•Seleccionar«TIME»para introducirla hora.
•Seleccionar«PRINTER»para activarla impresora.
•Seleccionar«Timesetup»paraampliarel tiempode esterilización de0a3minutos
más.
•Seleccionar«Temperature setup»para corregirla medida de temperatura.Valor
entre -2... +3.
Nota:
Lamodi cacióndelvalordeltiempodeesterilizacióndeunprogramadebeservalidada
para cada carga a laque va a utilizarse.
Nota:
Nomodi carla correcciónde temperaturasinodisponede unmedioparaveri car
la temperatura interiordel autoclave.
Una modi cacióndeestosdosparámetrospuedeafectarala calidad dela
esterilizacióndela carga tratada.
6.5Finde laesterilización
Al nalizarla esterilización, el autoclave despresurizala cámara antesde permitirla
apertura de la puerta.
Cuandola cámarayanotienepresión peligrosa(<0.05bar)indicaestasituaciónen
la pantalla ydesbloquea el cierreeléctricode la puerta.
Paraextraerlasbandejasutiliceel asasuministrada.Tenga encuentaqueel material
puede estara temperatura superior a 100ºC.
Precauciónalsacarel material delautoclave

Oncetheunitisunpacked,visually checkthepackinglist(See 1.1)andthatthere
are nopartsdamaged during transportation.
Savethepacking forsome daysforlatersending.
4.1Suitablelocation
Place the unitovera flatlevel andstable surface,suitable forthe unitweight.
Use the levelling instrumenttocheckthe flatplacement.
Note :Thefrontof themachinecannotbe lowerthantherearpart.In thiscasethe
unitdoesnotoperate properly and could display E3message (Dry notcompleted).
Nolongerthat1.5mfroma powersupply plug.
Notap waterand waste will be needed.
Autoclave dimensions are:high460mm x wide460mm x depth600mm.
Towork comfortably,leta free space of50cmaround the equipment.
Toallow ventilation,letnotleastthan20cmonthe rearpart.

4.3Fillingwaterreservoir
Use distilled or deionized waterwiththisautoclave.

Connectthewateroutletusingtheoneendofthetube withoutaconnector.Water
tank will drainwaterafterconnected,see (Fig.4).

4.2Connectiontopowersupply
Locatea powersupply socket(rated to16A) neartothe unit.
Use thepowercord supplied or anotherofsimilarspeci ca-
tions.
Forsafetyreasons,thesocketmusthave groundterminal,
sincetheunitmustwork grounded.
Donotmanipulate the powercord withwethands.
Before plugging on the socket,check thatits voltage match
the voltage marked onthe unitplate.
Plug the powercord onthe autoclave rearpart.

Ifthe printerisattached and ON,printed reportisproduced.
Use provided holdertoremove the hottraysfromthe chamber.
Caution:whenunloading materialfromtheautoclave.
Hazardofburns tobeincontactwithhotsurfaces.
Temperature inthisarea canexceed 100ºC.
Usethetrayholdertoload orunload thetraywithinstrumentsinit,inordertoavoid
burning injuries.
