Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
1. Das Gerät kann von Kindern
ab 8 Jahren und von Personen
mit verringerten physischen,
sensorischen oder mentalen
Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an
Erfahrung und/oder Wissen
benutzt werden, wenn sie
beaufsichtigt werden oder
bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs
des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden
und die daraus resultierenden
Gefahren verstanden haben.
Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug.
Das Säubern und die Wartung
des Geräts dürfen von Kindern
nur unter Aufsicht durchgeführt
werden.
2. Kinder unter 3 Jahren sollten dem
Gerät fernbleiben oder durchge-
hend beaufsichtigt werden.
3. Kinder zwischen 3 und 8 Jahren
sollten das Gerät nur dann ein-
und ausschalten, wenn es sich
in seiner vorgesehenen normalen
Bedienungsposition befindet,

bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs
unterwiesen wurden und die

4. Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt wer-
den, um sicher zu stellen, dass
sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.

6. Gerät nur an Wechselstrom mit
Spannung gemäß Typenschild
anschließen.
7. Dieses Gerät darf nicht mit einer
externen Zeitschaltuhr oder einem
Fernbedienungssystem betrieben
werden.
8. Motorblock, Kabel und Stecker
dürfen nicht mit Wasser in Kon-
takt kommen. Falls dies doch
einmal geschehen sollte, müssen
vor erneuter Benutzung alle Teile
vollkommen trocken sein.
9. Bei Nichtgebrauch stets das Gerät
ausschalten und den Netzstecker
aus der Steckdose ziehen.
10. Das Gerät ist ausschließlich für
den Haushaltsgebrauch oder
ähnliche Verwendungszwecke
bestimmt, z. B.
Teeküchen in Geschäften, Büros
oder sonstigen Arbeitsstätten,
landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben,
zur Verwendung durch Gäste in
Hotels, Motels oder sonstigen
Beherbergungsbetrieben,
in Privatpensionen oder Ferien-
häusern.
11. Öffnen Sie auf keinen Fall das
Gehäuse des Gerätes. Es besteht
Gefahr durch Stromschlag.
12. Prüfen Sie regelmäßig das Gerät,
den Stecker und die Zuleitung auf
Verschleiß oder Beschädigungen.
Bei Beschädigung des Anschluss-
kabels oder anderer Teile senden
Sie das Gerät oder den Sockel
bitte zur Überprüfung und Repa-
ratur an unseren Kundendienst.
Unsachgemäße Reparaturen kön-
nen zu erheblichen Gefahren für
den Benutzer führen und haben
den Ausschluss der Garantie zur
Folge.
Hinweise zum Aufstellen und Benutzen
des Gerätes
13. Stellen Sie das Gerät aus Sicher-
heitsgründen niemals auf heiße
Oberflächen, ein Metalltablett
oder auf einen nassen Unter-
grund.
14. Das Gerät oder die Zuleitung dür-
fen nicht in der Nähe von Flam-
men betrieben werden.
15. Benutzen Sie das Gerät stets auf
einer freien, ebenen und hitzebe-
ständigen Oberfläche.
16. Das Gerät ist nicht zur Verwen-
dung im Außenbereich oder in
feuchten Räumen wie Badezim-
mern geeignet.
17. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Zulei-
tung nicht über den Rand der
Arbeitsfläche hängt, da dies zu
Unfällen führen kann, wenn z. B.
Kleinkinder daran ziehen.
18. Die Zuleitung muss so verlegt
sein, dass ein Ziehen oder darü-
ber Stolpern verhindert wird.
19. Ziehen Sie die Zuleitung immer
nur am Anschlussstecker aus der
Steckdose, nie am Anschlusska-
bel.
20. Tragen Sie das Gerät nicht am
Anschlusskabel.
21. Wenn Sie ein Verlängerungska-
bel verwenden, prüfen Sie, ob
dieses intakt ist und für die ent-
sprechende Leistung geeignet ist,
da es sonst zur Überhitzung des
Gerätes kommen kann.
22. Halten Sie ausreichend Abstand
zu Vorhängen, anderen Gegen-
ständen, Wänden und brennbaren
Gegenständen.
23. Das Gerät ist ausschließlich zur
Zubereitung von Popcorn in haus-
haltsüblichen Mengen bestimmt.
24. Das Gerät muss vollständig
zusammengebaut und der Deckel
muss während des Betriebs
geschlossen sein.
25. Überfüllen Sie das Gerät nicht
(max. Füllmenge 100 g Mais).
26. Öffnen Sie das Gerät nie wäh-
rend des Betriebs und greifen Sie
nie bei laufendem Betrieb in das
Gerät.
27. Das Gerät wird während des
Betriebs heiß. Bitte keine heißen
Oberflächen berühren. Bitte ver-
wenden Sie Topflappen, wenn Sie
das heiße Gerät bewegen.

28. Decken Sie das Gerät während
des Betriebs nicht ab.
29. Lassen Sie das Gerät dann für
mindestens 10 Minuten abküh-
len, bevor Sie erneut Popcorn
zubereiten.
30. Das Gerät darf nicht mit Zubehör
anderer Hersteller oder Marken
benutzt werden, um Schäden zu
vermeiden.
31. Nach Gebrauch sowie vor dem
Reinigen den Netzstecker aus
der Steckdose ziehen. Das Gerät
niemals unbeaufsichtigt lassen,
wenn der Netzstecker eingesteckt
ist.
32. Lassen Sie das Gerät vor dem Rei-
nigen abkühlen.
33. Tauchen Sie den Motorblock nicht
in Wasser, da dieser sonst beschä-
digt werden kann.
Vorsicht!
Das Gerät ist während und nach dem Betrieb sehr heiß!
Öffnen Sie auf keinen Fall das Gehäuse des Gerätes. Es besteht die Gefahr
eines Stromschlages.
Nicht in das laufende Gerät greifen – es besteht Verletzungsgefahr!
Der Hersteller übernimmt keine Haftung bei fehlerhafter Montage, bei unsachge-
mäßer oder fehlerhafter Verwendung oder nach Durchführung von Reparaturen durch
nicht autorisierte Dritte.
VOR DEM ERSTEN BENUTZEN
1. Entfernen Sie alle Verpackungs-
materialien und ggf. Transport-
sicherungen.
2. Reinigen Sie alle Teile mit
einem feuchten Tuch, wie im
Kapitel „Reinigen und Pflegen“
beschrieben.
3. Prüfen Sie, ob das Gerät stabil
steht.
4. Schließen Sie den Sockel mittels
der Zuleitung an das Stromnetz
(230 V~, 50 Hz) an.
5. Heizen Sie das Gerät für einige
Minuten auf, um etwaige Herstel-
lungsrückstände zu beseitigen.
Öffnen Sie während dieser Ein-
brennphase das Fenster. Nach
dem Einbrennen sind am Gerät
eventuell schon Gebrauchsspuren
zu sehen, diese beeinträchtigen
jedoch nicht die Funktion des
Gerätes und sind kein Reklamati-
onsgrund.
POPCORN ZUBEREITEN
Die maximale Füllmenge pro Durchgang beträgt 100 g Maiskörner. Überfüllen
Sie das Gerät nicht, da sonst die in der Popcorn-Schale unten liegenden Mais-
körner anbrennen können und es zu Rauchentwicklung kommt.
Verwenden Sie auch nicht zu wenige Maiskörner, da sonst weniger Körner auf-
platzen können und sich mehr harte Maiskörner zwischen dem Popcorn befin-
den. Verwenden Sie kein Mikrowellen-Popcorn.

1. Setzen Sie den Mixer (3) auf die
Achse. Befestigen Sie den Mixer
(3) mit der Feststellschraube
(2) und drehen Sie diese im
Uhrzeigersinn fest.
2. Füllen Sie ca. 100 g Popcorn-
Mais in die Popcorn-Schale. Der
Boden sollte zu etwa ¾ bedeckt
sein.
3. Fügen Sie ca. 2 EL Öl bei. Fügen
Sie nach Geschmack Zucker oder
Salz zu. Geben Sie auf keinen Fall
sonstige Gewürze zum Öl, diese
könnten verbrennen.
4. Setzen Sie den Deckel (1) auf den
Motorblock (4).
5. Stecken Sie den Stecker in eine
Steckdose gemäß Typenschild.
Der Mixer beginnt sich sofort zu
drehen, sobald das Gerät an das
Stromnetz angeschlossen ist.
6. Schalten Sie das Gerät mit dem
Timer auf die maximale Zeit ein.
7. Das Gerät heizt sich auf und der
Mais beginnt aufzuplatzen. Durch
den Mixer wird das Popcorn
gleichmäßig vermischt, so dass
der größte Teil der Maiskörner
aufplatzt. Dennoch ist es normal,
wenn ein geringer Teil der
Maiskörner nicht aufplatzt.
8. Nach Ablauf der eingestellten Zeit
wird die Heizung abgeschaltet.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass kein
Signalton ertönt! Der Mischer
dreht sich weiter, um ein Verkleben
des Popcorns zu vermeiden.
9. Ziehen Sie vor dem Öffnen des
Geräts den Stecker aus der
Steckdose.
10. Der Deckel (1) dient gleichzeitig
als Schüssel. Benutzen Sie
Topflappen und drehen Sie
das gesamte Gerät um. Drehen
Sie den Motorblock (4) gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn ab (siehe
Abbildung).
11. Schütteln Sie die Schüssel etwas,
so dass die nicht aufgeplatzten
Maiskörner durch die Öffnungen
im Deckel in das schwarze
Unterteil fallen und später
bequem entsorgt werden können.
12. Das fertige, noch heiße Popcorn in
der Schüssel können Sie nun pur
genießen oder nach Geschmack
würzen:
süß mit Zucker, Puderzucker,
Karamell
herzhaft mit Salz, Paprika, Curry
etc.
Probieren Sie einfach einmal
neue Geschmacksvarianten aus!
Achtung: Das Gerät, insbesondere der Deckel sehr heiß – Verbren-
nungsgefahr! Verwenden Sie bei der Handhabung z. B. Topflappen, um
Verbrennungen zu vermeiden.
Entfernen Sie nicht den Deckel, während das Gerät in Betrieb ist –Sie
können sich durch die austretende heiße Luft Verbrennungen zuziehen.

REINIGEN UND PFLEGEN
Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der
Steckdose.
Lassen Sie das Gerät abkühlen.
1. Reinigen Sie die Popcorn-Schale
nach jedem Gebrauch.
2. Der Motorblock und das Kabel
dürfen nicht in Wasser oder eine
andere Flüssigkeit eingetaucht
werden.
3. Alle abnehmbaren Teile (Deckel,
Messbecher, Feststellschraube,
Mixer) können in warmem Wasser
mit einem milden Spülmittel
gereinigt werden. Die Teile sind
nicht spülmaschinengeeignet.
4. Der Motorblock und die Heiz-
schale können mit einem gut aus-
gedrückten, feuchten Tuch abge-
wischt werden. Verwenden Sie
keine scharfen oder kratzenden
Reinigungsmittel.
5. Bei starken Verkrustungen der
Popcorn-Schale können Sie diese
mit einem handelsüblichen Grill-
reiniger einsprühen. Lassen Sie
den Reinigungsschaum nach Vor-
schrift einwirken.
6. Wischen Sie die Reste mit einem
feuchten Tuch ab.
7. Eventuelle Verfärbungen der Pop-
corn-Schale durch Lebensmittel
können Sie beseitigen, indem Sie
etwas Zitronensaft auf ein wei-
ches, feuchtes Tuch geben und
die Popcorn-Schale damit ausrei-
ben. Danach nochmals mit einem
feuchten Tuch auswischen.
8. Alle Teile müssen sorgfältig
abgetrocknet werden, bevor das
Gerät wieder zusammengesetzt
und benutzt wird.

Kundendienst können die Nutzungsdauer des Gerätes verlängern. Wenn ein Gerät defekt
und nicht mehr zu reparieren ist, beachten Sie bitte:
Dieses Produkt darf nicht zusammen mit dem normalen Hausmüll entsorgt werden.
Sie müssen dieses Produkt an einer ausgewiesenen Sammelstelle zum Recycling
von elektrischen oder elektronischen Geräten abliefern.
Durch das separate Sammeln und Recyceln von Abfallprodukten helfen Sie mit, die natürlichen Ressourcen zu schonen und
stellen sicher, dass das Produkt in gesundheits- und umweltverträglicher Weise entsorgt wird.

der Garantiezeit beheben wir Material- und Herstellungsfehler nach unserem Ermessen durch Reparatur oder Umtausch.

wenden Sie sich bitte an den zuständigen Importeur. Geräte, für die eine Mängelbeseitigung beansprucht wird, senden Sie
bitte zusammen mit einer Kopie des maschinell erstellten Kaufbelegs, aus dem das Kaufdatum ersichtlich sein muss, sowie
einer Fehlerbeschreibung gut verpackt und freigemacht an unseren Kundendienst. Im Garantiefall werden dem Kunden in
Deutschland und Österreich entstandene Versandkosten zurückerstattet. Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind Schäden
durch Verschleiß, unsachgemäße Handhabung und Nichteinhaltung der Wartungs- und Pflegeanweisungen. Der Garantiean-
spruch erlischt, wenn Reparaturen oder Eingriffe am Gerät von dritter Stelle vorgenommen werden.
Eventuelle Ansprüche des Endverbrauchers gegenüber dem Verkäufer oder Händler werden durch diese Garantie nicht ein-
geschränkt.

Information on set-up and use of the ap-
pliance
13. For safety reasons, never place
the appliance on hot surfaces, a
metal tray or a wet surface.
14. Do not place the appliance or
power cord near open flames
during operation.
15. Always use the appliance on a
level, uncluttered and heat-resis-
tant surface.
16. The appliance is not suitable for
use outdoors or in rooms that
are damp or humid, such as
bathrooms.
17. Ensure that the power cord does
not hang over the edge of the
counter top or table, since this
can cause accidents, for example
if small children pull on the cord.
18. Route the power cord so that there
is no possibility of the cord being
pulled or tripped over.
19. To unplug the appliance, always
pull on the plug, never on the
power cord.
20. Never use the power cord to carry
the appliance.
21. If you use an extension cord,
ensure that it is intact and sui-
table for the power draw of the
appliance; otherwise, there is a
possibility of the appliance over-
heating.
22. Maintain sufficient space bet-
ween the appliance and walls and
other flammable objects, such as
curtains.
23. The appliance is only designed
for the preparation of popcorn
in quantities that are usual for a
household.
24. The appliance must be comple-
tely assembled and the lid must
be closed during operation. Do
not overfill the appliance (max.
capacity 100 g corn).
25. Never open the appliance during
operation and never reach into the
appliance in running operation.
26. The appliance becomes hot during
operation. Do not touch any hot
surfaces. Please use pot holders
when moving the hot appliance.
27. Never cover the appliance during

28. Then allow the appliance to cool
for at least 10 minutes before you
prepare another batch of popcorn.
29. To avoid damage, do not use the
appliance with accessories of
other manufacturers or brands.

30. Unplug the mains plug from the
electrical outlet after use and
before cleaning. Never leave the
appliance unattended when the
mains plug is plugged in.
31. Allow the appliance to cool before
cleaning it.
32. Never immerse the motor block in
water, if you do so the motor block
can be damaged.

The appliance is very hot during and after operation!
Never place hand in machine when in operation – risk of injury!
Never open the housing of the appliance. This can result in electric

The manufacturer will not be liable in the event of incorrect assembly, improper or

BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME
1. Remove all packaging materials
and any transport safety devices.
2. Clean all parts with a damp
cloth, as described in the chapter
“Cleaning and care”.
3. Check if the appliance is placed
firmly.
4. Connect the base to the mains
supply by means of the lead cable
(230 V~, 50 Hz).
5. Preheat the appliance for some
minutes on highest level before
using it for the first time to remove
eventual production residues
on the plates. Open the window
during this heating period. Let
the appliance cool down after the
initial heating. After the initial
heating you see some use tracks,
however, these will not affect the
function of the appliances and are
no reason for complaints.
PREPARING POPCORN
Do not use microwave popcorn.
The maximum fill quantity per batch is 100 g of corn kernels. Do not overfill the
appliance, if you do so the corn kernels on the bottom can scorch and smoke can
form. Ensure that you use a sufficient quantity of corn kernels, if you do not fe-
wer kernels will pop and there will be more hard corn kernels among the popcorn.
1. Set the mixer (3) on the axle and
fix it clock-wise with the screw
(2).
2. Fill approx. 100 g of corn kernels
into the bowl. The bottom should
be covered to 75 %. Do not use
more kernels at a time. If the
popping chamber is overfilled the
appliance might get blocked.
3. Add approx. 2 tablespoons of oil
as well as salt or sugar to taste.
Do not add other spices, they
might burn.
4. Put the lid (1) on the motor block
(4).
5. Put the plug into a power socket.
6. Set the timer to the maximum
time.
7. The appliance starts to heat and
the corn begins to pop up. The
mixer ensures a uniform mixing
of popped and unpopped kernels

and thus provides a higher
performance. However, it is
normal, that a certain number of
kernels remains unpopped.
8. When the preset time has
finished, the appliance switches
off. The mixer continues to turn
to avoid the popcorn from sticking
together.
9. Unplug the appliance before
opening the lid.
10. The lid (1) serves also as serving
dish. To take out the popcorn,
turn the whole appliance using
oven cloths and turn the motor
block off clockwise (see photo).
11. Shake the dish softly to allow
unpopped kernels to fall through
the holes in the bottom into the
black bottom part, from which
they can be removed easily.
12. Season the still hot popcorn in
the bowl according to your taste:
sweet with sugar, icing sugar, or
candy
savoury with salt, paprika or curry
powder, etc.
Just try some new flavours.
Caution: The appliance becomes extremely hot during operation -
danger of burn injuries! For example, use potholders when handling the
appliance to prevent burns.
Do not remove the lid while the device is in operation - you can be
burned by the escaping hot air.
CLEANING AND CARE
Unplug the plug from the
electrical outlet.
Allow the appliance to cool
down.
1. Clean the heating bowl after each
use.
2. The motor block and cable must
never be immersed into water or
any other liquid.
3. All removable parts such as
transparent lid, mixing arm and
screw can be cleaned in warm
soapy water. The parts are not
dishwasher-safe.
4. Wipe the motor block with a moist
cloth and a drop of washing-up
liquid. Never use an aggressive
scouring or steel wool.
5. If necessary the heating bowl can
be cleaned with an oven cleanser
according to the instructions on

the product. Remove the cleansing
foam with a damp cloth.
6. Possible discolorations of the
heating bowl are normal and can
be removed with a few drops of
lemon juice on a damp cloth.
7. All parts must be dried completely
before being reassembled and
used.

toujours l‘éteindre et débrancher la prise de
secteur.

Consignes pour installer et utiliser l‘appareil
13. Pour des raisons de sécurité, l’appareil ne

préparation de pop-corn dans des quantités
domestiques.
24. L‘appareil doit être entièrement assemblé
et le couvercle doit être fermé pendant le
fonctionnement.
25. Ne remplissez pas trop l‘appareil (capacité
max. 100 g de maïs).
26. N‘ouvrez jamais l‘appareil pendant le fonc-
tionnement et ne mettez pas les mains dans
l‘appareil quand celui-ci fonctionne.
27. L’appareil est très chaud pendant son foncti-
onnement. Ne touchez pas les surfaces très
chaudes. Utilisez un gant de cuisine anti-
chaleur si vous devez déplacer l‘appareil.
28. Ne couvrez pas l‘appareil pendant son fon-
ctionnement.
29. Laisser refroidir ensuite l‘appareil au moins
10 minutes avant de continuer la prépara-
tion de popcorn.
30. L‘appareil ne doit pas être utilisé avec
des accessoires d‘un autre fabricant ou
d‘une autre marque pour ne pas risquer de
l‘abîmer.
31. Après utilisation et avant le nettoyage,
débrancher la prise du secteur. Ne jamais
laisser l‘appareil sans surveillance lorsque la
prise de secteur est branchée.
32. Laissez refroidir l’appareil avant de le net-
toyer.
33. Ne plongez pas le bloc moteur dans l‘eau car
cela pourrait l‘endommager.
Prudence :
L‘appareil est très chaud pendant et après le fonctionnement !
Ne mettez jamais vos doigts ou un objet dans l’appareil en fonctionnement - Risque de

AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
1. Enlevez tous les emballages et, le cas
échéant, retirez les protections de trans-
port.
2. Essuyez soigneusement tous les composants
de l’appareil avec un chiffon humide (cf. «
Nettoyage et entretien »).
3. Vérifiez que l’appareil est posé sur une
surface stable.
4. Insérez la fiche du cordon d’alimentation
dans une prise secteur appropriée (230 V~,
50 Hz).
5. Avant de l’utiliser pour la première veuillez
préchauffer l’appareil au degré le plus haut
pour enlever des traces de production.
Ouvrez la fenêtre pendant ce temps.
Après le préchauffage laissez l’appareil
refroidir. Après ce chauffage initiale on peut
éventuellement voir des traces d’usage, qui,
néansmoins, n’affectent pas la function de
l’appareil et ne donnent pas raison à des
complaintes.
PRÉPARATION DES POP-CORN
1. Placez le mixeur (3) sur l’axe et fixez-le avec
l’écrou (2) dans le sens des aiguilles d’une
montre.
2. Remplissez env. 100 g de grains de maïs
dans le plat. Le fonds dit être couvert à trois
quarts.
3. Ajoutez env. 2 grandes cuillères d’huile
et du sucre ou du sel selon votre goût. Ne
jamais ajouter d’autres épices qui pourraient
brûler.
4. Placez le couvercle (1) sur le bloc moteur
(4).
5. Mettez la fiche dans une prise de courant
selon la plaque signalétique.
6. Réglez le minuteur au temps maximal.
7. L’appareil commence à chauffer, le maïs
commence à crever et tombe dans le plat.
Grâce au mixeur, les grains sont bien
mélangé. Néanmoins c’est normal qu’une
certaine quantité de grains ne crève pas.
8. Après le temps ajusté le chauffage est mis
hors marche. Le mixeur continue à tourner
pour éviter que le pop-corn colle.
9. Retirez la fiche de la prise de courant avant
d’ouvrir le couvercle.
10. Le couvercle (1) sert aussi comme plat.
11. Tournez l’appareil complet en utilisant des
poignées et enlevez le bloc moteur en le
tournant en sens inverse des aiguilles d’une
montre.
12. Remuez le plat un peu pour que les grain
non crevés puissent tomber dan le pied noir
du plat.
13. Assaisonnez le pop-corn chaude dans le plat
selon votre goût :
sucré avec du sucre, du sucre glace ou
du caramel,
salé avec du sel, du paprika, du curry etc.
Essayez de nouveaux arômes !
N‘utilisez pas de pop-corn pour le micro-ondes.
La capacité maximale par opération s‘élève à 100 g de grains de maïs. Ne remplissez pas trop
l‘appareil car les grains de maïs se trouvant dessous dans la chambre à pop-corn peuvent brûler et de
la fumée peut se dégager. N‘utilisez pas non plus trop peu de maïs car alors peu de grains peuvent
éclater et plus de grains durs se trouvent parmi les pop-corn.
