F360 NiTi-Feilensystem mit Taper .04 für die maschinelle Wurzelkanalaufbereitung
1. Indikation
Die Instrumente werden zur maschinellen Entfernung von krankhaftem Gewebe sowie Wurzelfüllmaterial im Rahmen einer
Wurzelkanalaufbereitung eingesetzt.
2. Kontraindikation
Die Kontraindikationen sind (z. B.):
- starke, abrupte apikale Krümmungen
- starke Kalzifizierung des Wurzelkanals
- Präparation von Milchzähnen
3. Sachgemäßer Einsatz
Grundsätzlich:
- Instrumente sind nur für den Einmalgebrauch (bei einem Patienten) vorgesehen, es können bis zu 5 Wurzelkanäle mit einer Feile behandelt
werden.
- Empfehlungen für den Einsatz maschineller NiTi-Instrumente sowie die Reinigung und Desinfektion des Wurzelkanals beachten.
- Die Instrumente auch während der Behandlung – bei der Zwischenreinigung der Instrumente -, auf plastische Verformungen wie z. B.
aufgedrehte Windungen im Bereich des Arbeitsteils prüfen und ggf. aussortieren.
Vor dem Einsatz der F360 Feilen:
- Kanalmorphologie mittels Röntgenbildern bestimmen.
- Kanalzugang deutlich darstellen, z. B. mit Opener OP10L19.204.030.
- Herstellung des Gleitpfades mit maschinellen Instrumenten, z. B. dem PathGlider (PG03L25.205.015) oder mit geeigneten
Handinstrumenten bis ISO 015, z. B. mit einer K-Feile nach erfolgter Sondierung des Kanals.
Einsatz der F360 Feilen:
Die F360 Feilen sind beginnend mit der Größe 025 in aufsteigender Reihenfolg (035/045/055) bis zur Erreichung der gewünschten
Zielgröße einzusetzen.
- Die Instrumente im drehmomentbegrenzten Winkelstück oder Antrieb (z. B. E-Drive, 9938, oder EndoPilot mobil, EP0014 von Komet) mit
einem Drehmoment von 1,8 Ncm und einer Drehzahl von ( 250–350 min-1 ( ) 500 min-1) einsetzen.

- Instrumente rotierend in den Kanal einführen. Der Einsatz der Instrumente erfolgt in „pecking-motion“ mit kurzen Auf- und
Abwärtsbewegungen über einen Zeitraum von max. 5–8 Sekunden nach dem Single-length Prinzip.
- Die Instrumente zwischendurch z. B. im Interimstand 595 mechanisch reinigen und den Wurzelkanal ausreichend und gründlich spülen,
um das Debris entfernen zu können.
4. Weiterbehandlung
Der aufbereitete Kanal kann nach einer ggf. erforderlichen medikamentösen Einlage mit den üblichen Verfahren abgefüllt werden, z. B. mit
kondensierter Guttapercha, wie Komet F360 Guttaperchaspitzen GPF04, einem carrierbasierten Füllsystem, z. B. Komet F360 Fill oder
thermoplastischen Verfahren.
5. Aufbereitung
Eine Aufbereitung im Sinne einer Reinigung/Desinfektion und Sterilisation zur Wiederverwendung ist für die vorliegenden steril verpackten
Feilen nicht vorgesehen. Die Instrumente wurden für den Einmalgebrauch (bei einem Patienten) entwickelt. Benutzte Instrumente sind zu
entsorgen, eine gefahrlose Anwendung kann bei erneuter Verwendung dieser Produkte nicht gewährleistet werden, da ein Infektionsrisiko
besteht und/oder die Sicherheit der Produkte nicht weiter gegeben ist. Instrumente in beschädigter Verpackung sind nicht mehr steril
und sollten nicht mehr eingesetzt werden. Informationen zur Wiederaufbereitung von Instrumenten nach DIN EN ISO 17664, diese
Gebrauchsanweisung und weitergehende Informationen stehen unter www.kometdental.de in ihrer aktuellen Form zum Download bereit
oder können beim Hersteller Gebr. Brasseler angefordert werden.
6. Lagerung
Verpackte Instrumente vor UV-Strahlung und hohen Temperaturen schützen und trocken und sauber lagern. Nicht im gleichen Raum mit
Lösungsmitteln oder Chemikalien aufbewahren.
7. Entsorgung
Instrumente in bruch- und durchstichsicheren sowie dichten Behältern (Kontaminationsschutz) entsorgen.
8. Sicherheit und Haftung
Bitte beachten Sie auch die allgemeinen Gebrauchs- und Sicherheitsempfehlungen im aktuellen Komet Dental Katalog. Der Anwender ist
verpflichtet, das Produkt eigenverantwortlich vor dessen Einsatz auf die Eignung und die Verwendungsmöglichkeit für die vorgesehenen
Zwecke zu prüfen. Die Anwendung der Instrumente untersteht der Verantwortung des Benutzers. Ein Mitverschulden des Anwenders
führt bei verursachten Schäden zur Minderung oder gänzlichem Ausschluss der Haftung von Gebr. Brasseler GmbH & Co. KG. Dies ist

F360 System of NiTi files with a taper of .04 for the mechanical preparation of root canals
1. Indication
The instruments are intended for the mechanical removal of diseased tissue and root filling materials within the course of a root canal
treatment.
2. Contraindication
The contra-indications are (e. g.):
- pronounced abrupt curves
- severely calcified root canals
- preparation of milk teeth
3. Proper use
General information:
- The instruments are designed for single use, i.e. on one patient only. Up to 5 root canals can be treated with each file.
- Make sure to observe the recommendations for the use of mechanical NiTi instruments and for the cleaning and disinfection of root
canals.
- Check instruments for plastic deformations, e.g. untwisted blades, in the region of the working part during the course of the treatment, i.e.
during intermediate cleaning. Discard any imperfect files prior to the use of the.
F360 files:
- Determine the morphology of the canal by means of diagnostic radiographs.
- Prepare the canal access, for example with the Opener OP10L19.204.030.
- Ensure patency of the canal by means of mechanical instruments, e.g. the PathGlider (PG03L25.205.015) or with suitable manual
instruments up to ISO size 015, for example with a K-file after probing the canal.
Appropriate use of the F360 files:
Starting with size 025, the F360 files should be used in ascending order (035/045/055) until the required target size is reached.
- Use in a torque-limited contra-angle or motor, e.g. Komet E-Drive, 9938 or Komet EndoPilot mobil, EP0014), at a torque of 1.8 Ncm and a
speed of ( 250–350 rpm ( ) 500 rpm).

- Insert the files into the canal in rotary mode. The instruments are used in “pecking motion”, i.e. the files are moved up and down the canal
wall during a period of max. 5–8 seconds, according to the single-length principle.
- Clean the instruments periodically during the treatment, for example in the interim storage block 595. Rinse the root canal thoroughly in
order to flush out all debris.
4. Further treatment
After the administration of a medicament, if necessary, the prepared root canal can be filled according to the usual methods, for example
with condensed gutta-percha such as Komet F360 gutta-percha points GPF04, a carrier based filling system, e.g. Komet F360 Fill a thermo
plastic procedure.
5. Reprocessing
The sterile packed files are not designed for reprocessing, i.e. cleaning/disinfection and sterilisation to enable their reuse. The instruments
can only be used once (one patient only). Used instruments have to be discarded because a risk-free reuse of the products cannot
be guaranteed. The reuse of these products poses a risk of infection and/or the safety of the products can no longer be guaranteed.
Instruments in damaged packaging are no longer sterile and should not be used. Work instructions with regard to proper reprocessing
of instruments according to DIN EN ISO 17664, the present instructions for use and more detailed information, as amended, can be
downloaded from our web site www.kometdental.de or requested from the manufacturer Gebr. Brasseler.
6. Storage
Store packed instruments away from UV radiation and heat in a clean and dry environment. Do not store in the same room as solvents or
chemicals.
7. Disposal
The instruments have to be disposed of in tight, non-breakable and non-pierceable containers (protection from contamination).
8. Safety and liability
See also “Instructions for use and safety recommendations” in the current Komet Dental catalogue. The user is responsible for checking
the products prior to use as to whether they are suited for the intended purpose. The user us responsible for the appropriate use of the
instruments. In case of contributory negligence by the user, Gebr. Brasseler partially or totally declines liability for all resulting damages,
particularly if these are due to nonobservance of our recommendations for use or warnings as well as inadvertent misuse by the user.
9. Procedure in case of serious adverse events

F360 Système de limes en NiTi avec conicité .04, pour la préparation mécanique des canaux
radiculaires
1. Indication
Les instruments sont prévus pour le retrait mécanique du tissu malade et le matériau d'obturation dans le cadre d'un traitement du canal
radiculaire.
2. Contre-indication
Les contre-indications sont (p. ex.) :
- Canaux radiculaires extrêmement courbés
- Canaux fortement calcifiiés
- Préparation des dents de lait
3. Utilisation appropriée
Recommandations générales :
- Les limes sont à usage unique (un seul patient). Une lime peut traiter jusqu’à 5 canaux radiculaires au maximum.
- Veiller à observer les recommandations concernant l’utilisation des instruments mécaniques en NiTi ainsi que le nettoyage et la
désinfection du canal radiculaire.
- Contrôler les instruments au cours du traitement – par exemple pendant le nettoyage intermédiaire – pour détecter toute déformation
plastique, par exemple lames sans torsion dans la région de la partie travaillante. Jeter les instruments endommagés, le cas échéant.
Avant l’utilisation des limes F360 :
- Déterminer la morphologie du canal radiculaire à l’aide de radiographies.
- Préparer l’accès du canal, par exemple avec l'Opener OP10L19.204.030.
- Contrôler le passage à l’aide d'un instrument méchanique, par exemple le PathGlider (PG03L25.205.015) ou avec un instrument à main,
comme par exemple une lime K de taille 015 après avoir effectué un sondage du canal.
Utilisation des limes F360 :
Commençant par la taille 025, les limes F360 doivent être utilisées par ordre croissant (035/045/055) jusqu'à arriver à la taille cible.
- Les limes s’utilisent sur contre-angle ou moteur de préférence à couple limité (par ex. Komet E-Drive, 9938 ou Komet EndoPilot mobil,
EP0014), à un couple de 1,8 Ncm et une vitesse de ( 250 à 350 t/min. ( ) 500 t/min.).

- Insérer les instruments en rotation dans le canal. Travailler en respectant la technique « picking motion », c’est-à-dire, les instruments font
des mouvements du haut vers le bas le long de la paroi canalaire. Temps d’utilisation maximal de l’instrument dans le canal: 5–8 sec.
- Nettoyer les instruments mécaniquement de temps en temps pendant le traitement, par exemple dans le porte-fraise pour le stockage
temporaire 595. Rincer le canal radiculaire scrupuleusement pour faire partir toute trace de contamination.
4. Traitement ultérieur
Après avoir appliqué un médicament si nécessaire, le canal peut être obturé selon la méthode habituelle, par exemple avec de la gutta-
percha condensée GPF04-par ex. cône de gutta-percha Komet F360-avec un système à base de « tuteur », par exemple Komet F360 Fill ou
selon une méthode thermo plastique.
5. Retraitement
Les limes R6 en emballage stérile ne sont pas prévues pour le retraitement, c’est-à-dire le nettoyage/la désinfection et la stérilisation avant
la réutilisation. Elles sont à usage unique (un seul patient). Les instruments utilisés doivent être jetés. Sinon, une utilisation sûre et sans
risques ne peut alors être garantie. La réutilisation de ces produits entraîne un risque d’infection et/ou la sécurité des produits ne peut plus
être garantie. Les instruments avec un emballage endommagé ne sont plus stériles et ne peuvent pas être utilisés. Les fiches d’instruction
pour la préparation des instruments selon DIN EN ISO 17664, les présentes instructions d'utilisation et des informations plus détaillées
dans leur version actuelle peuvent être téléchargées au site www.kometdental.de ou demandes du fabricant Gebr. Brasseler.
6. Stockage
Stocker les instruments à l'abri du rayonnement UV et de la chaleur, dans un endroit propre et sec. Ne pas stocker au même endroit que
les solvants ou produits chimiques.
7. Elimination
Eliminer les instruments dans des contenants hermétiques, incassables et imperforables (protection contre la contamination).
8. Sécurité et responsabilité
Prière de se référer aux conseils d'utilisation et de sécurité mentionnés dans notre catalogue dentaire actuel de Komet Dental. Les
instruments doivent uniquement être utilisés selon leurs applications spécifiques. Obligation pour l'utilisateur de s'assurer que les produits
sont adaptés à chaque cas. L'application de l'instrument relève de la responsabilité de l'utilisateur. Une négligence de la part l'utilisateur
entraînant des dommages, spécialement si ceux-ci sont causés par le non-respect de nos recommandations d'utilisation ou avertissements
ou par un mauvais usage involontaire, conduit à la réduction ou à l'exclusion totale de la responsabilité de la part de Gebr. Brasseler.

1. Indicación
Los instrumentos están previstos para la remoción mecánica de tejido enfermo y materiales de obturación en el marco de un tratamiento
del conducto radicular.
2. Contraindicacion
Las contraindicaciones son (p. ej.):
- Conductos radiculares con curvaturas pronunciadas
- Conductos extremadamente calcificados
- Preparación de dientes de leche
3. Utilización apropiada
Información general:
- Los instrumentos están diseñados para un solo uso (en un mismo paciente). Cada lima puede ser utilizada para preparar hasta 5
conductos.
- Asegúrese de observar las recomendaciones para el uso de limas mecánicas de NiTi y para la limpieza y desinfección de conductos
radiculares.
- Durante el tratamiento o durante la limpieza intermedia, controle los instrumentos para descartar deformaciones plásticas de la parte
activa, como ser estiramiento de las espiras. Descarte las limas que tengan imperfecciones.
Antes de utilizar las limas F360:
- Determinar la morfología del conducto radicular mediante el diagnóstico radiográfico.
- Crear un buen acceso al conducto radicular, recto y con dimensión suficiente, utilizando la fresa Opener OP10L19.204.030 por ejemplo.
- Permeabilizar el conducto con instrumentos mécanicos, por ejemplo el PathGlider (PG03L25.205.015) o con instrumentos manuales
apropiados hasta un tamaño ISO 015, p. ej. con una lima tipo K después de efectuar un sondaje del conducto.
Uso adecuado de las limas F360:
Empezando por el tamaño 025, las limas F360 deben ser utilizadas en orden ascendente (035/045/055) hasta llegar al tamaño objetivo.
- Usar los instrumentos en un contra-ángulo o motor con limitación de torque (p. ej. E-Drive, 9938, o EndoPilot mobil, EP0014 de Komet)
con un torque de 1,8 Ncm y una velocidad de ( 250–350 rpm ( ) 500 rpm).

- Insertar las limas rotando dentro del conducto y utilizar movimientos cortos hacia arriba y abajo («picking motion») durante un tiempo
máximo de 5–8 segundos, de acuerdo al principio «single-length».
- Limpie los instrumentos periódicamente durante el tratamiento, por ejemplo en el fresero intermedio 595. Irrigue el conducto
exhaustivamente para remover todos los detritus.
4. Tratamiento ulterior
Después de administrar un medicamento (si es necesario), el conducto preparado puede ser obturado según los métodos usuales, por
ejemplo con gutapercha condensada GPF04 como ser las puntas de gutapercha de Komet F360, un sistema de obturación a base de
vástagos, por ejemplo Komet F360 Fill o un procedimiento termoplástico.
5. Reprocesamiento
Las limas R6 en embalaje estéril no están previstas para ser limpiadas, desinfectadas y esterilizadas para una reutilización. Los
instrumentos son de un solo uso (para un solo paciente). Las limas deben desecharse después de su utilización ya que no puede
garantizarse una reutilización segura y sin riesgos. La reutilización de estos productos conlleva un riesgo de infección y/o la seguridad
de los productos ya no puede garantizarse. Instrumentos en un embalaje dañado han dejado de ser estériles, por lo tanto no pueden
utilizarse. Las instrucciones de trabajo para la preparación de instrumentos según DIN EN ISO 17664, estas instrucciones de uso así
como informaciones más detalladas en su versión modificada pueden ser bajadas de www.kometdental.de o pedidas del fabricante Gebr.
Brasseler.
6. Almacenaje
Almacenar los instrumentos al abrigo de la radiación UV y del calor, en un ambiente limpio y seco. No guardar en el mismo lugar que los
solventes o productos químicos.
7. Eliminación
Desechar los instrumentos en contenedores estancos irrompibles y resistentes a la punción (protección contra la contaminación).
8. Seguridad y responsabilidad
Rogamos también siga fielmente las instrucciones para el empleo y las recomendaciones de seguridad generales del catálogo dental
actual de Komet. El usuario tiene la obligación de examinar los instrumentos. Es el responsable de comprobar antes de utilizarlos, que su
estado sea el apropiado para el uso previsto. La aplicación de los instrumentos está bajo la responsabilidad del usuario. Una negligencia
del usuario generará, en caso de daños provocados por parte del mismo, una reducción o la exclusión completa de responsabilidades por
parte de Gebr. Brasseler. En especial en el caso de no cumplir con las instrucciones de uso o las advertencias o bien en el caso de un uso
incorrecto involuntario por parte del usuario.
9. Procedimiento en casos de eventos adversos graves
En casos de eventos adversos graves, rogamos proceder en conformidad con las disposiciones legales en su país.

1. Indicazione
Gli strumenti sono destinati alla rimozione meccanica di tessuti malati e materiali di otturazione nell'ambito di un trattamento del canale
radicolare.
2. Controindicazione
Le controindicazioni sono (p. es.):
- Canali radicolari con forti curvature repentine
- Forte calcificazione
- Preparazione di denti da latte
3. Utilizzo conforme
In generale:
- Gli strumenti sono previsti solo per l’impiego monouso (in un paziente), una lima è in grado di trattare fino a 5 canali radicolari.
- Osservare le raccomandazioni relative all’impiego di strumenti meccanici in NiTi e alla pulizia e la disinfezione del canale radicolare.
- Controllare gli strumenti anche durante il trattamento – nel lavaggio provvisorio – per verificare la presenza di deformazioni plastiche quali
per es. torsioni nella sezione di lavoro, ed eventualmente eliminarli.
Prima di utilizzare le lime F360:
- Definire la morfologia canalare tramite immagini radiografiche.
- Esporre in modo chiaro l’accesso al canale, per es. con l’ausilio di un opener OP10L19.204.030.
- Realizzare un percorso scorrevole con uno strumento meccanico, per esempio il PathGlider (PG03L25.205.015) o con uno strumento
manuale idoneo fino alla grandezza ISO 015, per es. con una lima K dopo aver effettuato un sondaggio del canale.
Impiego delle lime F360:
Cominciando dalla misura 025, le lime F360 dovrebbero essere utilizzate in ordine crescente (035/045/055) fino ad arrivare alla misura
target.
- Impiegare gli strumenti in un contrangolo o motore con momento torcente controllato (per es. E-Drive, 9938 o EndoPilot mobil, EP0014 di
Komet) con un momento torcente di 1,8 Ncm e una velocità di ( 250–350 giri al min.-1 ( ) 500 giri al min.-1).

- Procedere con gli strumenti in «picking motion», cioè con brevi movimenti verso l’alto e il basso, per un periodo di tempo di max. 5–8
secondi, introducendoli nel canale con un movimento rotatorio, secondo la tecnica Single Length.
- Nel frattempo pulire meccanicamente gli strumenti, per es. nel box intermedio 595, e sciacquare bene a fondo il canale radicolare, al fine
di rimuovere eventuali residui.
4. Trattamento successivo
Dopo l'eventuale applicazione di una medicazione, il canale preparato può essere riempito secondo le normali procedure, per es. con
guttaperca condensata, come le punte di guttaperca GPF04 Komet F360, con un sistema di riempimento con carrier, per es. Komet F360
Fill o un procedimento termoplastico.
5. Ricondizionamento
Le lime R6 in imballaggio sterile non sono previste per la pulizia/disinfezione e sterilizzazione per il riutilizzo. Gli strumenti sono previsti solo
per l’impiego monouso (in un paziente). Gli strumenti utilizzati devono essere eliminati, visto che un’utilizzazione sicura e senza rischi non
può essere garantita. La riutilizzazione di questi prodotti presenta un rischio d’infezione e/o la sicurezza dei prodotti non può più essere
garantita. Gli strumenti in imballaggio danneggiato non sono più sterili e non dovrebbero essere utilizzati. Le indicazioni operative per la
ripreparazione degli strumenti conformemente alle norme DIN EN ISO 17664, queste istruzioni e delle informazioni più dettagliate nella loro
forma attuale possono essere scaricate all’indirizzo www.kometdental.de oppure possono essere richieste al produttore Gebr. Brasseler.
6. Stoccaggio
Immagazzinare gli strumenti al riparo dei raggi UV luce e fonti di calore, in un ambiente pulito e asciutto. Non conservare nello stesso spazio
che solventi o prodotti chimici.
7. Smaltimento
Smaltire gli strumenti in appositi contenitori con chiusura ermetica resistenti alla rottura e alla perforazione (protezione contro la
contaminazione).
8. Sicurezza e garanzia
Si prega di osservare inoltre le indicazioni generali per l'uso e la sicurezza riportate nel manuale aggiornato dei prodotti dentali Komet.
Gli strumenti possono essere utilizzati solo per lo scopo di impiego indicato. Prima dell'uso, l'utente è tenuto a verificare personalmente
l'idoneità e la conformità dei prodotti in riferimento all'utilizzo previsto. L'utente è responsabile per l'utilizzo corretto degli strumenti. Un
concorso di colpa dell'utilizzatore comporta, in presenza di danni causati da questi, la riduzione o la totale esclusione della responsabilità
della Gebr. Brasseler. Questo vale in particolare nel caso di inosservanza delle istruzioni per l'uso o degli avvisi o ancora di uso sbagliato
involontario da parte dell'utilizzatore.
