Connect both stands ② with the braces ③using
the short bolts A as shown in the diagram below.

Align a shelf ① with the structure formed in Step
1. Make sure the bolt holes overlap. Fit a long bolt
Binto the hole and tighten it with the Allen key C.
Repeat this for the remaining holes to fix the shelf
in place and then repeat the process for the
remaining shelves.

Flip the completed piece of furniture and place it
upright in its desired location. Enjoy your new
Field Double Open Shelf!

It is not mandatory but strongly recommended to install anti-tip kit for
safety.

Because of the variety of wall compositions, we can’t provide you with
appropriate wall fixings. Please identify your wall composition and
contact your local hardware store to get the appropriate fixings.

What You Need
Attach the bracket aa securely to the back top of the
product using the short screws cc provided.

Determine where the piece is to be placed and mark
locations on the wall for the mounting bracket aa using a
pencil. Move the furniture out of the way so that the
bracket can then be mounted to the wall.

Wall fixings are not provided. Attach the mounting
bracket aa to the wall using appropriate fasteners based
on your wall composition.
Step 3

Lace the nylon strap bb down through the brackets.
Slide the thin end of the strap through the receiving end
on the nylon strap. Pull to tighten the piece of furniture
snug against the wall.

Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over.
Never allow children to climb or play on furniture.

User Recommendation
Your furniture purchase from Brosa preserves the characteristics of
natural beauty from its original tree. For example, the ‘medullary ray’
(which can appear on oak furniture) is a mark of good quality timber.
Wood veneers, as thin slices of wood, also will show distinctive
patterns on surfaces such as table tops and drawer fronts. All timber
and veneer surfaces will change colour and mellow over time. So, new
furniture may initially vary in shade from items previously purchased.
With that in mind, the following tips can help prolong the life of your
Brosa veneer furniture to help them look beautiful for years to come.
Assembly
1. Assemble furniture using our Assembly Guides. You can find them at
support.brosa.com
2. Do not dispose of any packaging or contents of the shipping carton
until assembly is completed to avoid accidentally discarding small
parts or hardware.
3. Furniture can be dangerous if incorrectly assembled. Assembly
should be carried out by competent people.
Placement
1. This product is for indoor use only.
2. Keep furniture on flat, level ground. Placing it unevenly may cause
deformation.
3. Do not place heavy objects on furniture.
4. When repositioning furniture always lift, don’t drag.
5. Keep sharp objects away from furniture. They can cause scratches
and splinters to the surface.
6. Do not stack furniture.
Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Dust with a clean, damp, lint-free cloth. Frequent dusting will remove
abrasive build-up, which can damage the finish over time.
2. Do not use a very wet cloth or allow any liquid to come into contact
with the veneers for a long period of time, as this can permanently
damage the surface. Wipe up spills immediately.

3. Do not use any abrasive cleaner or harsh detergent as this can
damage the surface of the furniture.
4. Avoid using spray polishes as they contain silicones which may spoil
the furniture’s surface.
5. Make sure all surfaces are protected from heat and liquids by mats
and coasters.
6. Ensure a mat or pad is placed under paper when you are writing on
the furniture surface.
7. Do not place rubber, cork, vinyl or plastic materials on the wood
finish as chemicals within may react with the finish if left in contact for
an extended period of time.
8. Our furniture will endure most domestic conditions, but it is best to
avoid placing furniture next to heat sources such as radiators or open
flames. Severe or sudden changes in temperature and humidity can
cause warping, cracking or splitting.
9. Excessive exposure to sunlight can cause discolouration.
10. Avoid exposing your furniture to any liquid. All liquids should be
wiped up immediately, with a soft, slightly damp cloth, in the direction
of the wood grain. If sticky liquid residues remain, they may be
removed with a dilute solution of warm soapy water followed by a
clean, damp sponge. The area should then be wiped immediately, in
the direction of the wood grain, with a clean, soft white cloth until
completely dry.
11. Nail polish remover, hairspray, perfume, potpourri and any other
products that contains solvents can damage wood finishes.
12. Re-tighten screws and attachments if they loosen.
