The following procedure assumes that your voicemail is NOT in the "New User" state. In
this state, it willguide you through the procedure. Follow those prompts if available.
If you're checking remotely, use the Message Notification/Retrieval. You can also use your normal
voicemail access button. If you do this, you'll hear"Enter your passcode, then press pound."
Press ** to get to the voicemail admin box.
"Please enter your Mailbox number"
Enter in the number of the mailbox you want to adjust.
"Enter your passcode. Then press pound"
Enter in passcode
"You have XXX new messages. To record a message, press 2. For Personal Options,
press 4, For message options, press 5"
Press 4 for message options.
"To change your personal greeting, press 1. To change your name in the directory,
press 2. To change your passcode, press 3, to change your message envelope, press 4.
For more message options, press 9."
Press 1. for changing your personal greeting.
"To select your primary greeting, press 1. To select your alternate greeting, press 2. To
select a system greeting, press 3."
Press 1 for primary greeting.
"After the tone, please record your greeting, then press pound."
Record your greeting. Don't worry, you can try again if you flub it.
"To replay, press 1, to append this recording, press 2, to erase and re-record, press 3.
To accept, press pound."

Press 3 to erase and re-record. Once you're happy, press # to save and return to the previous
menu.
"Greeting Saved.To change your personal greeting, press 1. To change your name in
the directory, press 2. To change your passcode, press 3, to change your message
envelope, press 4. For more message options, press 9."

Press the call fwd button on your phone (this button would be located on your phone's display) and
dial the extension.
hit the call fwd button


Press the feature code button (circle with the "X" in it above the transfer button) and dial 355
Dial the extension you would like to send the calls to.
Press the feature code button (circle with the "X" in it above the transfer button) and dial 355
and then hang up the phone
