Registration:
To set up your account to view information about your mailing
systemandaccessusagereportdata.Theaccountletsauserview
informationaboutasinglemailingsystematatime.Afterinstalla-
tionofyourIJ-25mailingsystem,followtheinstructionsbelowtoset
upyourmyneopost loginandpassword.Onceactivated,youcan
begintouseyourmyneopost account.
5 Quick Steps to Registering:
Step 1
Enter a valid email address (A password will be automatically
generatedby Neopostandsent totheemail addressentered)
Step 2
Enter the password that was sent to your email address in the
registrationboxwhenprompted.
Step 3
EnteryourNeopostaccountnumber,postcodeofyourregistered
equipmentaddress,andCredifonpinnumber.
(Accountnumberswill beatleast7digits&maycontainaletter).

NeopostIJ-25mailingsystem.Someserviceshoweverareonly
available to customers who have purchased maintenance
contracts.You’llwant tosetup youraccounttoviewinformation
aboutyourmailingsystemandaccessusagereportdata.
Toaccessyourusagereportsyouneedtosetupyourmyneopost
account and then go to My Activity. My Activity lets a user view
informationaboutasinglemailingsystematatime.MyActivityis
onlyavailabletocustomerswithaservicecontract.
AfterinstallationofyourIJ-25mailingsystem,followtheinstruc-
tions below to set up your My Neopost User ID and password.
Onceactivated,youcanbegintouseyourOnlineServicesaccount
immediately.
Step 5
You will then be prompted to change your password and to
provide a new one. This password and your email address are
nowyourpermanentmyneopostlogindetails.
OnceyouhavecompletedRegistration,youwillbedirectedtothe
myneopost homepage where you will be presented with your
accountdetailsandequipmentlists.

2.1 Personal Details
Yourindividualinformationforlogin,personaldetailsandpasswords
are contained in this section. Use this section to edit and update
yourpersonaldetails,I.e.name,telephonenumber,andpassword.
Tochangeyourregisteredemailaddress-enteryournewinforma-
tion and press UPDATE
Pleasenote:thenewemailaddressenteredwillbesentaverification
codeinanemailtothisaddress.Thiscodemustbeenteredwhen
promptedtocompletetheupdate.Yourdetailswillthenautomatically
be updated and will become your permanent myneopost login
details.
Toupdate yourpersonaldetails -enteryournewinformation and
press UPDATE.

be open and you can view the equipment(s) you currently
use and the serial numbers with a brief description of the
component parts of the machine.

2.2.1 Account Numbers
Whenyoulogontherewillbeoneaccount(yourprimarysite)set
upforuse.Thiswillbetheaccountyouregisteredwithandisshown
onthegreytabsacrossthetopoftheMyEquipmentsection.
2.2.2 Registered Address
ThisisfoundunderneaththeAccounttabsandrelatestowherethe
equipment is registered. This may be different to your invoice
address.
2.2.3 To Change your Registered Address
- Selectthe Request change optionunderneaththeregistered
addressinformation
- Fill in the form provided and press Send
- Pleaseallow 24hrsfor theupdate tobe completed
2.2.4 To Add an Account/Site
Thisallowsyoutoviewdifferentmailroomsunderthesamelogin.
To add a Site:
- Select the + Add Site option from the tabs found across the
topoftheMyEquipmentsection
- EntertheAccountNumberandPostcodeoftheaccountyouwish
to add into the boxes provided
- After confirming these details, the site will automatically be
updatedandaddedontoyouraccount.
Youcannowfullyaccessandmanagethisaccount.
Name your accounts to identify between different sites
e.g. .Midlands office

2.2.5 To Remove an Account/ Site
Atthebottom,righthandsideoftheMyEquipmentsection,thereis
alinkallowingyoutoremoveasecondarysitefromyourequipment
list. If you select this link, the site selected will automatically be
removedfromyouronlineneopostaccount.
2.2.6 Equipment Serial Numbers
Most equipment sold by Neopost is modular and therefore each
item which is sold as part of a complete machine will have an
individual serial number and short description for identification
purposes.Equipmentserialnumbersarelocatedunderneathyour
accountnumberandregisteredaddress.
Name your machine for identification purposes
e.g. Reception 1
If you click on the machine serial number it will provide you with
furtherdetailsofyourmachine,suchas:
- Modeltype,
- Whenthemachinewasdispatched
- Statusofthemachine(Active/Licenced/Withdrawn)
- Credifonreferencenumberifit’safrankingmachinefortopup.
2.2.7 Popular Equipment Configurations
OneFrankingMachineconsistsof:
- Base – Main part
- Credifon Meter – For postage updates
- WeighPlatformand/orScale
Hide parts of your equipment.
Whilstyouareviewingeachmachine,youwillbeabletorequestan
engineer if you are experiencing problems with that piece of
equipment,orordersuppliessuchasinkandenvelopesallinone
timesavingactivity.

To Order an Engineer
- Selecttheequipmentyouareexperiencingproblemswith.
- Entersomedetailsoftheproblemontotheformprovided.
- Press Send Request
YouwillthenbecontactedbyNeopostwhowillattempttoresolve
theproblemoverthephoneand/orwillmakeanappointmentforan
engineertoattendatyourconvenience.
2.4 My Supplies
These are machine specific consumables suitable for use with
your machine(s). The product code, a brief description and the
pricewillbeonviewforyoutochooseandorder.Pleasevisitthe
Shopareatoviewotheritemsforusewithyourequipment.
2.4.1 To Order Supplies
- Selectthequantityoftheitemyouwishtoorderbyusingthedrop
downmenuontheleft.
- Press the ORDER button. The item will then be added to your
Shopbasket.
- Ifnecessaryyoucanadjustthequantityoftheitemyouhavejust
orderedPresstheUpdatebuttontochangethequantityrequired.
- Ifyouwishtoaddmoreitemsyoumaydothisbyreturningtoyour
MyNeopostaccountorthroughtheShopareaofthesite.
- Onceyouhavefinishedorderingyourconsumables,checkthat
youarefullysatisfiedwithyourordereditemsandthatinvoices
and deliveries are going to the correct addresses.

Press the symbol next to that item and that product will be
removedfromyourshoppingbasket.
2.4.3 To Change Delivery/Invoice Address
- Select Changewhichisfoundtotherightoftheaddressyouwish
tochange.
- You can either select an address shown or use the Address
Manageroption.
- Using the Address Manager, you can either use your online or
registeredaddressasyourinvoiceordeliveryaddressoryoucan

3. CONNECTIONS TO THE myneopost ONLINE SERVER
To fully benefit from the convenience and power of myneopost
OnlineServices,yourIJ-25mailingsystemshouldbeconnected
toaliveanaloguetelephonelinesothatitcanlinktothemyneopost
OnlineServerautomatically.
Atapre-settime(usuallybetweenmidnightand5:00AM),yourIJ-
25 mailing system will initiate a call to the myneopost Online
Server.FortheUsageReportsservice,theIJ-25mailingsystem
automatically connects at the end of each month to upload
department and postal category statistics. For the Ink Manage-
ment service, the IJ-25 mailing system automatically connects
whenit’s timeto re-orderinksupplies.
First,themailingsysteminitializesthemodem.

TRANSACTING

Whentheconnectionisestablished,themailingsystemperforms
the data transfer. At the conclusion of the session, a message
displays,indicatingthesuccessfulconnectionanddatatransfer.

If the call fails, an error message will be displayed. You can also
connecttotheOnlineServermanually.Youcanperformageneric
call,asdescribedbelow,oryoucanperformaspecificaction,such
as a rate download, or usage report data upload, etc. See the
appropriate section for details.
Itisstrongly recommended thatyouleavethe IJ-25mailing
system turned on, in sleep mode, and connected to a live
analogtelephonelineduringthenight,tolettheconnection
to the myneopost Online Server occur automatically.
3.1 Manually Connecting to the Server
To manually connect to the server:
- Press ME NU , then use the keys scroll or to required
