1.1 Konstruktion und Funktion
Die Prothesenfüße 1K10, 1K30 und 1S30 sind für den Einsatz in Modular-
Prothesen und Prothesen in Schalenbauweise geeignet. Die funktionellen
Eigenschaften werden durch die Kombination aus einem konturierten Kern
und Funktionsschaum erreicht.
1.2 Kombinationsmöglichkeiten
Diese Prothesenkomponente ist kompatibel mit dem Ottobock Modularsys
tem für Kinder. Die Funktionalität mit Komponenten anderer Hersteller, die
über kompatible modulare Verbindungselemente verfügen, wurde nicht ge
testet.
2 Verwendung
2.1 Verwendungszweck
Das Produkt ist ausschließlich für die prothetische Versorgung der unteren
Extremität einzusetzen.

5 Herstellung der Gebrauchsfähigkeit

5.1 Montage des Fußadapters (Modularbauweise)
►Den Fußadapter gemäß seiner Gebrauchsanweisung am Prothesenfuß
montieren.
5.2 Aufbau

5.2.2 Statischer Aufbau
• Ottobock empfiehlt den Aufbau der Prothese mit Hilfe des
L.A.S.A.R.Posture zu kontrollieren und bei Bedarf anzupassen.
• Bei Bedarf können die Aufbauempfehlungen (TF-Modular-Beinprothe
sen: 646F219*, TT-Modular-Beinprothesen: 646F336*) bei Ottobock an
gefordert werden.

5.2.3 Dynamische Anprobe
• Den Aufbau der Prothese in der Frontalebene und der Sagittalebene an
passen (z.B. durch Winkeländerung oder Verschiebung), um eine opti
male Schrittabwicklung sicherzustellen.
•TT-Versorgungen: Bei der Lastübernahme nach dem Fersenauftritt auf
eine physiologische Kniebewegung in Sagittal- und Frontalebene ach
ten. Eine Bewegung des Kniegelenks nach medial vermeiden. Bewegt
sich das Kniegelenk in der ersten Standphasenhälfte nach medial, dann
den Prothesenfuß nach medial verschieben. Geschieht die Bewegung
nach medial in der zweiten Standphasenhälfte, dann die Außenrotation
des Prothesenfußes reduzieren.
6 Reinigung und Pflege
1) Das Produkt mit einem feuchten, weichen Tuch reinigen.
2) Das Produkt mit einem weichen Tuch abtrocknen.
3) Die Restfeuchtigkeit an der Luft trocknen lassen.
7 Wartung
• Die Prothesenkomponenten nach den ersten 30Tagen Gebrauch einer
Inspektion unterziehen.
• Die komplette Prothese während der normalen Konsultation auf Abnut
zung überprüfen.
• Vierteljährliche Sicherheitskontrollen durchführen.
8 Entsorgung
Das Produkt darf nicht überall mit unsortiertem Hausmüll entsorgt werden.
Eine nicht den Bestimmungen des Verwenderlands entsprechende Entsor
gung kann sich schädlich auf die Umwelt und die Gesundheit auswirken.
Die Hinweise der für das Verwenderland zuständigen Behörde zu
Rückgabe-, Sammel- und Entsorgungsverfahren beachten.
9 Rechtliche Hinweise
Alle rechtlichen Bedingungen unterliegen dem jeweiligen Landesrecht des
Verwenderlandes und können dementsprechend variieren.
9.1 Haftung
Der Hersteller haftet, wenn das Produkt gemäß den Beschreibungen und
Anweisungen in diesem Dokument verwendet wird. Für Schäden, die durch
Nichtbeachtung dieses Dokuments, insbesondere durch unsachgemäße
Verwendung oder unerlaubte Veränderung des Produkts verursacht werden,
haftet der Hersteller nicht.

1.1 Construction and Function
The 1K10, 1K30 and 1S30 prosthetic feet are suitable for use in both modu
lar and exoskeletal prostheses. The functional properties are achieved
through the combination of a contoured core and functional foam.

1.2 Combination possibilities
This prosthetic component is compatible with Ottobock's system of modular
connectors for children. Functionality with components of other manufactur
ers that have compatible modular connectors has not been tested.
2 Application

The product is intended solely for lower limb prosthetic fittings.

5 Preparation for Use
CAUTION

5.2.2 Static Alignment
• Ottobock recommends checking the alignment of the prosthesis using
the L.A.S.A.R.Posture and adapting it as needed.
• If necessary, the alignment recommendations (TF modular leg pros
theses: 646F219*, TT modular leg prostheses: 646F336*) may be
requested from Ottobock.
5.2.3 Dynamic Trial Fitting
• Adapt the alignment of the prosthesis in the frontal plane and the sagittal
plane (e.g.by making angle or slide adjustments) to ensure an optimum
gait pattern.
•TT fittings: Make sure that physiological knee movement in the sagittal
and frontal plane is achieved when the leg begins to bear weight after
the heel strike. Avoid medial movement of the knee joint. If the knee joint
moves in the medial direction in the first half of the stance phase, move
the prosthetic foot in the medial direction. If the medial movement occurs
in the second half of the stance phase, reduce the exterior rotation of the
prosthetic foot.
6 Cleaning and Care
1) Clean the product with a damp, soft cloth.
2) Dry the product with a soft cloth.
3) Allow to air dry in order to remove residual moisture.
7 Maintenance
• The prosthesis components should be inspected after the first 30 days of
use.
• Inspect the entire prosthesis for wear during normal consultations.
• Conduct quarterly safety inspections.
8 Disposal
This product may not be disposed of with regular domestic waste in all juris
dictions. Disposal that is not in accordance with the regulations of the coun
try where the product is used may have a detrimental impact on health and
the environment. Please observe the information provided by the responsible
authorities in the country of use regarding return and collection processes.
9 Legal information
All legal conditions are subject to the respective national laws of the country
of use and may vary accordingly.

1.1 Conception et fonction
Les pieds prothétiques 1K10, 1K30 et 1S30 sont conçus pour être utilisés
avec des prothèses modulaires et des prothèses exosquelettiques. Les pro
priétés fonctionnelles sont obtenues grâce à l'association d'une forme de
noyau et d’une mousse fonctionnelle.

Ce composant prothétique est compatible avec le système modulaire
Ottobock pour enfants. Le fonctionnement avec des composants d’autres

5 Montage
PRUDENCE

5.2.2 Alignement statique
• Ottobock recommande de contrôler l’alignement de la prothèse avec le
L.A.S.A.R.Posture et, si besoin, d’ajuster cet alignement.
• En cas de besoin, Ottobock vous fournira les recommandations
d’alignement (prothèses de jambe TF modulaires: 646F219*, prothèses
de jambe TT modulaires: 646F336*).
5.2.3 Essai dynamique
• Ajustez l’alignement de la prothèse dans le plan frontal et le plan sagittal
(p.ex. modification de l’angle ou décalage) afin d’assurer un déroule
ment optimal du pas.

•Appareillages TT: veillez à un mouvement physiologique du genou
dans les plans sagittal et frontal lors du transfert du poids après la pose
du talon. Évitez tout mouvement de l’articulation de genou dans le sens
médial. Si l’articulation de genou se déplace dans le sens médial pen
dant la première moitié de la phase d’appui, décalez le pied prothétique
vers le sens médial. Si le mouvement vers le sens médial a lieu pendant
la deuxième moitié de la phase d’appui, réduisez la rotation externe du
pied prothétique.
6 Nettoyage et entretien

7 Maintenance
• Faire examiner les composants du pied prothétique après les 30 pre
miers jours d’utilisation.
• Contrôler la présence de traces d’usure sur l'ensemble de la prothèse
au cours d'une consultation habituelle.
• Effectuer des contrôles de sécurité quatre fois par an.
8 Mise au rebut
Il est interdit d'éliminer le produit en tous lieux avec les ordures ménagères
non triées. Une élimination non conforme aux dispositions en vigueur dans le
pays d'utilisation peut avoir des effets néfastes sur l'environnement et la
santé. Veuillez respecter les consignes des autorités compétentes du pays
d'utilisation concernant les procédures de retour, de collecte et de recy
clage des déchets.

I piedi 1K10, 1K30 e 1S30 sono adatti all'impiego in protesi modulari e pro
tesi con struttura a valve. Le caratteristiche funzionali sono realizzate me
diante una combinazione tra anima sagomata e schiuma funzionale.

Questo componente protesico è compatibile con il sistema modulare
Ottobock per bambini. Non è stata testata la funzionalità con componenti di
altri produttori che dispongono di elementi di collegamento modulari compa
