For standard and power panels
1. Remove the top cap by gripping at one end
andlifting straight up.
For power panels only
1a. Remove tape and slide end cap down into
place.
NOTE: Care should be taken not to scratch or mar
painted parts.
2. When installing a new panel to the join seam
ofpreviously installed panels you must first remove
bolts and connecting plate.

3. Remove extra pin from panel “B” and reinstall it
into panel “A”.
4. Lay new panel onto its side. (A protective or
softmaterial should be placed on the floor to prevent
damage to the panel surface.) Secure mounting
plate to new panel with (2) bolts.
5. Adjust panels upward and also downward to
engage pins.

For 50”, 53”, 61”, and 65” high power
and standard panels
6. Insert the top attachment bracket into the taller
panels. Make sure the holes in the bracket are
aligned with the holes in the shorter panel. Position
the filler plate and secure with the (2) existing bolts.
For power and standard panels
7. When replacing top cap, press top cap reveal
sides inward at one end and slide top cap down
over reveal sides along entire length.
NOTE: Top cap must line up with panel uprights.
