For Ribbed Privacy, Frosted Acrylic
and Perforated Infills

1. Place extension panel screen so it is laying flat
 against the floor. Attach caster stem and caster
 to one end of panel and attach in-line bracket on
 opposite side. The other in-line bracket goes
 above the first.

NOTE:
While tightening bolts and caster stems,
press in directions of arrows (A) to remove
any gap between rails. Tighten all bolts
completely to a torque of 200-230 in/lbs.

NOTE:
When using acrylic infills, place foam strip in
channels of frame on all four sides. Ensure that
the foam does not extend beyond the end of
channels to interfere when assembling the frames.
2. Orient infill so that the burn label is in the lower
 right hand corner of the screen. Perforated steel
 infill will not have a label.

3. Attach the two side bars before attaching the top
 and bottom.

For Markerboard Infills

1. Place the markerboard, aluminum
 bar and perforated infill so it is
 laying flat against the floor. Push
 the markerboard into the top of the
 aluminum bar, and the perforated
 infill into the bottom of the
 aluminum bar.

2. Attach the two sidebars, before
 attaching the top and bottom bars.
3. Attach caster stem and caster
 to one end of panel and attach
 in-line bracket on opposite side.
 The other in-line bracket goes
 above the first.
4. Snap the eraser tray onto the
 center aluminum bar.

NOTE:
While tightening screws and caster
stems, press in directions of arrows
(A) to remove any gap between rails.
Tighten all bolts completely to a
torque of 200-230 in/lbs.

5. Remove these two casters & caster stems and add one
 additional washer to each caster stem to add height to the panel.

6. Remove caster, caster stem and washer. Place in-line
 bracket over hole and replace caster stem and caster. 

7. Remove bolt and washer. Place in-line bracket over hole and
 replace bolt and washer.
When configured as shown, with
90º bracket in this position, you
will need to remove bolt (A) and
add counterweight rod and black
rubber spacer within the vertical
rail. Then replace bolt.

THE VERTICAL RAIL CLOSEST TO THIS LABEL
CONTAINS A COUNTERWEIGHT ROD WHICH
MAY HAVE TO BE REPOSITIONED IF THE
SCREEN IS RECONFIGURED.
CAUTION
NOTE: Before tightening the top bracket bolt, be sure top and bottom
  brackets are seated properly. Failure to do so may result in
  damage to brackets. When tightening the top bracket bolt,
  tighten to a torque of 200-230 in/lbs.
Place caution label on the
bottom of the lower rail
when a counterweight rod
is being installed in the 
vertical rail.
