这些操作说明含有重要的信息，对于您顺畅使用扭力扳手很重要!
- 扭力扳手是一款精密的工具，尽管结构设计坚固，也应当用、
作测量和测试仪器。
不能当做敲击工具使用，不然将会损坏扭力扳手。
- 在使用扭力扳手前，请确认扭力扳手已经按其规格校准过。所
有型号的扭力扳手内附有一份测试报告，选购扭力扳手应严格
参照扭力扳手不同型号所承诺的扭力范围，以保障合理使用精
度下的准确性。
- 仅连接标准的套简和附件到扭力扳手上使用，不能接破损的或
有缺陷的附件使用 ; 如果可能，请不要使用由大变小的转换接
头。
- 请不要超出设定扭矩值使用扭力扳手。当听到“咔嗒”声音信号。
然后立即释放施加的力 .
不能当做敲击工具使用，不然将会损坏扭力扳手。
- 不建议使用在旋松螺栓的动作上。

- 从扭力扳手后端拔出锁定帽
设定的扭矩值可通过刻度标尺和微分尺读出。依据不同的型号
刻度尺和微分尺显示不同的分度。在 " 分度” 部分可以找到不
同的分度表格。
- 根据需要，使用扭力扳手前，应先将扳手刻度调整至所需扭力，

控制螺栓紧固
- 扭力扳手适用于右旋和左旋螺栓紧固 . 拧紧的方向由扭力扳手
上的箭头显示。
依型号不同，方向切换如下 :
- 可更换四方头
用手指压住凸出来的四方驱动头，取出蘑菇头，将扭力扳手翻
转再装上蘑菇头。
可换头或扳手请选用制造商生产的交换头，以保障精度的准确
传递。更换扳手头时下压弹簧销，即可拔取并装配您所需尺寸
的扳手头。
- 配备合适的附件或合适的套筒用于螺丝的连接。
- 将扳手和套筒垂直的连接到螺栓上。
注意 !
避免倾斜和滑落，使用接杆也应尽可能紧地连接到螺栓上
- 用一只手或两只手握住手柄操作扭力扳手，同时沿箭头方向平
稳加力直到有释放的声音信号。
正向或反向旋转塑料手柄，应先将刻度值旋转到大于您所需扭
力值的 5-10%，然后再还原至您正常所需的扭力刻度值。
举例 : 某工厂工位的工艺要求螺丝需紧固至 50N.m 方为合格，
您应先将刻度调整至 55N.m 左右 (大于 50N.m 的5-10%)，
再还原 50N.m 刻度，然后正常紧固。
请注意刻度尺上的测量单位 (N.m 或lbf.in/lbf.ft)
- 将锁定帽推入，锁定扭矩。

注意！
扭矩传递取决于杠杆臂。超出把手范围，使用延长杆或特殊附加

心，不要接延长杆使用。
保养 : 扳手应放置于干燥干净空间存放，避免跌落及震荡。
扭力扳手和包装都是可回收材料制成，可以通过回收再利用。

分度值 微分分度值
- 丹世达保证扭力扳手的读值精度为 +/ －3% 及5000 次常规操
作。因此，扳手在完成 5000 次操作，必须在可追述的测量机
构进行检测。
- 扭力扳手必须至少校准 1次 / 年。只能由合格的实验室或生产
厂家的授权的人员对扭力扳手进行扭矩修正。
对产品进行校准，修正或维修，建议送到 SATA 售后服务部门
或所在区域的销售商处。
- 若每天工作完成，不使用你的扭力扳手，需要释放扳手压缩弹
簧的压力，即将扭力扳手的扭矩调节到最小刻度。
- 使用后放回包装盒，保护你的扭力扳手不要有灰尘，油污和沙
子进入。并储存在干净清洁的地方。
- 用干净清洁的布清洁扭力扳手，不要使用清洁剂或化学溶剂，
这会影响到扳手内部机构的润滑。

Contents
These instructions contain important information which is important for
your skilled use of torque wrench!
- Although the structures are sturdy, torque wrench is a precise tool which
shall only be used as a measurement and test instrument,.

Setting of torque
- Pull out the lock nut from the rear end of torque wrench
The setting of torque value may be read according to the scale and
differential scale. Different divisions are displayed depending on the
model scale and differential scale. Different division tables may be found
in the "divisions" section.
- The scale shall be adjusted to the desired torque if necessary before the
use, and rotate the plastic handle in the forward or reverse direction.

Fastening of control bolt
- Torque wrench applies for fastening the right-handed and left-handed
bolts
The direction of tightening is indicated by the arrow on the torque wrench.
The direction is switched as follows depending on the model:
- Replaceable square head
Press the protruding square driving head with finger, remove the
mushroom head, flip the torque wrench and then fit the mushroom head.
The interchangeable head or wrench shall be provided with the exchange
head produced by the manufacturer to ensure the transmission of
accuracy. Press the spring pin when replacing the wrench head to remove
and assemble the wrench head of your desired size.
- The suitable accessory or sleeve is provided for the connection of screws.
- Connect the wrench and sleeve vertically to the bolt.
Note!
Avoid the tilting and slipping, the extension bar shall be connected to the
bolt as close as possible
- Hold the handle with one hand or both hands to operate the torque
wrench while smoothly applying force along the direction of arrow until a
sound signal is released.
The setting of torque has been reached at this time.

process requirements of station. First adjust the scale to about
55N.m (more than 5-10% of 50N.m), restore the 50N.m

The released signal can be clearly heard and felt.
Don't continue applying force when you hear and feel the signal.
After the automatic release, the wrench reverts to the previous status and
may proceed to the next operation.

Note!
The torque transfer depends on the lever arm. Beyond the handle range,
the use of extension rod or special attachments may have a negative
impact on torque. Always apply force in the center of handle, and do not
add the extension rod.
Maintenance : The wrench shall be placed in a clean and dry space to avoid
the falling and oscillating.

- SATA guarantees a reading accuracy of +/-3% and 5000 normal operations
of the torque wrench. Therefore, the wrench shall be tested at the
traceable measurement organization after 5,000 operations.
- The torque wrench shall be calibrated at least once per year. The torque
wrench shall only be corrected by a qualified laboratory or authorized
personnel from the manufacturer.
The product shall be sent to the SATA after-sales service department or
the distributors for the calibration, correction or repair.
- After the daily work is done, the pressure of compression spring shall be
released, i.e. the torque of wrench shall be adjusted to the minimum
scale.
- Put it back in the box and protect the torque wrench from the dust, oil
and sand, and keep it in a clean place.
- Clean the torque wrench with a clean cloth. Do not use detergent or
chemical solvents, which will affect the lubrication of internal mechanism.

Diese Bedienungsanleitungen enthalten wichtige Informationen und sind

- Torsionsschlüssel ist ein Präzisionswerkzeug, obwohl die Tragkonstruktion

dass der Drehmomentschlüssel nach seinen Vorgaben kalibriert ist. Ein
Testbericht wird an allen Arten von Drehmomentschrauben angehängt,

Befestigungselemente für Schrauben
- Drehmomentschrauben eignen sich für die rechte und linke
Schraubenbefestigung
Die Anzugrichtung wird durch den Pfeil auf dem Drehmomentschlüssel
angezeigt.
Je nach Modell ist der Richtungsschalter wie folgt:
- Ersetzbarer Quadratkopf
Drücken Sie mit den Fingern den vorstehenden quadratischen
Antriebskopf, nehmen Sie den Pilzkopf heraus, drehen Sie den
Drehmomentschlüssel um und installieren Sie den Pilzkopf.
Kann den Kopf oder den Schraubenschlüssel ändern, wählen Sie bitte den
Wechselkopf des Herstellers aus, um eine exakte Übertragung der
Präzision zu gewährleisten. Ersetzen Sie den Schraubenkopf und drücken

Das freigegebene Signal ist deutlich zu hören und zu spüren.

Nach der automatischen Freigabe kehrt der Schraubenschlüssel in seinen
vorherigen Zustand zurück und kann beim nächsten Mal bedient werden.

Die Drehmomentübertragung hängt vom Hebelarm ab. Über den
Griffbereich hinaus wirkt sich der Einsatz von Verlängerungsstangen oder
speziellen Zusatzwerkzeugen negativ auf das Drehmoment aus. Tragen
Sie immer eine Kraft in die Mitte des Griffes auf und verwenden Sie die
Verlängerungsstange nicht.
Wartung : Schrauben sollten in einem trockenen und sauberen Raum
gelagert werden, um zu vermeiden, zu fallen und zu schütteln.
- Dansida garantiert die Lesevorgenauigkeit des Drehmomentschlüssel auf
+/-3% und 5000 normale Operationen. Daher muss der
Schraubenschlüssel nach 5000 Operationen in einem nachvollziehbaren
Messmechanismus getestet werden.
- Drehmomentschlüssel müssen mindestens einmal pro Jahr kalibriert
werden. Drehmomentschlüssel können nur durch qualifiziertes Labor oder
autorisiertes Personal des Herstellers korrigiert werden.
Um das Produkt zu kalibrieren, zu korrigieren oder zu reparieren,
empfiehlt es sich, es an die SATA-Kundendienstabteilung oder an den
Verkäufer in der Region zu schicken.
- Wenn Sie Ihren Drehmomentschlüssel nicht jeden Tag benutzen,
müssen Sie den Druck des Schraubenschlüssel abgeben, um die Feder
zu komprimieren, also das Drehmomentschlüssel auf die Mindestskala
einzustellen.
- Legen Sie es nach Gebrauch wieder in die Box, um Ihren
Drehmomentschlüssel vor Staub, Öl und Sand zu schützen. Und an einem
