使用已经损坏的机器。不可以为了固定公司铭牌而在机壳上钻孔。修理、维护机器，或换装任

碰触了灼热的风嘴，可能造成严重的烫伤。必须等待机器完全冷却后，才可以安装或更换风嘴，或者使
用合适的工具安装、更换风嘴。
灼热的风嘴可能点燃桌面。尚未冷却的风嘴只能摆放在耐热的防火表面上。
使用了错误或者故障的风嘴可能导致局部过热，并损坏机器。只能使用表格上的机器专用的原厂风嘴。

正式操作：
注意电源：
由于本千斤顶有安全限压装置，故对于限压吨位以上重量的车辆，千斤顶会自行保护，不作顶升
开机：
1）把电源开关 1移动到Ⅰ或Ⅱ的位置。
2）把电源开关 1移动到Ⅰ或Ⅱ的位置。根据需要设定温控开关 2。
3）把电源开关 1移动到Ⅰ的位置。选择功能，或者自行调整温度和风量（参考“设定”）。
关机：
1）把电源开关 1移动到 O的位置。
2）冷却机器时必须把电源开关 1设定在Ⅱ，温控开关 2调整在 MIN 上，待机器完全冷却后，再把电源关
1 移动到 O的位置。
3）冷却机器，让机器在 COOL DOWN（冷却）功能运行（参考“设定”），待机器完全冷却后，再把电
源开关 1移动到 O的位置。（在荧幕2上进行设定）
开始选项之前要先按下 SELECT（Menu）键。
提示：
如果预示项目开始闪烁，则可使用 PLUS 键或 MINUS 键改变项目，再度按下 SELECT 键便会进入下一个步骤

选定功能后，该功能的标题便开始闪烁。过 2秒钟后，长的字串便开始在预示荧幕屏上移动，当字串跑完 2圈后，
又会再度和标题会合。在字串移走的这段时间，可以使用 SELECT 键调整温度或风量。
选择 STANDBY（待机）或 COOL DOWN（冷却）：
如果必须暂时中断工作可以选择 STANDBY（待机）功能。机器进人使用状态后可以降低耗电量。
工作结束后务必转换为 COOLDOWN（冷却）功能。待机器完全冷却后再关闭机器，并从插座上拔出插头。

Safety Regulations:
Warning:
Failure to follow these safety regulations in the operation of the hot air gun may result in fire or explosion, or the operator
suffering electric shock or burns. Before operating the machine, please read these instructions in detail and follow the safety
regulations. Keep these instructions for future reference and give them to any personnel who has not read them
Warning:
If the body of the machine is damaged or dismantled, it may cause fatal electric shock. Do not dismantle the machine without
authorization or use the machine in a damaged condition. Do not drill holes in the enclosure to affix a company nameplate.
Before repairing or maintaining the machine, or replacing any part, be sure to pull out the plug from the socket

A damaged power line may cause fatal electric shock
Check the power line regularly. If the power line is damaged, the machine cannot be used. Damaged wires shall be repaired or replaced
by a professional electrician. Do not wrap wires around the body. Wires should be kept away from grease, high temperatures and sharp
edges. Do not hold the wire when carrying the machine. Do not remove the plug by pulling in the wire.
Warning:
Do not use this machine in rainy or damp conditions as this could cause fatal electric shock. Keep the machine dry. If the
machine is out of service, it shall be stored in a dry place. Pay attention to climatic conditions and do not use the machine in
wet restrooms or bathrooms. Do not allow it to make contact with grounded pipelines or such appliances water pipes, heat
sinks, electric stoves or refrigerators

the machine to blow hot air in a single fixed position for a long time

mentioned in these instructions, such as melting, welding and shrinking.

Weld tin, special silver solder, SMD building elements and cable terminals, and desolder tin joints. • •
Remove old and thick grease, paint scale or plastic plaster. • • •

Dry tonal specimens, joint sealants, mucilage glue, construction joints and plaster models. • • •
Catalyze such adhesives as contact adhesives on bonding surfaces, activate adhesives to accelerate the
gluing process, melt away bonding points and remove or attach plastic film along plate edges. • • •
Melt frozen steps, door locks, trunk lids, doors and water pipes. Remove frost deposits from refrigerators
and freezers. • • •
Disinfection: livestock sheds may be quickly sterilized with hot air at 600 ℃. In addition, it may be used to
effectively cope with xylophagous insects （note: this machine has a risk of fire. Wooden surfaces must
not be overheated）.

Mount the nozzle on heating tube 3：
A fallen nozzle may ignite other items. Ensure that the nozzle is fixed securely to the machine.
Touching a hot nozzle may cause severe burns. Install or replace the nozzle after the machine has completely cooled down or using the
suitable tools.
A very hot nozzle may ignite desktops. Uncooled nozzles can only be placed on heat-resistant and fireproof surfaces.
The use of an incorrect or faulty nozzle may cause local overheating and damage the machine. Only the original nozzles of the machine
specified in the table may be used.

Operation Instructions:
Power supply precautions:
The power supply voltage shall be consistent with the value given on the machine nameplate. The section of extension wire
shall be at least 2×1.5 mm2.
Start:
1）Move power switch 1 to gear I or II.
2）Move power switch 1 to gear I or II. Set the thermostat switch as required.
3）Move power switch 1 to gear I. Select the function or adjust the temperature and air flow （refer to "Settings"）.
Power off:
1）Move power switch 1 to the position O.

2）When allowing the machine to cool, set power switch 1 to gear II and turn thermostat switch 2 to MIN. After the machine is
completely cooled, move power switch 1 to position O.
3）Allow the machine to cool and let it run at the "COOL DOWN" position （refer to "Settings"）. After the machine is completely
cooled, move power switch 1 to position O.（Set C on screen 2）
Press the "SELECT" （Menu）key before choosing options.
Note:
If the item starts to flash, change the item with the "PLUS" and "MINUS" keys, and press the "SELECT" key again to enter the
next step.

After the function is selected, the title of the function will start to flash.. The long string will begin to move on the pre-display screen 2
seconds after the function flashes. When the string finishes 2 laps, it will rejoin the title. When the string is moving, you can adjust the
temperature or air flow using the "SELECT" key.
Select STANDBY or COOL DOWN:
STANDBY may be selected if work is temporarily interrupted. The power consumption may be reduced after the machine enters operation
status.
Make sure you switch the machine to COOL DOWN when the work is complete. When the machine has cooled down completely, turn it off
and remove the plug from the socket.
